I had appointment and I've been sitting here for 4 hours. I was told there's no guarantee how long it'll take. What's the point of having an appointment if I am not reassured when my car will be done. I've seen people walked in after me and has left the shop. I've seen new customers walk in and being attended to before me. The sales reps name is RYAN. Take your money elsewhere and run. This place is racist. If your skin isn't light as a cotton ball you're going behind the line.To make things worse, my 2022 car is not vibrating more than it did when I brought it in. Thanks a lot, Firestone! For wasting my time and my moneyUPDATE:I took my car to American Tires Depot the very next day and found that the balance performed by Firestone was very bad. It was at 100/ 200. No wonder my tires we re vibrating very bad that I couldn t go over 50mph.

Only reason I give them a one star is because in order to write a review you have to. This is hands down the most unprofessional shop I've ever been to. Ask for synthetic oil change due to manufacturer specs 10-40 used , set an appointment sorry we're understaffed and we can't get to your vehicle, went in today and I was told 2 hrs for an oil change. Okay I say. Sat there for an hour and a half so I could be told sorry we can't get to your vehicle today. Terrible service! Warning don't go here.

Want in for a oil change and trie Tire rotation and front end alignment Was unable to get the front end alignment but they were very nice anyways so they're a great guy's Jack and all is employees

Purchased some tires/rims online as I had some credit and Firestone came up as the supporting Dropship installer to mount and balance them. Once they showed delivered called in and confirmed they were received and in great shape. Was surprised I didn't get any grief from them over product coming from somewhere else. Service adviser Ryan gave me all the info I needed and got me on the schedule for the next day to install. Showed up with no wait and got checked in and a few hours later came back to a job well done and completed by Tech Michael. Impressed with the smoothness of the process from start to finish and looking forward to coming back for some more work in the next few weeks!

Horrible service would not recommend to my worst enemy. Firestone should really restart with a brand new staff everyone at this location is horrible can't even stay open the hours they are supposed to. They tell you a time to pick up car you show up 15min early and they are closed what kind of clown show are they running. Then management runs when you show up the next day to avoid dealing with the issue...THEY REALLY DESERVE 0 STARS

Downtown Clovis location. Not cheap, but relatively quick and competent. Shop coupons online and call for an appointment to reduce the wait time.

This was my first time coming to Firestone and I just needed an alignment. I was very happy with the quality of service and the friendliness of staff. I was able to get in and out quick. I like that Firestone offers a lifetime alignment option. It s pretty much unlimited alignments for as long as you own the vehicle. I have a truck that I take off road from time to time so I am sure this will pay for it s self.

This place has turned into a joke! Literally the worst place to have your oil changed or any work completed for that matter. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Pulled up on a hope, a jump, and a prayer with a dead battery and a sleeping toddler at 3:35pm in 104� temps. I was helped immediately and was back on the road at 3:50pm. Everyone was SO nice, the waiting room was wonderfully cool, and they had my car running and cooling when I went back out. Little one didn't even wake up!I will be back!

Customer service is not bad at all. I got the lifetime warranty from them and the tech named Ricardo knows what he s doing when it comes to working on my truck, 2020 Tacoma.

Scheduled an appointment at 12. Came earlier to drop off the truck. They said it would be less than 2 hours. I sat outside watching with my truck parked for over an hour not being looked at. They finally get to my truck park it to get serviced and it s just been sitting there. How does it take over 3hours to change 4 tires with a scheduled appointment!!

Do NOT take your vehicle here for service besides oil change and tire replacement ONLY. Take your vehicle to the FRESNO one, they know what they're doing, NOT HERE.

We came to this location just for a diagnostic test and a tire alignment. They told us it wouldn t take long because we had an appointment. We checked in and decided to go find something to do meanwhile. About an hour or two pass, we still have not received a call to pick up our vehicle. When we arrived to the location, we asked for our vehicle. The main guy who checked us in looked surprised and tried to ask his coworker if they were finished with it. His coworker proceeds to question what he was talking about. At this point, we realized they pushed our appointment to the side and forgot about it. Main guy offers to take it in as soon as he realizes we knew and we asked for our keys back. There was a huge lack of communication and professionalism. No apology or even attempt to reschedule with us.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Took my van in and said it s off since I got lifetime warranty alignment they ll just fix it but nope!! Picked up the car with the steering wheel the same way!! HORRIBLE! Had to make a long drive like this and then took it to another Firestone who knows what they re doing!

I received an estimate to fix my wife's air conditioning at this location, which was 1500 dollars. However, we bring this estimate to a Visalia location to match the price, and it turns out some lunk head at this location put in the wrong Vin number for the vehicle and we actually have to pay 200 dollars more. If you can't even get the correct Vin number, you shouldn't even be touching another vehicle. Not only was the estimate off turns out, there was nothing wrong with our A.C compressor in the first place, it was perfectly fine but the frion levels were just low. Wow.

I took my car in a few months ago because I ran over some sort of small spring and had a tiny hole that was losing air. I went in to see if they could squeeze me in for a patch up so I wasn't really expecting them to take me but he said they could. They tried to sell me a new tire before even looking at the hole so that was a bit of a frustration, but I brushed it off. I'm a woman and it happens at mechanic shops more than I care to admit.I explained to him again that I wanted a patch, not a new tire. They tires were a month old. He sort of tossed the tread guide at me and asked if I knew if it could even be patched, if it was within the repairable tread zone, which it was. I told him this and that I could show him which tire it is, he declined and proceeded to look at every other tire first even though I told him it was the rear passenger tire. Whatever, eventually he saw it and agreed it could be patched.Three hours later my car is ready, I'm not knocking stars of for that because I was a walk in and the fix was cheap! However, I will for being treated like I don't know anything about cars because of my gender.

very terrible experience at this business, and to think I was happy to finally see this franchise in a new city I relocated to.I had 4 brand new tires replaced, shortly after it started driving roughly. TPMS sign comes on, I return to inquire about it t and I was informed that their specialist was as not available and I would be contacted 3 weeks later no call. I had a diagnostic for a check engine light, they said it was nothing and cleared the light. Check engine light returns next day, and I return, this time they re telling me I need a new catalytic converter which they can replace but parts would have to be ordered.I call back a week later to get estimate and now they re telling me they don t repair those and act clueless like I made this up.Very terrible customer service overall and questionable technical skillsServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Had issues with brakes and overheating with my old Toyota truck while up in the mountains and pretty far from home. Folks at Firestone got me for an assessment on same day and got me back my vehicle the next day, good to go. Might have gotten it back the same day if the issues hadn t been somewhat complicated. These guy at the shop were great, helpful, and honest (ended up even costing way less than their original quote). Overall, very pleased and thankful for all their good work and customer service.

Got an appointment today at 10am for oil change, tire rotation and alignment and took more than 3 hours to complete. Reason, no parts available. While the car is sitting waiting for parts, they could have done the rotation and alignment, but no, they waited for the parts. Changed the oil and then did the rotation and alignment. Wasn t sure if this is the process but the guy saw me here waiting and said nothing until I check the bay. I m usually happy with their customer service but recently it s been fading. Phone calls were picked up like callers/customers are nuisance while guys are on their cellphones.

Horrible, Horrible service!! Took my car in on Thursday. Was told it would be looked at first thing in the morning on Friday (was told this by a red head guy). I called Friday around 2pm to follow up. A very rude/unprofessional guy named Jack, said no one has looked at my car and no one will look at it till Monday 12/27/21. I understand it being holiday season but I had my car towed there because I was told it would be looked at the next day, not 4 days later. Wasted a lot of money for a tow truck to have my car towed there. I don t trust them so I had to spend money on another tow truck to have them tow it to a trusting and reliable mechanic shop. These people @ Firestone are liars, do not trust them with your vehicle!! Very upset I had to pay a tow truck twice!!!!!

Good people here they know how to care and maintenance your vehicle. Good Customer Service. Restrooms and comfortable seats while you wait don't forget your coffee while you wait make a cup. You can walk Old Town Clovis if your up to it. Eat, Drink, Shop, or just walk and enjoy the Breeze and Sun in the nearby bike, walking trail if you don't want to just sit and wait for your vehicle to be done.

Made appt on line for tires, appt was confirmed by Clovis. Upon arrival, tires not in stock but quoted comparable tires for 40. more and will take 2 to 3 hrs, blamed everything on national though i called national and they told me Clovis confirmed appt. Why confirm if u don't have tires i ord in stock. As i sat there waiting 3 calls came in to complain re service...wrong lights put in, wrong air cleaner...bad management.

This store has a reactive rather than proactive strategy. Aside from the greeting, the two service writers are poor communicators. Mario was friendly and knowledgeable. The deal I saw online was the deal he quoted me when I came in. I made an appointment online and my vehicle was in the shop at that time! When I requested high mileage oil he took the time to explain the change in price so there was no surprises. It was a breath of fresh air, going somewhere for an oil change and getting the entire inspection and service advertised, but not getting tons of other services or fees thrown at me.

This place is not reliable. They promise you something and they don't follow through. I waited all day to have my car looked at. Luckily I called to follow up with them. Turns out they never even looked at my car and wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday. The guy I left my car with said he would call me with an update. No one ever called me, they had me waiting all day with no call. These people are very unprofessional, rude, and not trustworthy. If I did not call them, I would still be waiting for my car! Jack was very rude to my wife, very sarcastic, and unprofessional. When she called to follow up, Jack said, "too bad, there is no one here to look at your car. If you aren't happy, you can take your car elsewhere." We paid a tow truck to tow our car there because we were told it would be looked at the next day, not 4 days later. This place is awful!

I took my car there to get my AC serviced because it was blowing cool air but not cold air. They said I needed the high pressure hose change because it was leaking. $435 later they called back and said the air is better but not cold enough and it must be a leak in the compressor. This was another $790 and if I didn t do it that day then they would have to re-evacuate the AC at a cost of $144. Bringing the total to $985 plus the $435 I already paid. I bought all my tires here on both cars, they did my brakes on both, change my oil. I would have appreciated at $1200 estimate right away. Instead I get the...do it now or pay an extra $144 to evacuate system on top of a $600 compressor plus labor. It was very convenient living close to the shop because I didn t need much major work done, but after 6 years with them I m looking for a new shop. And what do you know, today was over 100�F and the AC did not keep up.

We've been customers of Firestone for many years, and for the last 3 years at this location. We have had nothing but the absolute best service. They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and affordable. I couldn't ask for better care for my vehicle. We were treated with respect from the moment we walked in the door. It was truly wonderful. Thanks to Jack and his entire crew for such a great experience.

Took me about 3 hours just to get my alignment check . I walk in to see how much longer it will take they added an extra hour .
