Went in for an oil change on a regular Camry and asked for the non synthetic full oil change. He informed me that it will be $95 and wrote "$95" on a paper. When I told him no it's $52 on your website he informs me that "prices went up". Scam artists and thieves. I don't recommend anyone going there. They lie and up charge from the posted price. Why list the prices on your website if you can't honor the price?!?!

I would definitely get my oil changed here if I didn't have my own mechanic for over twenty years. I'm there delivery driver who brings all of there supplies.

Great oil shop , great service techs and awesome management definitely recommend this shop especially after working here as an employee they are thorough despite what some broke , miserable people might say about their work, Express Lube is very professional and patient ... For the people who get upset about techs asking if you want to replace an air filter , its just their job don't be so aggro with them these people intend to perform proficient work with best of intentions , also if your gonna cry about toping your engine coolant for 5$ maybe you should ride a bike everywhere and work on them legs cause youll need some strong ones for when someone makes you their (Female dog in heat) enjoy people of the central valley.

Honestly, go somewhere else. They performed a routine oil change. Immediately following the oil change i experienced a massive oil leak and so we went back to have them make sure my drain plug was fitted properly. They looked at it and claimed nothing was wrong and refused to take accountability. They instructed us to go to the dealership because they blamed the transmission. The dealership said nothing was wrong with my transmission that it was the oil drain plug, so they fixed it and now theres not a leak. I called express lube back to request a refund for the oil change they performed since all my oil leaked out and they said they would give us a refund. But when we returned to get the refund, all of a sudden they refused to give it to us and went back ok their word. Dont come here. they tried to pull the "oh were just a family owned business we care about our customers" but theyre just out for your money and refusing to take accountability for a problem they caused on my car.

Disappointed, I've gone here for over 2 years without a hiccup. I seen the technician trying to close my hood several times, which I never had a problem before closing. I opened my hood when I got home and of course they left a tool on top of the frame/radiator no one's perfect but come on man!!!. Double check your work before saying it's done! Glad it didn't cause damage to my engine but my hood is now a little imperfect. SHM time to find another place for my oil change needs!!!

Please ask to see how they check for shavings in the diff fluid and have them show you in your face they always try to make a upsale

Been going to this place for about 10 years, and have always had fast, courteous, good service. They also rotate my tires, and do a great job. Always in and out quickly and efficiently. They keep the place very clean, and the staff is very polite.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It's a good spot. A bit pricey, but they are very quick and seem like decent people.I've never had anything stolen out of my vehicle while they worked on them, which is more than I can say for Jiffy Lube.They check your lights and fluids during oil changes. Typical maintenance services are offered here, such as wiper replacements and transmission flushes.

I have been to this location several times with both of my cars and had a good experience each time. They are quick and I've watched them service my car each time. There are usually 2 to 3 technicians working on it each time and they seem professional in their approach in my opinion. I admit that they do offer to change the air filter on occasion, and I politely refuse until I feel it's really dirty, and they never push the subject. All in all I am happy with the service I get here and I will keep going back.

Great place was in and out in about 15 minutes. They say 10 minute wait which is probably true for just an oil change but I had a few extra things done. Clean facility and the staff were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place of business for your oil change needs.

They quoted $120, no extra filters, no extra anything, time to pay the bill and a different guy tells me it will be $143. Finally got the quotes price and drove away just to see the low air pressure indicator still on. Look at the receipt, it says all tires good at 35 psi.I feel they dropped the ball, they drove it in and out, had plenty of opportunity to see it, if they actually checked the tires it would not be on. Makes me wonder what else they say they checked but never did?I expect better for $120 for an oil change

Went to Express Lube for Brake work because they were open on Saturdays. The estimate was reasonable for these times and I was impressed by their service. I would go there again if my regular mechanic was not available

Great service... was in town from LA visiting and needed an oil change. EXPRESS LUBE CLOVIS was recommended and didn t disappoint. Richard who I was to ask for was the technician that helped me with my vehicle. He took time and explained it in details what was wrong and/or needed with my vehicle. He showed what the difference between what my oil look like and how it should be. He also informed me I also needed to replace my transmission fluid, spark plugs and he would also check my cabin filter. With all that said he did not pressure me to get all the above done. As I was in the waiting room I ve noticed how helpful Richard was to every client waiting in that room his demeanor makes you want to have all the work done on your car. Richard also manages this location and the saying, attitude reflects leadership, the professionalism Richard shows you can also see that and his staff. I had all the work done but the spark plugs. I will be returning to get the spark done. Yes, I m from LA and I will have my car serviced here. Thank you Richard for all your help and honesty. Greatly appreciated.

Had my fleet vehicle serviced. Oil change and tire rotation. In and out in less than 15 minutes. No hassles, friendly service. I usually go in mid morning and I'm in and out in no time.

One visit made me a customer for life! The prices quoted and charged are surprisingly cheap for the service they give. The staff were professional, warm, and personable in addition to sincere and respectful. Every question I asked, even those obvious in hindsight, was met with an answer both non judgmental and as an opportunity to teach an inquiring customer, in very much appreciated layman's terms. As I sat in the waiting room, an older gentleman customer mentioned how great these guys, noting he's been going there for 9 years. I thanked him for sharing that because it confirmed my gut feeling that this place and these workers were honest. My car ended up having dangerous radiator problems and I felt strongly that they were genuine and not looking to take advantage of someone unfamiliar with mechanics. I made an appointment to fix the issues and I see them in the morning. I will update post service.

I used to go to Good Guys, and wait 1 1/2 hours just for standard oil change/lube. Then I decided to try Express Lube. They are very quick,..in and out! They don't treat me like a "dumb"woman. They are respectful, explain everything, and instead of trying to tell me I need additional work, they actually tell me when something doesn't need to be done. I've had Joe service my car twice now. He and the other staff are professional and service oriented. I definitely recommend them!

Excellent and thorough service!! My husband and I have taken both our cars here for the past 5 years and will continue to do so. Richard and the entire team are fast, reliable, and very knowledgeable! They make sure to keep us informed of the services that are due or recommended at the time of each visit and/or any upcoming services that may be needed. We highly recommend Express Lube!!!

I have been a customer for 8 years, but no more. First when you are asked about a air filter replacement and you say no it means no. I watched as an employee tried to remove my filter from the housing, he broke the cover tried to put it back lost the screw then was about to close the hood to complete the service when I questioned his work. The results $100.00 for the oil change, $70.00 out of my pocket to replace the filter housing The manager did give me a whole $5.00 off for the damage, wow. If you use this shop for service be sure to watch them perform their work, it is not great at allService: Oil change

Fabulous experience! I had my Equinox and 5-speed VUE serviced here. Both service dates were supervised by Richard. He kept me informed, provided options, and he and the mechanics were happy to show me -on the vehicles- items that were issues which I did not know, and areas which may need tended and/or replaced within a certain parameter of time!++++++Highly Recommend!!!! <3

The tech walked me through the repair shop s assessment process, made recommendations, visually showed me what they discovered, and allowed me to pick what I wanted to do. They were open and seemed trustworthy with what they recommended and repaired on my car. I will return for more future services here.

I usually get my oil done here every February. The guys that work here are really knowledgeable and professional. If you ask really nicely they can check under your car for a potential problem. If you ask super nicely, they can scan the codes from your car and tell you what's wrong (bluetooth code readers are $5 on Ebay). Wait times are usually within 15 min unless they have a line.

I called ahead to get an estimate on oil change for my vehicle. I was quoted $60 for synthetic and filter. I took it in. The techs got busy. 10 minutes later I'm charged $106! Never again. You get me once like that and lose a customer forever. Maybe more from others seeing this.
