Great customer service. I should have went here in the first place! Chris was very helpful and accommodating to my frustration with my previous system i had installed elsewhere. He explained to me why my subs kept blowing and recommended new ones that could hold what i was pushing through from my amp. I had them install nee subs along with a box that fit them properly and i am very satisfied with the outcome! Thank you Chris and Dynamite car audio. We will definitely be back!!!!!

The owner of this Dynamite Car Audio fixed my stereo in October of 2020, and it worked perfectly until a couple of days ago. At the time it was fixed we were given a 6 month warranty. But today the owner fixed and did not charge us a dime. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work on their audio equipment. Great service, great work.

Been coming here for YEARS, absolutely love the owner and installers. They always do top notch work. Just had them install a new system in my 5th vehicle that I have brought them. Won't go anywhere else, couldn't recommend a better place to go for your automotive audio needs.

This place is fantastic. The owner really knows his products, the prices are good, and the installation is quick. My new radio was installed in an hour and they paired my phone and showed me the features. They are definitely my first recommendation for car audio!

All my speakers shorted out due to the guy who installed my stereo previously. So when I went in I knew what I needed. They asked me around how much I wanted to spend so I'd get the best bang for my buck. They also found out my bad speakers fried my stereo an gave me a good deal on a new one. So I'm very pleased with their honesty an prices an I'll definitely be returning anytime I need new audio stuff for my truck! !

I talked to Chris and he checked out the audio equipment in the vehicle I brought in. He was candid in stating that there was no need to replace the receiver unit and gave me explanations for most of the issues (partly my fault in not understanding how to work the system), all at no charge. No high pressure sales pitch!

I walked in to purchase a new receiver for my car. I told the gentleman all I specifically want is the apple car play and for it to be able to accommodate a back up camera. The gentleman at the front pointed to the front display and said here is what we have and the back up cameras are here.Coming from a retail customer service background, I understand there is not a huge selection and inventory is low right now and that s obviously frustrating as a sales person/mechanic. But there was no interest in even educating me about what was in-stock and what was compatible with what.The lack of engagement or eye contact felt very much as if I was bothering him. So much for shopping local. I ll take my business elsewhere.

Wish I could rate this Clovis business better, but given that I stood in their showroom for over 20 minutes without ever being helped I can't. I waited all that time and ended up leaving without ever talking to anyone. Guess someone with better customer service will be getting my money.

I went in to get a quote and the sales guy acted like I was window shopping or didn t have the money to buy anything. When I would ask questions he seems too busy to take the time to give me answers. I ended up spending 6k at Lee Stereo in Visalia. It was worth the drive.

About a year and a half ago I brought my wife's 2015 Nissan Altima to get an amp installed. Installation price was pretty good, which is why I decided not to do the install myself. I brought my own wire/amp/subs in box etc. The install took a lot longer than expected (Strike 1). The amp I brought had a bass knob that came with it, which worked when I brought it, and apparently didn't work after installation, to which I was told "this is normal for a used amp", ridiculous but I didn't care that much about the know. I asked a few questions about a hi-low converter because the one I had wasn't working as needed and the installer started getting mouthy. I used to work for a car audio shop in high school, so I'm not ignorant to the ins and outs of everything. But when a customer asks pointed questions you answer them with respect, not run your mouth. (Strike 2). Now, here is the the kicker... I pulled my box/amp out so I could upgrade the box, I reconnect the amplifier (with the wires that are clearly marked with Red which any newbie knows is positive, and black which is the ground) poof inline fuse blows... Ok, sometimes that happens with a surge of current. Upgrade the fuse and poof, fuses on amp blow. Put new fuses in amp and they blow again. Maybe its the amp?... So I decide to upgrade her amp to a nice Alpine. Hook it up, and what happens? Thats right, fuses blow again. So I check the wiring on everything from the battery to the amp and the remote wire (which was just a wire jammed under a fuse, seriously high quality installation I know). I tested the amp outside of the vehicle with new power and ground wire and everything works so I run new power wire and install the remote wire correctly so it doesn't look like I took it to Tijuana to get it done. I get back to the trunk and what do I see? These geniuses marked the power wire with Black, and the ground with red. (Strike 3, you're out). I should have known better at the beginning, but I guess I expected basics to be covered. So all in all, a few hundred unnecessary dollars and hours of my time wasted due to mickey mouse installation. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the price was okay and it did actually work when they gave it back to me. In the end, I did it myself anyway so at least I know it is right now. In summary, you should go here if you want someone to act tough and install something you would like to re-do later. I'll consider going back as soon as my kid finds 3 toys in the same cereal box.

These guys did a great job for me. I brought in a unit I bought online. They did not bat an eye. They put it in for a good price and it works great. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Dishonest business.$250 for alarm and install + tax.They charged $200 on $50 car alarm, $50 for install.
