I brought in my subaru wrx for a bunch of body and paint work, don and don jr. were an amazing help at figuring out what I needed. I was given a very generous estimate and they went above and beyond to fix my car. They kept me well informed with what was going on and had great customer service. I would recommend getting work done here to anyone who wants quality work done at an affordable price.

Solid 5 stars. They worked with insurance, matched my color perfectly. Can t even tell I was ran into! Highly recommend. Super friendly and honest.

Don is amazing. I stopped by to get a quick estimate on some minor scratches that took place when automatic garage door came down in my SUV trunk while open. I was devastated. Don is a super busy man. But he made time to personally come out to my car and inspect himself. He fixed it for me for no charge. We had one of the best conversations about life that I haven t had in years. He gave some snacks to my son who was in his car seat. He s just an amazing person. The paintings he has on display the the lobby were all done by him. He s a fabulous artist. I would recommend him to anyone! A super positive being.

Where do I start! If I can give them more than 5 Stars I would. I don t normally write reviews at all something I just don t do but they 100% deserve one. I took my Ford Fusion in because someone hit my car, they were very friendly from the start you feel very welcomed, they called me with updates and when I had a question they would try to give me the correct answer. They do have a very nice and calm dog very very friendly. They try and do the best they can they treat you like if you are family and they took care of my car and I had a couple scratches on the bumper and they took care it. They won me over. I will be taking any cars and recommend people to them. Next is my truck Thank You Very Much I appreciate the work!

Best in the business! I've been going to Don for over 15 years with multiple vehicles and never left unsatisfied. Very professorial, attendative to everything, and always stays in communication with every aspect of the job. I highly recommend Don to everyone who asks if I know of a body shop.

If you want it done right with A+ customer service, go here. 2 separate occasions we brought in our car after someone hit us and the repairs were phenomenal and timely. I ll never go anywhere else.

I had a very pleasant experience at Don Valenzuela's Autobody. The staff here is amazing, making the ideal team. Here's why: Debbie is the receptionist who reached out to me after my car was involved in an accident that occurred at a drive thru car wash (it was a weird, uncommon situation). Anyways, when I brought my car in for the estimate, she greeted me in such a kind manner, offering genuine support in person and over the phone, while being informative about any of my concerns throughout the process. Mr. Valenzuela, the owner himself, called me to confirm that the estimate and rental was accepted by the other party, clearing me to bring in my car to get worked on when it was most convenient. Todd is the autobody technician who did a great job at working on my car - he finished within just 2 days! With knowledgeable and quality work at that. This place is professional, personable, and reliable. This business is a prime example of how a business should be. I've been to other autobody shops, none of them come close to being as great as Don Valenzuela's. I'm a firm believer that it's the people who make or break a business, and to simply put it, may their business keep flourishing. Thank you again to Debbie, Todd, and Mr. Valenzuela! I also wanted to thank the woman who offered me cookies she baked herself (I'm sorry for not catching your name) & to Jake, the sweet dog that welcomed me there as well! :) I appreciate all of your efforts for easing this situation for me as a customer and person who's constantly on the go.

Every time I have taken my car to this business hey do an amazing job and are very personable and friendly. Don Valenzuela s is the only place I will trust with my corvette.

I was impressed from the get go as Don had time to look at my car right away. Non insurance deal, and was not a problem. Had to wait 30 days to schedule, but that was ok, when I was told elsewhere they couldn't even evaluate my car for 30 or more days. Minor front body damage. Efficient family run business which I love to use anyway. Would definitely go back. My car was repaired in a week, and returned-cleaned inside and out. I was happy, what more could you ask for? Chocolate cookies? Got that, too! Thank you for excellent service and quality, helpful, friendly staff!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Nothing but stellar service. We took my son's car in after a minor accident. We scheduled our repair after our estimate was completed and received the car back in a little over a week. I have to say that from beginning to end the professionalism was outstanding. The work was excellent as well and the car came back as it was new. Don't hesitate to request that you use this shop. You can't go wrong.

The front end of my car was damaged and in looking through the list of auto parts repair shops I came across Don Valenzuela's name. I made and appointment and upon arriving at the shop was greeted warmly by Don himself, receptionist Debbie and some of his staff. Made my appointment, took the car in, they contacted me in a few days that all parts were in and whole repair of my car was done in a very timely manner and returned to me like new. It is a five star plus company and I will recommend them highly to anyone looking for repairs on their car. They truly value their customers.Service: Body & Trim

It s not often these days that you can say you had a GREAT experience from beginning to end. Just when I thought the world had lost touch with customer service in general, I was introduced to Don Valenzuela s Auto Body. I didn t want to purchase a new car but I also didn t want to spend thousands of dollars on keeping my car looking nice either. I took my 2007 Yukon in just to get a quote for the side paneling which was sunburnt/rusted/discolored or whatever happens over time and walked out with an appointment. Don looked at it, wrote up the quote and I was happily surprised with the price and couldn t refuse. While Don was preparing the quote, I looked at the beautiful detailed artwork on the walls which was also painted by Don. The office was clean and nice. Chatting with Debbie in the front office was a joy. My car was only in the shop for a short time and when I got it back, I was very happy with the work. They even did a little extra without charging me. They are all the most wonderful people with incredible customer service. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Don, Debbie and the staff were.

Incredible. I accidentally polished right through the paint on my brand new truck under a door handle. Typically you have to repaint a panel for what I did. Don looked at it and had a great idea and perfect execution of the repair. Flawless. So happy & was even happier when he told me the price. Incredibly reasonable. Thanks guys.

I am a two time customer of Don. I made an appt and waited 3 weeks to come in and get an estimate that stated needed an appointment. When I arrived the lady was nice until I showed her my car and told her I need an estimate for damage to file a police report. She stated I need to go through my insurance first arguing back and forth. I told her all I needed was a printout of the same and how much an estimate for that would cost. Simple paper printout. Will not be bringing my car here again.

Really great place. My husband is a school bus driver and this place is where most of Clovis Unified bring their cars for work. From the way you are warmly greeted in the office- the receptionist ( sorry can't remember her name) is so sweet and helpful- puts you right at ease. The owner greets you with a handshake- office is tastefully decorated with art the owner himself has created. There is a loving comfort dog who also greets you and loves a pet. Our car was finished in 4 days!. And they even turned in our rental car for us! Our car is washed, shiney, and running like a top. Will definitely recommend these folks! One week later, my daughter backed the car into a poll and misaligned the bumper. Don fixed it and buffed out the damage for free! So nice!

Awesome experience! Everything was explained as far as what exactly was involved with my repairs and what would be removed in the process. They originally told me 2 weeks for my repairs and were done 1 week and 1 day later! I also had an issue with my trim lifting after I left and the owner came down to my work to repair it! Such great customer service.....I really couldn't have asked for a better seamless experience!

Best repair shop I have used ever!Eric Granda was my appraiser he spent more time looking over my car then any of the other repair shops. I went to 5 other repair shops for quotes and they all seemed cold and repetitive. the other shops didn't even want to look at my car unless they got the job. Eric was very friendly and explained the estimate thoroughly. It didn't take long to get the car in for repairs either. When I dropped the car off Don greeting me at the front door with a hand shake and a smile! It was supposed to be a 5 day repair job but the got it done in 4 days.Don and his crew really seem to care about my experience and they have well deserved a pride in the quality of work they do. Plus they have a friendly dog running around the office!

I walked in for an estimate. They were friendly, professional and helpful and the office was neat and clean.Don came out and met me. He looked at my vehicle right away, and gave me some options I could take. I explained what I had in mind, and they took care of it right then and there. It was a relatively minor repair but he didn t even charge me, even though they spent 20 minutes on it. I highly recommend them on their fairness, professionalism, promptness, and just being good people!

Don Valenzuela's Auto Body is the epitome of customer service! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the most professional and friendly staff. They have the cutest dogs roaming this family oriented business. My car was damaged at a local car wash that shall remain nameless. I never had to deal with the business again. They took care of everything and my car was fixed with absolutely no hassle. The repairs were flawless and I will never use anyone else. They have earned a lifelong customer! Thank you DVAB! Let me start off by saying that you NEED to come to this place for any type of auto body repair. Let me tell you that the customer service is beyond outstanding. To top it off the people do a amazing job. They really are professionals at their job. Don has the best autobody in town. His assistant ERIC is outstanding as well. They took my 2015 Ford ST in for a total repair. My front passenger fender, door and a bunch of other objects on the car were totaled. The day I picked it up I didn t even recognize it. They really do a amazing job. This is a must go to place.He works for you he doesn t work for the insurance company, this is a must go to place to get any repair done.

If you want honest, quality work with a smile this is the place for you. Friendly staff that stayed in contact with me every step of the way and the car was done a whole day ahead of schedule.
