Went in for an Oil change on Saturday 1/27/24, staff was great...was greeted with smiling faces, however was immediately told the guy who does the oil changes was running behind. Well life happens and I understand...That wasn't nothing TOO disappointing. I picked up my vehicle and took it home, things seemed to be okay. What really got me to rate one star was this morning, when I finally drove my car again, the employee who worked on my vehicle... whoever it was, did not do a very good job putting it back together. As I was driving to work this morning, this metal piece underneath fell down and was scraping the ground, luckily I was just around the corner from my job. Now I am stuck here until I fix it. This could have ended up so much worse, I'm just happy that it didn't and that I didn't have to take the freeway.

I had a great experience, I booked my appointment via online. When the associate found out my tires were not in stock, they sent me text to inform me the time they will be and when to come. They are informative and use lots of communication. For a young woman as myself I felt I confident and not forced, thank you to the team I will return.

I was on my motorcycle today, late for work and my tire was flat. This place is like a block from my apt so I slowly rode it over there and they aired it up for me and got me back on the road in like 3 mins. Can't remember the guys name that helped me but he was cool. I will definantly be back when I'm ready to purchase tires. 5 star service!

We prefer this store the most because we get treated with respect. All the of is women have never felt like extra work was being solicited. Fair pricing and rewards are nice to have as well.

Great Great Service!! Was headed out of town early morning and noticed my low tire pressure light was on. When I pulled up at Discount Tire I noticed the nail in my right front tire. Walked in and Ruben and his staff were as quick and professional as it gets. I again will buy my next set of tires from Discount Tire.Thanks again Reuben for all your help!Ron Kirby

The customer service was just excellent it was very clean very quick I was in and out from my appointment in about 40 minutes and the service was just outstanding I cannot ask for anything better. I really do appreciate coming into your establishment and spending the little time that I did to get top notch quality work.

Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. The only minor suggestion might be to put a shine on the new set of tires so they pop when the owner picks up the car.

The last great experience I had here brought me back once again. The customer service was excellent and I appreciated having all my questions answered. Today Saul assisted me and he was very respectful and service driven. I will definitely be coming back.

They forgot to reset my T.P.M.S. and I had to go to another tire shop to get it reset. To me it was a bit of inconvenience. Overall tho I was given the best price over any other tire shop.

I took my car to discount tires on Friday 9/22/23 which is where I purchased my car s tires a little more than a year ago, because the tire pressure light was light. Along with the tire pressure light the traction and check light were also on. Upon a Technician checking my car I was told that the tire pressure sensor went out and it needed to be replaced because the air pressure in all 4 tires was fine. That was fine I felt informed. There was another Technician checking a tire for leaks who asked the Customer Service Person if he told me about the oil. Customer service Person told me everything was fine and my car was ready to go. I then asked the Technician what was he saying and he told me that in addition to checking my car tires he also checked the oil and my car had no oil in it. The thanked the Technician for making sure that I heard was he was trying to tell the Customer Service Person to tell me about my car and he said no problem ma am. He told me that he was trying to make sure that I was informed about the oil. I am not sure if the Customer Service Person just didn t hear the Technician or what but next time he should pay more attention to what the Technician is saying about customers cars because if I had not heard it for myself then what? Please show care and concern for all customers.

I popped my tire and needed to get it fix before i went to work. When I got there I was welcomed by two friendly faces saul and rouben. I told them how I needed to get to work in 45 minutes and they were able to provide speedy and accommodate to my cars needs. I would highly recommend coming to this shop!

Nice big location for my 38' 5th wheel to get some new rubber.Everyone was nice and helpful. The manager personally greets and gets you ready. Good prices also.

We had brake problems and called and got an appointment for the next day. They were very professional, quick and reasonable. We are from Kansas and felt very comfortable with them. A very good service department.

I recently went to discount tires and service Center on Railroad in Clovis, and I have to say it was a great experience. They were friendly and polite very knowledgeable. They were fast. I got my car back within the day and they took me right away. Didn t have any problems getting in overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others.

I took my car to get a oil change and alignment. Daniel( Danny) said it would be about an HR . He gave the total of $120. I get picked up and rt before they close I get a call from Danny "Hey Boss we can't do the alliment due to a bad tire .. Me ok How much will it be total ( including oil change) $249.. ok go ahead and do it. I get the call and get dropped off. So I go to pay and he is typing some stuff on the computer.. Danny ok the total is in the screen to pay .. I put my card in and I didn't even pay attention to the total. $365! Wait why is this when I was quoted $249. Danny of the tire was over $200! I can't tell em to take it off it's closing time. So I was stuck paying the amount. Who pays that much for one tire! I will never go to this location again. I do not recommend them. Danny need to be more specific when he calls long time clients like myself and explain clearly the amount for everything not be sneaky about it and leave ppl stuck with an outrageous cost for 1 tire. Mind you I bought life time warranty for the alliment! Smh I'll be call Ing the manager to complain tomorrow. Please beware commuinty.

Very good prices and great selection of tires. Outstanding customer service, technically competent and honest. I have been coming here for 10+ years and my satisfaction is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.Now, almost 20 years...still five stars from me. Very satisfied.Almost 25 years, never disappointed. Quality work, friendly service, fair prices.

Called a few months ago and spoke with someone nice and helpful. Called again today to schedule for my brakes. Literally heard the warning squeak on 1 of my tires and parked my car for a few days. This guy Ruben, today, tried to tell me over the phone that they can't replace the brake pads unless they also resurface the rotors. Also tried to tell me that the brake pads only have a warranty if the rotors are resurfaced. I'm not going to pay for a service like that unless it's needed. I tried telling him I've owned a lot of vehicles and only 2 in my life have any of them needed rotors resurfaced. He tried to tell me the new brake pads have a pattern on them and they have to resurface the rotors to match the pattern on the new brake pads. I told him, I've also never seen new brake pads with a pattern on them. That resurfacing is only needed when there has been grinding on them to cause grooves.**Took my car somewhere else to get the brakes done and still had half the pads left all the way around. So I didn't even need my brake pads replaced.Conclusion: this place is ripping people off.

Went in for a tire rotation and alignment. The gentleman was extremely honest and helpful. We could not do it because our tire tread. We got the tires and went back to him because his honesty. He took care of us with no unnecessary costs and no unnecessary headaches. Thank you. A+++

The wait took a little long, but overall I had a good experience. The man who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles. I will be taking my vehicle back for upcoming oil changes and alignments.

Great place to get not only tires, but they can and will check your whole car. They give you a list with how much and they also let you know what item on the list should be taken care of first and down the list.I have an older van, a 2002 Ford Windstar and they ordered the tires for my set appointment and had my car done by the end of the dayThe staff is very polite and helpful.I would go back to them

I had THE best experience with this location. Thank you to John and his mechanics! I made an appointment for struts, they had an opening the next day at 11 am. When I got there I asked them to also take a look at my power steering, they did and called me and quoted me a price and were done with everything in roughly 5 hours. I was so happy they were able to accommodate me! Very nice straight to the point no nonsense type of business. I highly recommend this place. My experience was stellar. Thanks again!**And to the mechanic(s) that replaced my power steering hose, you the real mvp. :) **

Friendly & Helpful Front Office Manager. Willing to talk and discuss options. Given pricing estimates for future work that I wanted done. Technician doing work was very helpful also. Willing to talk about my car and what he saw underneath the car and under the hood so I had a more complete knowledge of my vehicle's health going forward. Very positive experience!
