I am a regular at Dick s for service and repairs. I trust Grant and his staff to take care of my vehicle. When an additional service or repair is needed, I am contacted with the information and a cost estimate. I make the decisions. Had to get my husbands transmission replaced. They held the car there for way longer than they needed to, fixed the car quickly once I gave the go ahead, and came in under what we thought!! They were very helpful, kind, and efficient. Car works great would recommend and go back!

I have been going to Dick's Automotive for 2 yrs. They explain the problem and tell you what they're going to do. I feel confident in them and like their professionalism. If you're looking for a great auto shop, go to Dick's Automotive. I'm glad I did!!!

Dick's Automotive did an excellent job in notifying me of the issues my car had. They were efficient, and had my car back to me in a day! It is good to know that there are reliable mechanics in the Clovis neighborhood.

Was given an estimate of $911 for services by Larry Seibert and ended up paying $1,513.79.I was not given a courtesy call to inform me that the services will be over 50% of the estimate.I understand being 10% over the estimate would be fare but 50% over is robbery.
