Unfortunate experience at Costco the supposed gold standard of customer service. I wanted to only purchase 2 tires but was turned away due to my tires ironically being 6/32 not the Costco recommended 7/32. I was told to purchase all 4 or nothing. So I went down to America s Tire and had a great experience. My mistake for thinking Costco would be a better place to purchase tires.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. Tire guy tried to sell me snow tires at first after I had talked to them on the phone about the tires I originally wanted. Came to pay for the tires and this happened. Had to wait over a week. They ended up messing up the paper work with the wrong car on the paper work and I talked to them on the phone about it and ended up having to come back down again. I sent my dad to get bc I was busy and they lied and said it would be 200 more $. I was outraged. My boss came down to after all this and buying the tires and then saying their would be no problem and he was also outraged. Finally got my car in there and the tires put on after all of this terrible service. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any business I've ever been to in my entire life, and I've worked in cs my entire life. Tires are great tho.

Good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good. This place is the cheapest you'll find.Do not expect costco to honor the road hazard or limited mileage warranties they promise when they sell the tires. If having that coverage is important to you, spend a few more bucks and buy tires elsewhere.

Beware! I will never buy tires from this Costco ever again. They do not hold up their end to their warranty! Bought 4 Michelin tires 3 years ago for $800+ with 60,000 mile warranty and currently close to 40,000 miles on the tires, and they are all worn to the point of wires exposing soon actually worn at 30,000 miles half of warranty. Tires are on a Minivan, daily driven, commuting to work and back only.Costco wants proof/documentation that the tires were routinely Rotated every 7,500 miles by a certified tire shop. For you DIY who can easily do a tire rotation, don t! if you are hoping warranty will cover. I told Costco Tires that I ve rotated tires with every oil change I do which is about every 7,500 miles, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. You can tell that I ve rotated my tires routinely by the even wear on all 4 tires.Please save your time and money! Do not buy your tires from COSTCO! There are other alternative Tire Shops with comparable pricing. I feel I got ripped off. NEVER again will I buy tires from COSTCO!!!

We came in to replace a tire because one was going flat and losing air. Dustin from tire center stated the tired purchased from Costco cannot be warrantied or. Prorated even though I have had above 5/32nd of tread depth. I was really frustrated because it was starting to rain soon and I had a 2 year old with me. I proceeded on telling him that it'd fine go ahead and replace 1 tire and I'd purchase it at full price. He had stated because it two rear axle drive two tires will need to be replaced. I called out his bluff on this and the way we were treated and handled I was extremely dissatisfied. We had spend over thousand of dollars at costco as an executive member and for us to be shyed away in an emergency situation I had to drive across town to a different Costco with my tires going flat and my two year old. I was in a jepordy situation. I could've escalated the situation however clock was ticking. I will never be coming back to this costco again to do business what so ever and this concern will go public on social media.

Never had any issues going here and will keeping going for my tire needs. I would just recommend getting there right when the doors open if you do not have an appointment. Otherwise you can wait anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on how many people are ahead of you.

If your looking for customer service, support, warranty repair you are much better off with a local tire shop. Costco is great at a lot of things a tire shop is not one of them.

I had to wait 4 days. The tires came in on the third day but it was too late in the day so they made me come back. If you have a blowout and you need a tire that is a weird size and Costco doesn't have it just call around and find the place that does I wouldn't wait at all.

With only top rated tire manufacturers for nearly every car, truck or SUV and a wide variety of batteries and the ability to special order what they don't got in stock....you cant really go wrong as the prices are fair, the nitrogen is free and you'll save on mounting and balancing, get a road hazad warranty and rotations for the life of the tire...at any Costco Tire center in the country...just make sure your alignment is scheduled elsewhere as they dont do them...and nothing will kill your vehicles new kicks faster than some excessive toe, caster or camber....for the most part if you're tires are worn unevenly, like bald edges go spend the 70 to 100 bucks and extend life of your new rubberPS....I don't work here or get paid for the alignments you purchase...just consider this a way to help you save some green and go green by keeping tires out of the recycling pile a bit longer.

I go to Costco to buy food and buy tires at Costco I'm very pleased to go there and buy tires they always treat me well the staff is very friendly and very helpful thank you so much Costco keep up the good work
