My husband was treated very rudly by the technician at Circle Automotive.My husband explained online the issueshe was having with the car and ask for a totally inspection to be done. When my husband check in , in person he was lied too, Charged a fee and rush out!Later to have found out the battery is bad along wirh revealing what the issue were , by a technician from Firestone.Circle Automotive statesHonesty with Integrity ...NOT!!

This has been the best car repair shop I have ever been to!They are very friendly and caring. They are reasonable and quickly fix your car problems. They are honest and willing to help.Being a woman, you don't feel like they are taking advantage of you. I trust them completely to fix my car and feel very confident in their repairs. They have a very happy customer for life. I won't take my car anywhere else but Circle.Thank you to all the employees for taking such good care of me and my car. Took a vehicle to have fixed, payed over 5 grand to fix the problem only to find out it wasn t fixed when I left with my vehicle, only to be put in for another scheduled appointment 3 weeks out, bottom line is once they get their money, you are no longer a priority to them.and the process to fix the problem took 2 weeks as it was. I couldn t keep sinking money into it, they like to call every day or 2 saying there is a new problem and that the charges would be different, the original estimate was near 3k but not I m down 5k and the vehicle is no longer working. Thanks circle automotive!

I would like to thank the team at circle automotive for their outstanding service and going up , over and beyond to get my tow truck back up and running . EXTREMELY COSTLY: the diagnosis alone was $201.oo which I thought was unfair & warranty did NOT cover that or the MAJORITY of the work basically my warranty paid 1/5 everything else had to come out of my pocket . BUT THEY WERE FAST/TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL That's why I'm giving them 3 stars

This is a great place for car service. One of the first things I noticed about Circle was that they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I figure happy employees do better work. Not having to work on weekends makes me happy and it probably works for them too.I had them replace a leaking heater core, which is a long, tedious job because you have to take the interior dash apart and put it back together. They didn't rush it, didn't damage anything, and got the job done when they said they would at the quoted price. And it was really nice that were no surprise "shop fees" or misc "paper towel" feeds at the end, which always happens at the dealership. I definitely recommend Circle Automotive.

What an honest business! Worth being noticed. I had a transmission rebuilt a month before I bought my jeep and when it had a problem even though a new owner, they honored the warranty with the parts, not the owner. Thank you for being so honest when others aren't!! You have earned my loyalty and my continued business!! Easy to work with and so accomodating. Thank you.

Super honest mechanics who definitely know their stuff. Chris took his time to both thoroughly diagnose and explain everything. Fair pricing and quick as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I had to take my 2014 Chevrolet Traverse in for an A/C diagnostic. I was able to drop my vehicle late in the evening using their dropbox, which was super convenient. They called the next day and explained the issue to us. What I loved most was that they didn't try and pressure me into having them repair it. They gave me the information necessary and ultimately, I determined it was probably something we could do ourselves. When I asked if it were possible, I wasn't condescended to or told that I "really should have a qualified mechanic do the repair," yada yada yada. They weren't trying to get my money. I felt like they gave me honest and upfront information, which is pretty rare these days. I was able to do the repair myself and then have them vacuum and fill the freon afterwards. Chris was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going to Circle Automotive for any future automobile maintenance and repair needs.Service: Air conditioning

I unfortunately had an emergency situation that required my car to be towed there and stuck there for a week. However, I let them know that it was okay to not rush the repairs because I prefer quality service and since it was a big job, and they were busy, they didnt need the stress.Very professional, and Chris is honest and kept me up to date. I had no issues with the pricing. Actually, I already knew what was possibly wrong and already had an idea of repairs and prices in my head. Still shocking to see the repair price though.If I ever had an emergency though, I would go here again. I already have my own mechanic for regular maintenance. my car feels like new again. They are super nice, and honest, and know their stuff. I do recommend them.

This place is amazing. Chris the servicewriter was very communicative. Called promptly at 8am to let me know what work was going to be done that day and promptly at 430 to tell me how much longer. They got my Subaru up and running very quickly even with special order parts. Will definitely be returning for more work! Thanks to everyone at Circle Automotive.

Have been taking my cars here for 20 years, have never been disappointed. John and Brian stand behind their work, which is done right the first time. They go out of their way to accommodate and work with the customer. I went in because I was having brake issue's. Chris was very knowledgeable about what it could be and made sure I was safe when I left. They did a great job and for how busy they were got my car done very quick. I'll be returning anytime I have a car problem or need maintenance.

Best automotive in town. Communication was great and if you need to drop off car and pick up after hours they will accommodate to make sure you have a working vehicles. Finding a reliable mechanic is hard and these guys are a blessing.

Probably one of the best/friendly places I have ever taken my car to! We were on the way home back to LA when we had a minor inconvenience with the car but luckily the gentleman s that work there were more than willing to help us so we could get back on the road. Without a doubt i would highly recommend them anytime! Thank you guys, I appreciate you taking the time to help us out!

Very trustworthy and dedicated owners and mechanics. They are very fair in their pricing. They are also thoughtful about diagnostics and figuring out exactly what your car needs. They never offer things that you don't need. In fact, many times I have had other dealers and mechanics recommend services and then bring it to Circle Automotive for a 2nd opinion and have them tell me that they didn't think it was necessary. they have definitely earned my trust.

Took my truck in thinking my rear axle bearings were going out but turns out it was the U joints. They repaired it and got the truck back to me quickly. I would recommend them for all auto repairs in Clovis.

They came highly recommended and for good reason. John (owner) had multiple chances to up-sell me but instead he pointed out multiple items that didn't need to be replaced. In fact, this is the first time ever that the final bill has been lower than the proposed amount at an auto repair shop. They were fast and my car runs much better. I would recommend then to anyone!

Going to drive 2015 Ford Escape to MT and car had been stored for a year. Air conditioning was working and needed general servicing. Took it in and by noon my car was ready for pickup. What an amazing job air was working and car was running perfect. Drove it all the way to MT and it preformed 100%. I always bring my car to this shop. The owner is a great guy, who will tell you start up what it will cost and usually never a penny more once they look at it. Most of the time I get my car back in the same week. Always recommend this place to anyone who need their car fix.

Life savers--Three months ago, I made a mistake purchasing a truck that had trouble right away. John, the owner, walked me through all my options, helping me make a good decision from there. They kept me well informed along the way, looking for ways to keep costs down. In the end, my truck runs perfectly, and I am happy that I had Circle to help me make good decisions.

Honest shop, fair price, very busy. The only negative I can think of is communication. I do understand and their positives far out weigh the negative given that they are a smaller shop, but I just wish they would call or text when the car is finished. This is my go to shop. All four of my cars come here.

Fantastic and honest service! A dealership told my husband he needed over $2,000 in work to his car. Took it to Circle and all he needed was new brakes. We will be coming back here for all our car needs
