Definitely would recommend Clovis Caliber Sunny-side!. My car came out looking brand new again like nothing ever happened. Picked up my car cleaned and washed as well, I was very satisfied with the time frame my work was completed in. They had great customer service and communication. Big thank you to Jeff the service advisor ! I had time after I got out of school in Visalia to drive to Clovis and he stayed till right at closing time for my car estimate. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Every employee at Caliber was helpful, friendly and above all very professional. We worked with service advisor Rene Ibarra. Rene was professional, explained everything in great detail so we could understand what they were going to do. The work was perfect, made our 2009 vehicle look new again. Work was completed a week early. Upon completion Rene reviewed all the work they did in great detail to us. We felt very comfortable with the entire staff, but especially Rene. Never been to a Caliber collision before but this one was perfect. Great business, great staff.

John and Ashley have been extremely helpful, informative, and phenomenal in communication from the initial estimate all the way through the time I picked up my vehicle!!! It was my first time ever getting my car repaired- I knew nothing about this process. They both walked my hand through it all.. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision (this location) with confidence!!!! Thank you, thank you. Thank you!!!!

Ashley (at the front desk) is super helpful & has a great attitude. She went out of her way to accommodate me with whatever I needed. Also, my car was repaired the same say I dropped it off. Overall, this was a great experience.

We took our van to Caliber Collision because they did amazing work on the last car we took there. We worked with Ashley, who was very sweet, kept us up to date on the progress and answered all our questions and concerns. When we picked up the van it was closing time, but that did not stop Ashley from taking the time to show us our van and go through everything with us. She answered any question we had and never once tried to rush us. The work was done perfectly and the customer service was amazing!

Caliber Collision formerly Brad's Auto Body did an excellent job explaining my required repairs. They went above and beyond to verify that my repairs were quality and my vehicle was returned to the pre-accident levels. White paint is hard to match. I'm grateful that they did a beautiful job!

I was in a car accident a month ago, my vehicle was sent to Caliber Collision on Sunnyside Ave in Clovis. I worked with Ashley the entire month. She was absolutely amazing. The whole process was painless on my end. I received text messages constantly giving me updates on my vehicle. They even reached out to the car rental place when an extension was needed for further work on my car. When I received my vehicle, it was in perfect condition again AND washed and detailed inside and out. I highly recommend this company and specifically this location.

I had my car in the shop multiple times and its still not fixed properly, three days later the paint wrinkled again (11-9-21). I had my car fixed and had to go back and fourth for light paint, light paint, light paint (no joke images are just a few examples of why I kept going back), orange peel, overspray, cracked paint, bondo looking paint, random gaps, paint drips, peeling paint, peeling paint, didn't paint the areas needed.... Now my gauges don't light up nor does my clock hold time. They say its my issue and won't take responsibility. I believe its a blown fuse ( need to seek this out). They have forgotten to reconnect items in the past (lights and truck lock) the other times I returned and I wouldn't doubt them forgetting to disconnect the battery and arching a wire when removing the bumper (rear fog light wired into tail or even arching the battery). I'm no making this up; they now refuse to fix it even though they have LIFETIME WARRANTY on the craftsmanship and paint because they took it back so much (5+ times Feb, April, May, Aug, Oct, and returning 10+ times during the time they had it to reject it that wasn't documented). Now I have to deal with the insurances again! Cheryl and Salina were awesome taking care of business! They cannot do anything management has control over which is when things went downhill as they took over. The rest of the crew lacks professionalism and guaranteeing quality work. I do not recommend taking your business here they don't hold up to LIFETIME WARRANTY on Craftsmanship!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service is fantastic. John was extremely easy to work with, and he treated me like a friend not just another insurance claim. They kept me updated on my car, and it was ready on time. The girls at the front are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop. 5 stars

I was in an accident a month ago and honestly thought my CRV would be totaled. Ashley was extremely professional and kept us in the loop concerning the repairs. Manager reached out to correct the issue. It would have been more professional if I was contacted first to ensure that I received the quote, especially since I was on a time deadline. Customer service should be proactive and not reactive to a poor review.

While fixing my bumper they had my car for a week and when I got my car back the interior sunglass holder was completely broken. When I brought this to their attention they tried to insinuate I broke it and was trying to blame them. They never took responsibility and left me with 200 dollars in damage that I will have to pay myself. Unfortunately I will never trust this company and caution everyone to take their car elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

The car's axle was broken after it got into an accident. Jeff from Caliber communicated in a timely manner and kept me appraised of all repairs. We did have to take the car in a second time after there was a minor sound from the brakes; that was also resolved professionally. The car was as good as new.

There people know what they're doing. Very professional and timely Which is everything these days. Staff was friendly and professional every step of the way and great communication when there was a slight delay. Definitely I would highly suggest anyone that I know to take there vehicle to Caliber when in need.

My Suburban Ltz towed to this shop to get repairs due to vandalism on 7/20/23. When Cheryl called me she asked me if I was okay and showed genuine concern for my well being. This made me feel like I was cared for and I immediately knew I was in good hands.She was very prompt and had an estimate ready to go over with me. The estimate was done well in how everything was broken down clearly. She answered all my questions and I let her know my concerns.She let me know that my car maybe totaled and so that way I was prepared to deal with that. And told me my insurance would be reaching out to me in to let me know.My truck did get totaled and this was very disappointing, but what Cheryl did next was up and beyond what I expected. Cheryl texted me multiple listing of trucks that were similar to mine for sale in the area. I was surprised! I did mention to her that I was fond of my truck, but didn't think she would remember such details.Thank you Cheryl for your kindness and compassion it meant a lot to me and touched my heart deeply.

Everyone there was sooo friendly. Customer service was fantastic!! Was informed every step of the way by text (my preference). And got my car back early!! The whole staff is great, I worked with Jeff and he was amazing!!! 10+/10!!Thank you all
