The entire process with Caliber Collision was awesome! Josh managed our claim, including contacting our insurance carrier when they initially denied the claim. Caliber Collision was able to give me a ride home and then back to the shop for pick up at the conclusion of the repair. I was kept informed throughout the process and feel that everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. Hopefully I won t need their services anytime soon, but I most definitely will recommend their services to anyone in need!

First I ll start off by stating that I never leave reviews, however I am beyond pleased and impressed with the costumer service provided by staff at Caliber Collision. They had my vehicle repair done within three days! Once I arrived I was greeted by reception staff who were friendly/welcoming. Rene, was informative as he reviewed the breakdown of the estimated charges with me to ensure I had a good understanding of what the expenses entailed and also explained what to expect next in the process. Upon arrival for pick up of my car quality assurance was done on the vehicle which included light detailing, making it look better than new! The staff at Caliber Collision of Clovis (Barstow ave) made the stress being in an accident and dealing w insurance company so much easier!If you have ever been in an accident you know how stressful this process can be. The confidence they exuded in reassuring me that my car was in good hands and the repairs would be done professionally and completed as fast as possible was a stress reliever.From my weekly calls, checking on parts to delivery day I was always treated with the utmost respect.When I saw my car I almost cried, it is beautiful!Thank you CCC for all your hard work and listening to my ranting! Josh B and his team were beyond AMAZING!!!!. Josh and his entire team went above and beyond to make my experience stress free. They did WAY more then what was expected of them and what was paid for by insurance. My vehicle was completed 4 days EARLIER then the projected completion date.Josh was nothing but PROFESSIONAL and the communication regarding the status of the work on my vehicle was top notch.Josh is a huge assist to the Clovis Caliber Collision team. In the future if I need the services of a collision center I would jump at the chance to work with Josh and his team again.I will refer anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle to Caliber Collision Clovis and refer them to Josh B.To everyone at Calibur Collison Clovis-Josh, Danielle and the entire team. Josh and team here at Caliber Collision put our 2015 Passat back together better than new after we were rear-ended last year!! You d never know the difference!They even put extra effort into replacing a sentimental license plate frame, for no other reason than they knew we were attached to it.We can t recommend them enough!

Caliber Collision is the best! They got our car in quickly, kept us informed on the repairs and got our car back to us when they promised it would be ready! They said what they were going to do and they delivered! Customer service at it's finest! I will recommend them to anyone who asks about car repairs.

They did a good job on the repairs but I wish the communication during the whole process was better. I went a week without a car and little to no information on what was happening / when it would be done.

Good experience as always I have been going to caliber collision since i have been driving. Just got my car back from a near total collision and now it looks like when i drove it off the lot. This is a place that is managed right and although with the vehicle manufacturer strikes going on and parts being sparse they kept at the heals of the manufacturers to get my parts so that I could be back on the road. Thank you I highly recommend if your insurance allows you to take your vehicle here that you use them. Always keeping you updated, even if it may not be the answer you want to hear but in this day and age honest answers are rare but caliber never has failed at giving the truth straight. All I gotta say is, if you guys ever need auto bodywork from a collision or that or something these guys are legit nice friendly staff send you updates on your vehicle daily, And make you feel comfortable when you re dropping off your vehicle like you re leaving it in good hands

Thank you! to the Caliber Collision team, my car was ready on the exact date given to me. Even though when they called me to let me know that my car was ready, I was sick at home with Covid. I was not feeling well and I asked it I can pick up my car the next day, and they said yes. I was happy and glad to make arrangements. Then I received a call from Caliber Collision and they asked me if they can drop off my car to me at my house I was so happy to think I didn t have to make any arrangements, because they were willing to help me out. Such an amazing and fast experience!! Had my car hit and called caliber on Barstow. They got me in and walked me through every step of the way. Car was done around a week or less. Tony is amazing! He always kept me up to date with everything! Definitely recommend anyone to come get their car fixed here.

Caliber Body Shop is the best that I have done business with I try some other body shops before and they always let you down they didn't fix it right they're not on time or something that they always pick up the car dirty but not caliber Body Shop when I picked up my car it was cleaner then when I dropped it off everything was done on time I'm so happy with Caliber auto body shop that I would recommend this to anybody thank you very much caliber Body Shop and everybody that work with me so professional and friendly thank you very much God blessService: Painting
