These guys are great. Always able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem. Prices are reasonable, they don't try to sell you things you don't need. They explain everything in a way non-car people can understand. Super professional and clean shop.

Auto House has helped me with two older cars and saved me hundreds of dollars due to their lower diagnostic and labor fees, and their expertise allowed me to avoid un-needed repairs suggested by other places. My confidence in them has been solidified. They are very fair, knowledgeable, and customer friendly.

I would like to make a huge shoutout to Auto House of Clovis, Inc. They did such a fantastic job on my C5 corvette and they kept me in the loop the whole way. They saved me the headache of having to do the work and they really treated my car as if it were their own. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest them to anyone. Muscle cars, classics, exotics.. they got ya covered! They replaced my torque tube and clutch/components as well as revealed my transmission and now it's as good as new!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

They were so helpful with finding what was making noise in my car, they ended up calling Toyota an figured out that it could be under warranty so they told me to take it to them instead , an they didn t charge me anything when I went to pick up my car! They truly wanted to help me a with no charge for their time! I m so grateful for them!

I've used Auto House of Clovis for the past 5 years, because of my family and car selections... too many times. This being said, I'm always happy to give the business to these great people... so friendly, so reasonable... Fantastic. Thank you guys for being you guys!A little followup to this review from long ago... Darrell and the team have continued to be my "go to" even after we moved 3 hours away. They are always so busy with all the people that trust them, but have bailed me out in a couple of recent emergencies and I am so grateful to them... thanks again, guys!

My car loss clutch and i hobbled into their shop. It was the closest to me. They were cordial, communicative, kind, and reasonable. They were real busy but they managed to help. A blessing for sure.

I took it in to get points put back and set. I thought they could without the bench seat. The said no. I asked if I could leave go get the bench seat and install in parking lot wouldn t take me long. Joey said no and to tow it out of there. Didn t offer an appointment to come back or anything. Had it towed to tailored customs a mile away. Tailored Customs had no problem took my seat later that day.

I had an issue with my wife s Honda CRV air conditioning. I first called a Honda Dealer and was told I couldn t get an appt in for service for two weeks down the road. I called Auto House and they were able to get me in within 3 Days. Joey at the desk was informative and kept me up to date on my service. The cost was very reasonable and would recommend them in the future.Service: Auto A/C recharge

I was 300 miles away from home taking care of my dad, when I noticed large area of fluid leak. I called and they had me come right in. Polite, attentive, professional, curteous, reasonable. Checked out car and determined not in need of immediate care. This is a busy well established business, made time for little old lady in need. I will bring back. Service: Vehicle Inspection

I always feel taken care of taking my car into Auto House of Clovis. As a woman, who knows very little about my car, I never feel taken advantage of or feel like they are trying to upsell me something I don t need. They can get you in quickly and serviced within a day or two. The prices are very fair and the owner, family, and clientele are all really kind people. They ll get your needs taken care of and get your car running in great shape! The steering went out in my 2014 Audi. A friend told me to take my car here. The part took a long time to come in - no fault of the Auto House - just a sign of the times. When it was finally fixed, and I walked into the office - I was not greeted by the person behind the desk at all, he heard me come in but never acknowledged that I was there and waiting. Finally when he did acknowledge me and I got the keys, I went to my car and the tire pressure was low on one tire. So of course I went back in and just started asking if anyone could help me with that. The young girl in the back of the office was super helpful and got someone to take the car back and put air in the tire. it needed 20 pounds!! so - - why wasn't this noticed before? How can someone drive the car from the garage to the parking lot and NOT notice the red light on about tire pressure? My car did not have a problem when I dropped it off at Auto House! I took it to American Tire Depot - who were wonderful - and fixed my tire FOR FREE - (and i did not buy the tires there) and said it did have a nail in it. The customer service at Auto House is not good - I guess because I have an Audi I don't have many choices of where to go - but I would not go here again - I question that if my tire pressure was that bad, does that reflect their attention to detail in fixing my car?Service: Steering & suspension repair

After chasing an electrical issue on my wife's 04 tahoe that had intermittent A/C operation and a voltage reference issue, I remembered Auto House of Clovis. I used to work down the street from them many years ago and saw that they still had a good reputation so I made the call. They were able to set me up with an appointment reasonably soon and I dropped it off early Tuesday morning. Joey called me later that afternoon and gave me the diagnosis and a fair estimate. The parts were ordered and by Thursday afternoon I received a call saying that my car was repaired and that they (only fixed what you need fixed). That saved me $150 from the last estimate. A/C blows cold and I have a Happy Wife! Thank you Auto House, I will return and send others your way")Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Customer service is second to none. They have the best owner and staff. They ll make sure you are taken care in what you need and not to upsell you to make profit. Their prices are fair and comparable to other shop but way less than dealership price. I would highly recommend Auto House of Clovis.

The personal service as well as the service for the repairs was fabulous! The guys were very patient when I was fussing with the tow truck which took much longer than expected. They were very understanding. They always stayed in touch with me as they were trying to diagnose the problem. After a process of elimination, the problem was determined and within a couple days the car actually started again to my relief. I was informed immediately that the car starts again and that it was ready for pick up. When I walked into the office for my first time, the gentlemen in the office were very kind and humorous as well. I am excited to have a repair shop for my future car repair needs!Service: Electrical repair

I ve been having an intermittent issue, that needed to be looked at while it occurred. I took my truck in while it was happening and although they were fully booked, they took my truck right away. They checked it out immediately and kept it another few days to dig in . Unfortunately they were unable to diagnose the specific problem, but they kept in communication with me while it was there, extensively delved into the problem and then only charged me a nominal fee, considering the time I know they put into it. The truck has been to a total of 3 places with the same problem. None have been able to diagnose, but Auto House was by far the most diligent and communicative, which I greatly appreciate. I will return with any other needs I have.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. My daughter and I were traveling to Clovis for a big regional swim meet and had issues with our rental car while traveling from San Jose to Clovis. The rental car company offered us no assistance and my�insurance company urged me to get the car into a mechanic that day (Friday). I called all over Clovis and no one would get us in, and then I spoke to Joey at Auto House of Clovis. Joey was kind, listened with compassion and expertly described what he believed was going on with our car. Not only did he and Darrell get us in that day (a Friday afternoon I might add), but he let me wait to bring it in so I could finish watching my daughter's meet that day. It was so clear upon arrival that this shop is top-shelf and their customer service is deserving of all their 5-star reviews. They quickly got our rental car up on the lift, diagnosed the issue with the gravel guard (just as Joey predicted), put in six new pins, and zip-tied the cracked portion to the bumper and we were on our way. In addition to all of this, they wrote up a report for my insurance company, that there was no impact to the car, but rather poor maintenance following an oil change, and that the torn gravel guard was no fault of my own, but neglect on the part of the rental car company. Then when it came time to settle up, Darrell (the owner) smiled at me and said, "No charge." These guys saved our trip and got our rental car back in working order so we could safely get around town for the rest of the weekend and back to San Jose. Joey and Darrell and the rest of the Auto House of Clovis crew are the finest representation of professionalism, kindness, generosity and customer service, I've ever come across. I promise you this, the next time I'm giving a keynote on building brand loyalty, I'll be sharing this story. And all of this for a customer from Montana. Oh, and these guys were stacked up with vehicles and customers, clearly crushing it business wise. And from all the banter and conversation, it was clear most folks were repeat customers. When in doubt, seek these guys out.

I was referred to Auto House by Moses Smog Service. Moses said he had great confidence in them and the work was always well-done. Once the appointment was made and I brought the car in, Auto House made me feel they were interested in my concerns and customer satisfaction was important. Great communication. Completed the job the same day. The total cost was fair and the explanation of what was performed was straightforward and easy to understand. Overall-a great experience!!Service: Transmission
