Friendly and helpful service! Even though the building looks small, they have everything you could want. Better than your standard auto parts store!Despite being a chain, this NAPA is owned by a very friendly local. Much better than O'Reilly.

Went in to the Cloverdale store and was trying to disconnect my battery, initial Employee was helping and friendly. I asked to use a tool, cresent wrench didn't work so I went back inside. Toney then Helped, gather he is a manager or something because he was acting arrogant and rude. Pretty much told me "Tough luck! looks like your gonna need to buy a TOOL...Not my problem". NO! Toney I don't need to! TONEY needs some customer service training... oh and my battery is from Napa and warranty is still good, if I wanted to I could have made him take it out and Charge and test it!! won't be shopping at Napa any more especially RUDE Cloverdale location with Toney

I needed help with a problem I'm having with my RV. Even though this is not their area of expertise the man working (unfortunately I did not get his name) was very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem. Not everyone would take the time to look at the part and give an opinion as to its status. This sent me in the right direction to resolve the issue and I'm very grateful.

Did not get the battery size requested none of the 3 parts clerks wearing masks except one with Bandanna store was air conditioned doors shut no concern at all over Covid-19 ...take your business elsewhere..,.
