This place has gone downhill and will not receive any business from me in the future. I took my 2022 vehicle in for 4 new tires, after a 2 hour wait for scheduled appt., my custom valve stem caps were gone and replaced with plain black ones. Also, my tires were not balanced, and now my vehicle shakes at speeds over 40mph. I've called and talked to owner several times and have been lied to repeatedly before he hung up on me. Beware if you take your vehicle here, they are not trustworthy.

Took my company's fleet and personal truck. Best prices + professionalism in town.Literally checked prices with everyone in town.Scott the owner is about as real as they comeOne year later:Stem valves! I am getting tired of changing flat tires because of cheap steam valves.

I have a growing fleet of mail vans that require a wide range of service. These guys are THE BEST. They always get me right in and back on the road fast. They are super helpful! I really appreciate a shop that thoroughly inspects my car when it s getting a service & these guys let me know if something is going to need to be replaced. I don t drive the vans I bring in but I know I can trust that the vehicle is safe to put back in service when I leave the shop. I can rely on Tire Pros to make sure none of my drivers are in harms way behind the wheel! Customer for life.

The mechanic who quoted my wife $800 would not explain to me why I needed all new rotors when I arrived. When the car was up on the rack myself and other inspected the rotors and saw they did not need replaced, only the brake pads did. The mechanic was then very rude and said he cannot explain it to me and to talk to his boss. I asked his boss saul and he said the mechanics did the inspection. I asked him does it look lk it needs replaced again and he would not answer. when the mechanic drove around to give me my keys he would not. I explained to him his boss saul told me to come get the keys. He ignores me and brought the keys back to the front office. This was very rude customer service and he very much tried to scam my wife. The man was short white and rude and would not stop staring at me like I did something to him. Will not be coming back . Thanks

Always do a great job! We take all our vehicles there for any maintenance/car problems, not just tires! They are always considerate of our schedule. Great mechanics. Super nice people, especially Monica who works at the front desk. The waiting room is comfortable even with my toddler who is always with me. Highly recommend.

My experience with Tire Pros was extremely positive, everyone was easy to communicate with, friendly and explained all the details to me so that I could understand what was going to happen to my car. They were knowledgeable and I look forward to going back whenever I need more tires for my car. Their prices are reasonable. Clean shop with an inviting waiting area with sofas, chairs, TV and coffee. Their location is easy to find. Thank you!

As I took my husband to work this morning I realized I had a nail in my tire. We defiantly depend on our car so I went to Tire Pros. As always they were so nice and courteous and quickly got my tire patched up! The best thing was the price. Thanks for being so dependable to us guys! You absolutely ROCK!

Just had my car serviced there today and I was very happy with everything. Nice, clean environment and good coffee in a cool waiting room. My car runs significantly better and they were very competitive in their pricing. I give them a five star rating.

I purchased new tires for my jeep and the offset of my rims caused a rubbing issue.I was told that when i get the proper rims they would remount and balance my tires at no further cost.I had already spent over 1100.00 dollars. When i brought my new rims in the manager or owner told me i had already received a ton of free labor and that i would have to pay for the mounting and balancing again. This was stated in the waiting area with other customers in the room.Previously i had my brakes done here and after a short time the new calipers started sticking again.Several people related to me that they had similar problems with service and the quality of the parts used here. Not sure what happened this used to be a great place.I wont be coming back personally.

These guys are great. I came in with my car making a weird sound and couldn't tell what it was. They started me with an inspection fee and put it towards the service to get it repaired which was awesome. They were very thorough and super courteous of me and my financial situation. They did everything they could to make sure I was back on the road, safe and sound.#peechomp

Honest and professional! My engine is blown and instead of doing a $1,200 tune up I thought would fix my problems. Tire pros called me to tell me it didn't pass the compression test and didn't try to up-sell me. They only charged me the labor to put my car back together and even discounted my bill. Thank you! That really helped me after I wasted $400 at Big O and Big O told me my car was fixed.

When I stopped by to have my car checked out I was greated by kind faces and knew my car was in good hands. My car was done in a timely manner and I left knowing the problem was resolved- unlike other places where they fix one problem and suddenly another appears. I had no problems after my visit and would like to thank Steve for his quality work.

I stopped into Tire Pros with a small issue on my Toyota FJ. The staff was friendly and efficient, the office was clean with a nice seating area and a terrific snowman made out of tires. Service did a great job and fixed another issue I was having without even charging me. Tire Pros earned my families business!!

When I went shopping for a set of tires they were willing to beat the best price I could find.I decided to get my tires at tire pros because of their dedication to customer service. The last tire company I used didnt have that same dedication. The roads where I work and live are full of potholes and construction. Recently, the TPMS went off on three of the four tires within a couple of weeks. After making a call to set up an appointment they fixed all three tires at no cost.

Very rude service manager and prices are much much higher than other shops in town. They wanted $650+ for a $400 brake job. Take your business elsewhere. I was treated like garbage when I asked them to explain their quote and tried to work with them to find a more affordable way to repair my brakes. I went with a locally owned shop and you should too!

I have got 2 sets of tires from these guys and prices & service was always great. When I walk through the door I get service in under 5 minutes, I've also never observed anyone else waiting for too long before being served. In addition to tire installation these guys will do a free air pressure check on all tires purchased there. The other day I had one tire running low, I got there just in time as the tire was deflating. I had my tire checked & fixed in under 45 minutes. What more they didn't charge me a dime for the repair. I really appreciate how well this business is run and wouldn't hesitate to come again and to recommend it to anyone.

I called and asked for an estimate on a tire rotation and oil change. Was told price of oil change and when I asked if I could bring in my own oil the guy Scott's attitude immediately changes and told me it wouldn't be cheaper. Told him I could get my synthetic oil for 25$ and he got angry and said "well I guess you could do that but labor is 20$" and hung up on me. Definitely will not be coming here. 1 star because I never even made it out my door before getting a bad impression.

I was in a spot...the Mini came with Run-Flat tires (no room for a spare) and the fronts were displaying steel belt. Up here in the "backwoods" of Lake County they indeed are not a stock item. The guys @ Tire Pros were right on it, and had me outa the shop by noon; and that's with an alinement squeezed in. Great job.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! My husband went there & I dealt with them as well .They went to the trouble to search for a very hard to find & popular ( used ) tire for our oldFord 250 XLT. WE HAD COVERED OVER 100 MILES SEARCHING !! They came up with one, hands down, undoubtedly, for the fairest price in the land. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT GROUP OF GUYS!! This place is independently owned & the owner works as hard as the staff. AS I HAVE ALWAYS STRESSED THE IMPORTANT PATRONAGE OF INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES, BECAUSE THIS IS TRULY WHAT MAKES AMERICA GREAT! NOT CORPORATE RETAIL OR CONGLOMERATES. THOSE types of businesses ONLY SERVE TO undermine the often unappreciated & overtaxed, American, worker, underpaying & overworking them, as well as under appreciating them as the most important part of a viable business. This place posseses a VERY PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EASY GOING & ACCOMMODATING STYLE OF SERVICE. THEY REALLY & ACTUALLY, DO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO WORK WITH & MEET THEIR CUSTOMER'S INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. They're a bit rough around the edges, but IT IS an auto shop afterall, run by a tight knit group, of red-blooded, ALL AMERICAN, local guys. These guys are definitely MEN. They work well together just like a family, the honest, open, comradeship, laughter & always smiling staff, that are more than happy to help you & really do take the undivided time, to genuinely listen to you, is so VERY, VERY, refreshing. To experience people that actually enjoy, hard, honest work, is equally refreshing as well. The staff obviously enjoy working together & for the owner. Their communication with each other & customers is superb. Everyone is on the same page at all times. WHERE NOBODY ELSE WENT TO ANY (not to even look up at us in some instances) EFFORT WHATSOEVER, OR WANTED TO CHARGE, WELL OVER,SHOWROOM FLOOR, RETAIL STICKER PRICES FOR GENTLY USED ACCESSORIES, THIS GREAT LITTLE PLACE WELL MADE UP FOR IT!!WE WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN & AGAIN.5 !!PLEASE NOTE: This place does not require customers wear masks nor do any of the staff wear masks either. As for ourselves, we always wear a mask upon entering any business or any public place where others gather, out of common human courtesy to others & safety for ourselves. PLEASE ALSO NOTE : The implementation of wearing, or not wearing of masks, by businesses & their staff, should in no way, affect your decision to patronize any business. We are all governed by free will in America & are free to make our own decisions regarding our own measures of health & safety. AS FOR OURSELVES, WE ARE UNFORTUNATELY medically fragile, systemically immune compromised & my husband is elderly & has experienced strokes & has had heart surgery &:is looking forward to further surgeries.

I thought this shop did a good job of repairs until they replaced my fuel pump with a part I supplied. I told them I didn't buy the part, that the previous owner had given it to me and so I didn't know if it was still good or even the right part. The mechanic grabbed it, looked, and said it was the right part. The pump failed, leaving me stranded on the highway. I towed it to them to get it looked at, and they couldn't find the problem. What? By the way, the mechanic who did the repair no longer works for them. So they told me to take it to the dealership in Napa or Santa Rosa. That right there is a lot of towing, first to their shop, then to Napa. Plus diagnosis of the probem was already $700 without a fix. They didn't want to replace the pump on warranty, and they wanted me to tow the car back to Clearlake to diagnose issue and confirm it was the fuel pump. Do you think people are made of money? Finally, I replaced the entire fuel pump assembly ($550): pump, it needed a new filter badly, and a new level/temperature sensor because that was bad also (Tire Pros quoted me $650 for the level/temp sensor to fix it AFTER they finished the fuel pump; its an $80 part from Subaru and it is located on the same apparatus as the fuel pump so it could be replaced at the same time, you can look up the assembly online and see how easy [2007 wrx]. That means it should be no extra charge at that point other than level/temp sensor). They also should have recommended a new fuel filter but they didn't, and that would have caused problems down the road. So from my perspective they haven't been honest, and maybe even wanted to mess with me because they know it costs a lot of money to tow a car and diagnose at the dealership. From the start, they should have recommended a brand new fuel pump (and filter) and none of this would have happened, my life would not have been endangered, and I would still have at least $500 more than I do now. They only want to do easy stuff. I complained to BBB but TP did not respond. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Now, after only 1 year of normal driving, the sway bar endlinks they installed for me have broken, conveniently right outside of warranty. The mechanic who found it told me they were the wrong ones. This is not good business.

Wow! I was totally shocked to receive outstanding service today at Tire Pros! In comparison to most stores and shops in this county, this place by far tops them all! From the initial phone call, the knowledgable reps, to the speedy and thorough service, I have to say GREAT JOB Tire Pros!

I went to this place to have my rotors turned.they got them turned but failed to place 1 of 2 bolts in that holds my brake caliper in place.I was driving a week later and noticed my brakes making a rubbing noise.well I turned home to see what the problem was and found that bolt missing.they sent a tow truck to pick the car up and they fixed it for me.just glad nothing serious happened.hope this helps.I had suggested they fire who ever it was that failed to place that bolt in.this could have been LIFE threatening.these people have are lives in there hands.they would have got a better score from me if they had taken action with their insubordinate employee.

They always seem to be busy which is a good sign for a local mechanic in that they're constantly attracting new and repeat clients. I use them for a tire repair and they were able to get me out and very short time reasonable cost.
