Highly recommend this business. We broke down and needed our car fixed. First place we took our car to said they couldn't fix so they referred us to this shop. They got to it right away and explained what the problem was and what they did to fix it. On our way home they reached out to check we made it home safe. We were traveling from Clearlake to fresno. That's a business that cares about their customers.

Dave did a great job communicating all the services required for my Lexus ES 300. The team got all the necessary parts and did the work (oil change, air and cabin filters, tire rotation) in record time. The service was stellar, reasonably priced and I would recommend them highly. I only have two shops I go to and this is one of them. I recommend any electrical problems or anything go to the shop. Steve will help you in any way. He is very nice. He always has a smile when I go in there. Steve is the reason I go there. I feel very comfortable with him taking care of my vehicle even leaving it overnight. Thank you Steve and the mystery guy in the garage for everything you do for me. You guys are awesome

Great customer service. Prices are fairly high, but quality people deserve to be paid a living wage. I felt good about the work they did for me. The had to diagnose the electrical problem, recommend a solution, and make the repair. Everything they did for us is fully warrantied. They will stand by their work and really that's what I'm looking for. I am grateful for the referral that sent us here. If you are looking for a quality shop with quality staff look no further. I strongly recommend this place.

Ten minutes after I hung up my phone the Tow Truck showed up at my house and Jumped my car battery for me. The driver was approachable, professional and nice! The best service I have ever had.

They are fixing my 2002 Ford mustang ,changing out the fuel pump,I have always trusted them as they have really reliable me mechanics,would not go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service. And they had my car in, fixed and done in no time at all. They replaced my alternator in about half an hour or so. And now my car is running like brand new. And they give a little discount to triple A members I paid something like 70 to or 80 dollars all together. Of course I perchased my alternator at o'riley auto parts and then had them put it in. Awesome car shop.

When you're selling your business you really don't care if you provide needed services or not. No smog tech in over a year and they're only 1 of 5 who provide the service in Lake County. Expensive too.

Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Took a car in for a pre purchase. Thoroughly explained what they were doing. What they found, and what needed to be fixed. Wonderful service. Highly recommend!!

Beware!! I had just bought a suv,they did my smog,they talked me into getting a check up on it sense I it was a recent purchase. I thought they were being thoughtful and looking out for me. It turns out they saw all the NEW PARTS!! On my recently purchased suv and during the check up which I was told would only take a afternoon and ended up taking from Friday to Wednesday to get my suv back!! Well the mechanic there was removing my NEW PARTS!!!.WHEN I showed them the parts that were missing, the mechanic lied right to my face and said that was how I brought it in!! They did this because I am a single woman and thought I would not notice the obvious NEW PARTS were gone. It was my word against theirs. One of the parts was a $350 cold airflow canister, my manifold cover and another part.I trusted them because of their reviews and kind attitudes. Watch your engine parts take pictures if they go missing!!!.

Had an electrical issue with my 08 Dodge Ram where it was slamming into 4wd randomly going down the road. These guys were able to figure it out in a day of having my truck and charged me for an hour and a half. They found a wire had rubbed through and was shorting out in the harness, aka a needle in a hay stack, in an HOUR AND A HALF!!! Best $160 bucks I ever spent, will be going there again if I have any electrical issues in the future. 10/10 awesome customer service, awesome work. Thanks again guys.

I've contracted work with Fischer's for over ten years, and every interaction has been excellent. I've never worked for them, but I've spent many years in the field, I'm met my share of techs & service writers; I've never seen a service writer as informed and sharp as Steve. Their team is top notch and they'll always be my first recomendation to anyone looking for quality diagnostics, service, & repair.

We took our Corvette there yesterday we needed some work done before we could pass smog & their staff was very helpful on what needs to be fixed . We look forward to doing business with them again soon

When I came to Clearlake, I was told that auto repairs shops here were hit and miss. Then someone referred me to Fischer's. They are great. I've never seen a mechanic that excited to work on a car. Took pictures of the short they found, fixed it up, and got me on the road fast. These folks are honest, priced fairly, and know what they are doing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, they might not have fixed my vehicle,but had informed me of what the issue was with my vehicle.my issue was more than they were able to do,(no machine shop here) I would trust them to do work on any car.

I went in for a smog on my vehicle and was very happy with the service I received! The man was pleasant, professional and had my smog done in 20 min!!! I highly recommend this business!
