Wouldn't return a drain plug bolt I bought for 5 dollars the day before. Told me I needed the receipt even know the receipt is under my number on computer. Said best they can do is store credit felt like I was at gamestop. Now I'll just spend money at your competitors instead considering they seem to enjoy what what do.

I don t know what it is, they always have new inexperienced staff that don t know what they re doing like giving me the wrong windshield wiper and won t exchange because I don t have the receipt. It s like just wow.

I had two core batteries to turn in , one , a motorcycle that was over a year old . No problem. Fast service , helpful, seems to carry everything I need for my vehicle .2/24 This time I was doing a brake job on Ford ranger and one of the cables had been ground in half . I was sure that Auto Zone wouldn't have it but they did . Fast and thorough about finding me the right part .

Exceptional service! Jeff assisted me with the purchase of an alternator for my car and even took the time to make sure the part worked properly along with Justin. Jeff went above bed beyond, even assisted me with jump starting my car and making sure i had a way to get to where i needed safely. i really am thankful for their assistance!

I had a little bit of a list for my shopping trip here. I used their website on my phone to find all the right parts for my '04 Ram 1500 5.7L, found the oil and filter and headlights and license plate lights, they didn't have my fuel filter though. Found the accessories I needed, stuff to clean up the headlight lenses, touch-up paint, cleaners, and a couple neat hats. The employees were nice, helpful, and fun to chat with. Store was clean, organized, just don't expect to find the books to help you find the right filters, etc (which is why I used their website on my phone). And I'm thinking about going back for the truck bed painting kit (once it's warmer in the spring).

I purchased a Delphi electric fuel pump life time warranty. Unfortunately AutoZone sold me the wrong fuel pump which caused my fuel sending unit to burn the connections. Because the fuel pump they sold me has a max psi of 29 my truck requires 60psi+. I lost the receipt and they refused to accept responsibility for there error.And told me there was no proof of purchase. Darn well knowing they could of looked it up beings I just bought it 1 week prior. So now my family and no longer shop at AutoZone.

Just visited your store @ 15125 Lakeshore Dr. in Clearlake, Califirnia.When I approached the counter I was meet by one of your Caucasian Male employees(he is a Ginger), I did not get his name. I ask him for help finding an oil filter for my car and paying for the multiple item in my basket. He looked up to oil filter number on the computer, told me the number and said it was on the shelf in the back of the store. I left my item at the register and went to the back of the store to retrieve the filter.I found no filter with the numbers he gave me in the back of the store, so I returned to the register. When he returned to the register he had another customer with him & while they were speaking; the customer told him he needed a oil filter to which he replied "I'll get that for you". Then walked past me as I tried to tell him, the filter he sent me to get was not on the shelf.He ignored me and continued to the oil filter shelves in the back.Needless to say, I left the store.I will not be returning to any AUTOZONE store in the future as just up the street one of your competitors treated me with such respect that I spent twice what I planned on spending.The total was $182.65, C'EST LA VIE.

I've had both good and bad experiences here. The bad: some of the guys here have a nasty habit of talking down to people and the last time I went in I was charged multiple times after the guy repeatedly said I wouldn't. The good: the battery guy is knowledge and friendly and the only reason they got the second star.

NO STARS WHAT SO EVER! I WAS JUST IN THIS STORE LOOKING FOR A TRANS MOUNT FOR A 2004 HONDA CIVIC HYBRID. THEY TOLD ME MY CAR WAS RARE & TO ORDER IT WAS GONNA COST ME(Hold onto your stomach. This is gonna make you sick!) $188. I went home looked it up on Ebay they had like 10 of them for $43 each!BEWARE PEOPLE THIS STORE WILL RIP YOU OFF. DO THE RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS AUTOZONE!BTW the wrong engine mount i bought from the RP store was $31 (with my Commercial discount I paid $19 for I just saw it listed foer $79.99 plus $7.80 tax.I thought it was because im a woman. Guess what it cause we live in Lake County! Buyers Beware!

I like it here. Most the people that work here are nice and willing to help. it's always my first choice to get parts and oil, but sometimes they are out of stock of certain items and I have to go to the competitor to get said items.

Have ordered parts 3 times and was told that they would be available on a specific day and time. All 3 times I was told there was another delivery later in the day. That's 6 trips back and forth. Staff was very nice and cordial, but lacking in any knowledge of autos or just exactly what their business had to offer. Order on- line avoid going to the store.

Was having problems with my daughters car..was just not wanting to start...I was thinking the worst went in talk to a very very nice guy whom tastes her battery and found out that's all it was and put it in for her and tested it and the alternator...Also told her if she had any trouble with her battery to come in and they would test it for her and if it's bad it would be replaced under the warranty...All good news to her...I thank you all fr the bottom of my heart...You made her day and mine...Keep up the great customer service and the work you do...Thanks Vickie & Krista...

Need Auto parts ... LOOK NO MORE go to Auto Zone in Clearlake CA !! Hands Down the BEST Auto Supply store that I have ever gone to in my life. You are greeted when you walk in the door ! EVERY employee is friendly!! I have never received bad service here and everyone is knowledgeable. Manager Eddie is always friendly and helpful. Last night Jonathan Mendenhall hit it out of the park again!!!! He has helped me on multiple occasions and is always friendly, courteous, helpful and is skilled in car knowledge. I had a bulb out in my headlight and was just going to buy "regular bulbs". Jonathan told me about LED bulbs and explained the difference between the regular bulbs and LED bulbs. Of course I went LED! I was even lucky enough to have Jonathan install the bulbs for me !!!! (They probably cant do this on all vehicles, some vehicles are more difficult to install ) I will never buy my auto parts from any other store and neither should you! Go to Auto Zone in Clearlake CA you wont be sorry !!!!

Autozone definitely is not the autozone the employees are trained to make it when it opened....service is good and bad depends who u get to help you ....some employees know absolutely nothing bout cars or parts or how things function....employees are not familiar with what products they even stock or have on the floor...they don't follow autozone greeting or phone answering policies and some of the people are just rude and make you feel like ur a dummy....the computers there are placed as they are to allow customers to look up there own parts ECT but not very many of the workers are aware of that....there is a lot of room for improvement before that store fits and operates as the autozone policy and procedures intends it to be ran on operated as....

Prices are great & people so helpful. I'm a mechanical failure & they actually put my new wipers on for me and, on another occasion, put my headlight bulbs in for me. They have my business!

John one of the managers there was extremely helpful. My battery was dead and not only did he find the best one for my car but he also installed it right there on the spot, with service like this I'll stick with AutoZone thank you very much.

I really love how helpful all of the workers are in this store. As soon as I walk through the door, no matter how packed it is sometimes, I am always greeted and told if I need any help, do not hesistate to ask for assistance. I am loyal to this Autozone!!

This place has AMAZING customer service!! We bought a battery a little while back from Autozone in Woodland. The battery was giving us problems. We went in Autozone in Clearlake since we just recently moved to the area to exchange it as it was under warrenty. The exchanged it without no issues at all and he even went out to our car to change it out for us!! I can't thank them enough for such great service! Would recommend this Autozone to anyone!!

Staff at Autozone seem to more put together than O'Reillys down the street. It is a shame the store is on the small side but always my first parts stop.
