Terrible! One pump was out of order with no signage, and the other pump also did not function. Pay at pump did not work, and cashier did nothing when pressing the "help" button. I took my business elsewhere, and I suggest that you do the same.

Worse drive through car wash I have ever been in my life. Got the delux, no rolls no dryer my truck is worse than before

Just stopped in to grab a bite to eat. Displayed Must wear a mask to go inside. 3 of the ladies working in there didn't have a mask on. If you expect your customers to wear a mask the least you could do is show the same respect to your customers. I'm fine not wearing one but when your told before entering you have to have it and then the employees don't it really defeats the whole purpose. The food I grabbed was overcooked horribly. Not sure what was up with that today. I have been in before and it was really good.

The white lady VIVA who works there discriminated against me and my service dog and I will be filing a complaint. It is illegal in the state of CA to ask about my disability.

First off the store stinks awful, I believe they have a deep fryer with little or no ventilation, the smell is always the same. The lady that gives the propane acts like she is a robot.

They refused to serve my fiance because he was holding my stepdaughter and she didnt have shoes on, its not like she was walking around the store

I love this place, very friendly, kind and polite. Look at all these other reviews by people who are so unhappy with themselves, that they try and bring down others. This Chevron is 40 minutes from my house is my preferred one to go to for the Pleasantries and clearly the A-holes don't come here

TERRIBLE covid19 precautions, rude employees, and on 2 different occasions, I have bought drinks and snacks that were both expired by almost a year. I mean look at the other reviews, I've never seen a business with that many bad reviews before, and that should tell you something.

This gas station and store DO NOT following COVID-19 precautions. Noone working there wears a mask, and I was asked to remove my mask when I was carded. I might add: I go here regularly for smokes and beer, all employees have carded me before, and you can very easily tell it's me in my ID from my hair. Blatant disregard for public safety. I will be going to PowerMart from now on.

Never wore masks. Won't fix card readers at pumps or porposely disabled them in disregard for handicapped person's!!!!Will not pump gas for handicapped person's. I recommend avoiding this gas station at all costs!

Found mildew on my chicken. Purchased a 44oz fountain soda which only holds about 22oz after you fill the cup with ice. They charged me 3 dollars just for the soda. The other Chevron in town only charges 99 cents for the same size. Got a 12 dollar car wash and it barely got the dust off the car. I had to go home and wash it all over. That was my last visit there. Never seen a convenience store more expensive than this one. Trust me, go another mile to the next Chevron Power Market!

This is the only place I am aware of that actually has a pay toilet. The price of their sodas and other beverages is very expensive. On a good note they do sell propane. Although they are not open 24 hours, you can get gasoline 24 hours with a credit or debit card.

They are the meanest cashiers I have personally ever encountered....I've lived around lake county for a few years.....I HONESTLY DREAD THEIR ATTITUDES. In fact I live a 4min. Walking distance from the store, yet would rather be late to my AM shift at work then to buy my coffee here that I do religiously every morning around this time v530am

I dont care about any previous reviews. This chevron stayed open and helped people fuel up to evacuate. They are the best if i could give 100 stars i would. They certainly saved our lives. And they were super friendly.

This is the first gas station after miles and miles of driving, I arrive with a potty training toddler who is desperate to go, only to find that they have a PAY bathroom that require tokens to be bought or a purchase to have been made. I d been planning on buying snacks (after using the restroom!), but no thanks. I ve driven cross country so many times and never ever encountered a gas station with this ridiculous system. Also, the whole place looked filthy... no way am I paying to use their toilet.

Purchased gas. I didn't go in to the store, but my wife did. She purchased a fountain soda that was almost flavorless. We purchased a touch free carwash that left water spots all over the car. If given the choice, I wont return.

1-2 of the employees here are alright, if it was not for them this would be an easy one star. A damn jug of water was more expensive than a gallon of gas..... Think about that for a second... There gas prices are already hiked up so there going to upcharge u again for something everyone needs in order to live PATHETIC

Orange juice in the cooler with expiration date two months ago. Young woman working the counter had no mask as currently mandated. I won't be back.

So the cashiers did not wear a mask yet they have the divider to keep you safe. Very friendly and helpful ladies!

I went to air my tire up and I was told I have to purchase something, I ve been to many chevrons around California never had to purchase anything to get air in my tire . Very poor customer service !!!

Also found mold on purchased food, most employees have an unpleasant attitude. The squeegee buckets for car windows is hideously dirty and unkept. Needs a surprise health inspection...

They actually want to charge you 50 cents to use their toilets, after you've filled up on their gas. Give me a effing break!!! How greedy can you get!

CAUTION!!! Purchased food products and found them to be spoiled (moldy). When I tried to have them replaced or refunded they refused and told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Horrible customer service!!

During fire in the Oaks this morning the station answered the phone and told me the Keys close to where mom lives has not been evacuated. Thank you for answering your phone!
