I am a new customer to this awesome auto service center, and I must say, I am very impressed with how clean and organized their initial huge car repair shop is, in addition to the rest of their shop. I had called and spoken to Victoria to schedule my first appt. and I found her to be very pleasant, helpful and professional. I had met with the service manager Oscar for my first appt. and I found him to be of the same. He was very sharp and knowledgeable about cars and his job in general. He really knows his stuff! I also really appreciated him displaying on a separate computer screen the step by step procedures and going over all of it carefully, that was going to be done on my car before, and then after they were completed on my car! Never has something like this ever been done, or even offered, at any other car repair shop that I have ever been to before. I was most appreciative of his honesty as well in not trying to talk me into costly car repairs that would have made absolutely no difference in improving my car whatsoever; which proves that they are people of integrity. He also had given me wise advice about what to do about my car.I could go on and on about how great this place is. Needless to say, I highly recommend this car repair shop, they really care about their customers and their cars. Reader, please try them out, you will not be disappointed!

If you don t want to keep taking your car back and you want to get it done once and for all, this is the place. I liked their explanations and how they come up with estimates for repairs. This is not a cheap place to go. If you re looking for a cheap mechanic, this is not it. They are more high-end because their parts are not cheap. They don t buy the least expensive items. They probably by the high-end because they don t want your car to come back in. I thought they were knowledgeable and they listened. I am 73 year-old female and the biggest problem I ve had is mechanics think that women are stupid. I don t know how else to put it. I do research everything. I want someone to be honest and fair. I had a water pump and a few other emission issues. I ve had it at the mechanic a few times prior to this and my engine light kept coming back on. So far so good. My engine light has not come on again. Major repairs should be done by a auto repair shop that offers an excellent guarantee and there s is one of the best that I found.

I didn't know much about this business, but a friend of mine asked for a ride to pick up their car.I was surprised by the professionalism and how open they were. They documented before and after pictures so their clients know how important the work was, and that it was done well.And I've been to a number of auto shops before, I was shocked at how reasonable the pricing was. I suspect other auto shops would charge about double what they did.I was just giving my friend a ride, but I fully intend to be a customer now.

Outstanding customer service, they walked me through procedures and were very thorough when explaining what needed to be done making sure I understood what exactly I was responsible for or the warranty company could be responsible for. They communicated daily with me and didn t have me waiting copious amounts of time like I would ve been if I had taken it to the dealership. Very professional setting, organized and communicative.

CHECK YELP FOR SIMILAR REVIEWS TO MINEDON T TRUST THIS SHOP!!!!!! I dropped my Corvette off and a couple of days later Oscar gave me a firm quote for the entire repair of $4,400, which I accepted. For the next 5� weeks I would have to call Oscar weekly for an update, because he would never call me. Each week he would tell me about how they were still waiting for the last part to come in, which was the air conditioning compressor, which was on national backorder from Chevrolet. Most of the time he would tell me that the compressor would be in the following week, but it never came in. I understood the situation and I never complained. Last week I called Oscar for an update and he promised to get back to me that day. As usual, he never called me back so I waited until the following week to follow up. He then proceeds to tell me that the repairs would now be $5,500, because the quote he gave me did not include the radiator support bracket. I told him that this was not true because he had specifically told me about the part being included when I approved the original quote. He disagreed. I argued that this wasn t fair and what he said next took me completely by surprise. He said, You can come pick up your car . I asked him why. He said that the compressor would take three more months to come in and if I wasn t happy, I should come pick up the car. I asked that he please breakdown the new amount with me so that I could understand. He started giving me numbers for things that didn t add up. He said that the radiator support bracket cost $300, plus $80 for some plastic cover, and the rest was tax on the parts. Just a few minutes later he told me that the price was now down to $5,050. When I called him out on the new price, he denied that he originally told me $5,500. I was terribly confused. He then proceeds to tell me that the compressor was supposed to be in on December 15th. I asked him why he had just told me that it would be 3 months. After thinking about it for a second, he said that it was because he wanted to give me a worst-case scenario. Every time I would try to reason with him, he would simply tell me to come pick up my car. I don t know why he was doing this to me, but I was done arguing, so I told him that I would be in to pick up the car in a couple of hours. He then proceeds to tell me that I owed him the diagnosis fee of $172. I told him that this was like adding insult to injury. I argued for 5 minutes before asking to speak with the owner. He told me that I didn t need to speak with him because he would now waive the diagnosis fee. I was flabbergasted. What horrible service.

Detailed with the cost of the repair and diagnosis of the issues. Staff are very friendly and understanding and knowledgeable overall. Thumbs up with the service of providing drop off and pickup rides for customers.

UPDATE - 12/21/2023 - I Took my car in as it was overheating. Within the same day they told me my Radiator had a leak. I gave them the approval to proceed after receiving my quote - and again, very happy with my vehicle, very happy with their breakdown of all costs on material and labor, very happy with the final report and results. I've got my Camaro SS feeling great again. Thanks C&D Auto Service! This is why I continue to go to you for any issues I can't figure out.I've been working with this mechanic for a few years now. This last time around, my car was hesitating, misfiring, and losing power. I recently completed a lifter repair, but could not for the life of me figure out why the car was hesitating and misfiring... I check spark plugs, plug wires, coil packs etc etc... it turned out to be a simple ground cable misplaced. Incredible. A simple ground cable can make the car go haywire.Anyway, Oscar was great and they've earned a customer for life. Monday I was calling around shops. After taking my car to a dealer that messed it up. Due to a recall that they should have fixed but made worse.Metro Nisan didn t answer. So I called this one to asked if they excepted a AAA deal that I had for inspection. Sarah answered the phone and was very polite. I met Oscar when I arrived. He inspected the vehicle and gave me thorough details on what was going on with my car. Honest company to Inspect / Fix what needs to fixed rather then tell you that it needs everything under the sun just to get more money out of youFrom the office to the shop every staff member I met there was very respectful and polite. I forgot my iPad when I left and received a phone call with in 10 minutes that I left it there. Awesome Day! Keep Up The Good Work

I love this place. They've always gotten my car in quickly and are courteous & congenial. Most recently, I went in for just an oil & filter change, fully anticipating that they'd also do a general systems check - which they did. And, unlike other facilities I've used, pointed out things which would be coming up for additional attention, but did not try to pressure me to have further service done at this time. Other places try so hard to upsell you and I detest it almost as much as trying to purchase a car from a dealer.Service: Oil change

Friendly and helpful people made this a great experience. They did a really good job. I needed a lot of work on my older car to keep it running and they helped out. They even had a nice loaner for me. Thanks!Add on - I had more repairs last week. As usual, the service was great! I thought something was wrong with my clutch, but it was just the floor mat in the way! I had a good laugh about it. But it showed how honest they are. I highly recommend this business!

I feel blessed to have found this place. My interaction with Oscar. The service manager was above and beyond. Although I have not gotten my car serviced or fixed here yet, Oscar gave me advice as if I was a family member. I think the reviews speak for themselves, I live out of state, but I will definitely be back, and I will be using them in the future.Service: Engine repair

I was in need of having an alignment done on a 2017 Toyota Camry SE after my sibling hit a pothole for which a tire was destroyed. After replacing the tires I had to make sure all of the steering angles were in line to ensure the longevity of the new tires but, to make sure the vehicle is on par with safety. I spoke with Oscar the Service Manager and, made an appointment to have my four wheel alignment done. The technician performed a through evaluation of my suspension components (other shops charge an additional fee just to give a component a look over) and, did an outstanding job performing the alignment. This is my first time utilizing the shop but, certainly will not be my last.Thank you Oscar & staff for taking great care of my vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have been pleased with the servicing of my 2006 Honda Accord. I want to keep it for many more years, so it s important that it s maintained well and I am getting that care at Connie and Dick s. I brought my veh in only to learn I needed a whole new engine. As though my day wasn't already bad. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Although I did not go forward with a new engine, I absolutely will be using this mechanic shop for future business. I arrived at the appointed time and was immediately greeted and my order cheerfully written up. I found patience and a genuine caring attitude when going over my concerns. This was my third visit with my current car, a Subaru. Within the next 2 hours the technician called to discuss their diagnostic finds. We reviewed the necessities and costs, which were within reason. Such detail they provided, including camera shots in the areas of concern. The work was completed by the afternoon in their spic and span work area. The technician took the time to explain the work that was done and make a plan for our next visit. I travel at least 80 miles to have my car serviced by Connie and Dick s and find it is well worth it. An honest and excellent mechanic is hard to find. My car is a happy car as a result of their excellent work. Clean, ethical, cheerful and talented. I had a oil change. They also informed me what else needed to be done through a illustration almost like a X-Ray for a car. It was Computerized. As a women I really appreciated this. Brutally honest.. they roasted me about my serviceable engine air filter. The fact they mentioned that as an issue is puzzling but understandable and how they handled my tension is remarkable.. also they mentioned everything wrong with my mom's minivan almost 4k in repairs. But with proof which is perfect. Although the downside is 50 bucks as a AAA MEMBER discount... they said that's AAA for ya.. I'm like No kidding they totalled out my car.. they agreed.

Used to love the hometown feel of this place. Willing to pay a but more because of honest and concerned they seemed.
