Chola possibly by the name of Amber who works here made a turn into the drive way. Not that this is illegal but, the way she did it was unsafe. She didn't put her signal on and made an abrupt stop before making the right turn. I pulled in with her to ask her what the hell she was thinking. She was cursing at me like it was my fault. I told her it is not smart to bring trouble to her work. I drove away. I was surprised when I her a loud thump at my window. It was this chola throwing anything she could find, her lip balm, her babies bottles, anything. She hit someone else's car who gave me her number so I can send her this unsafe drivers license plate.I went into the facility to find out the name of this chola, possibly it is Amber. Anyways the receptionist calls a gentle man Chris Viramontes. Who I explained my situation and told him I wanted to file a report with the police. That is when he said that he would not be able to provide any info. I could ha e called the police but, I had to get to work to help my agents.I hope this interaction is not reflective of how Valley Power service works. It seems however it is with the reviews. Really sad!

There was a leak in the air conditioner of my truck, but they couldn't find any leaks. They want me to replace the entire air conditioning system. They are not allowed to change, but they still charge four hours of labor.

What kinda of a joke company is this..They transferred me to the receptionist 7 times and then hung up on me.. got my order elsewhere
