My name is John and I don t have a google account but wanted to share my experience so I am using my daughter s account. Larry and James made this the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Super friendly and easy to work with. No pressure at all like I have experienced at other dealers. Bought my wife a little weekend runabout for our anniversary and they truly made it a wonderful experience. Thank you gentlemen, will certainly recommend.

I Purchased a car 2 years ago from this companyIt was a Honda accord I loved it , so I made sure I ordered a service warranty and purchased a gap warrantyThe car was unfortunately in an accident about an month ago leaving it to be a total lossI try my best to be an upstanding honest guySo trust me on this , this company will leave you high and dry when it s time to activate anything you purchase to protect you from being at a loss from an accidentThe service warranty I purchased I wanted it refund they denied it because it s past the 30,000 miles driven since purchase limit , I guess that s my fault well I d advise y all , not to be like me don t purchase something you won t need , majority of us regular folks drive 30,000 miles in one year.They denied my refund of my gap insurance and hung up in my ears ,then called me back to Let me know there will be nothing they can do for me.I wouldn t advise you guys to not buy gap insurance but I would advise you guys to understand the one they sell doesn t offer full coverage of your car loan gap if you have a deductible $1000Do with all this info what you will I personally know for sure the universe doesn t like ugly and this company will bottomed out if they keep the same management god bless.

This dealer is more of a shopping experience with a quality brand. The sales people aren't waiting outside like vultures and proceed by asking if you need help. Not pushy at all.I've primarily come to this dealer for warranty services, because another dealer wasn't inspecting my concerns properly.Gary, in service, has been amazing. I'm sure all of the service writers are great, but my experiences so far have been unbelievably smooth with him. He listens to my concerns and let's me know the process involved from diagnosis to resolution.He keeps me informed when there are any updates and has made my visits to the service department less worrisome.

Bought a 2020 Audi Q5 from this placeThey never said that they replaced the windshield. Plus the driver door and the panel above the wheel is the same color compared with the rest of the vehicle, they never said anything about where it had scratches or anything to me, I know it s a used car, and the so called carfax said that it wasn t in any accidents, but why would the rubber around the door of the driver side came apart? They did everything so quickly and had me sign the paperwork and then telling me I called them to many times complaining about those thing s. I m the costumer. Who else do they want me to call? All my friends who seen the vehicle can actually see the difference in color and questioning if the car had been in an accident..who knows what they did with the vehicle and didn t report it to the Insurance or DMV.. and I kept telling the guy at the dealership I think I m making a mistake by buying this vehicle. He kept saying that I got a good deal and that the car is a good car.. how does a 2020 vehicle have two different shades of blue? Even when I took it for them to fix the Rubber around the door I showed the guy that the color are two different shades and he can see it as well .. but hopefully they can fix it. I m paying full price plus all the add on fees and insurance..Yeah right never wanted to resolved this issue all talk to show the public that they re committed.. dishonest people be careful..And just imagine the sales manager said that he would purchase a car looking like this for the price it was .. on KBB this was a total rip off.. even the rubber seal around the driver door wasn t installed properly it s actually unsticking that s to show you how unprofessional they are..I wouldn t go to this place to purchase another vehicle ever..Already airbags light came on..This is to show that this vehicle was in an accident and that someone covered it up and never reported it to DMV..Came there after they commented that they would work on sorting out this issue and it was a waste of my time and money. They never even wanted to rectify the issues I hadAnd basically said I bought a good vehicle. At that price it should ve been 3000$ less than what I paid.. because now I m paying for fixing all these issues and it s more than 4000$ to fix the paint and the airbag light issue..I shouldn t have paid that amount for this vehicle. I believe they ripped me off..I still have to get the paint work done at MACCO it over $2000.00I do hope karma comes back at you all for doing this to me..

My visit was very smooth and pleasant with the help of Gary Li. He was extremely patient and helpful throughout my visit. He understood my car issues well and recommended the best plan for my car, which I understood well and felt comfortable to proceed with the needed repairs. This is my review for purchase of my vehicle as well as the service department. I really wanted to give Puente Hills Volkswagen a 5 star rating and that s only because of the sales rep Tin Ma, who provided some assistance and the friendly service advisor Diane who I have worked with a few times now. I need to be honest so the public can be informed when making a purchase here at this dealership. I want you all to just always read the fine print, cross all your t s dot all your I s . Some of the reviews before mine, are similar to what I feel I have experienced. I was looking for a used car for my teen s first car. I did an inquiry online and Tin Ma was the sales rep who did reach out to me. Tin is very friendly, attentive and genuine. He tries to get you the answers you need when asked. I did very much like working with Tin and you can t shoot the messenger in what I am going to express. Tin did the typical car showing and test drive. The minute numbers come into play, you will quickly be whisked away to Adam in Finance. Well that was my case. Granted, things were done fairly quickly. Too quickly and you are asked to use their online system when financing your vehicle and finalizing your purchase. I wish I would have asked more questions and get the full breakdown before signing on the dotted lines. After I signed and agreed to finance my CPO Tiguan, a certain package was added to my financed total that I was not told of until after I signed. Adam added a package for me in which of course was added on top of the total of my costs, an additional $999.00. Luckily the package was something that I didn t think I would need, until now but it did bother me that Adam wasn t transparent to tell me what was added to my financing costs until after I signed. Now it gets to what I ve been dealing with after purchase. I have not had my vehicle for a full 30 days and had to bring it in for a low tire pressure notification. First time I had to bring in my vehicle into the service department, was 7 days after purchase. I don t see why I even had to do that knowing a 360 point inspection is repeated to you on a CPO vehicle several times during your signing. The low tire pressure notification was cleared and tires were checked. Nothing was brought to my attention about my tires or alignment at this first visit. On 1/4/23, I did get another notification stating low tire pressure again. This time there was a nail in the tire and I had to get that tire replaced. What really upset me was the technician report provided to me. The report states the tread is bad on ALL my tires and the alignment is bad. Recommended to get new tires and do alignment. In my head I m thinking how do I purchase a Certified pre owned vehicle and all my tires are bad? I haven t had my car for 30 days yet and I m asked to fork over $1400 for new tires, alignment and labor?! I honestly felt there was some dishonesty here and I ve been super discouraged and disappointed with my purchase. There is more to the story and I had to bring my concern to the Sales manager. Of course the dealership puts it back on you and what you signed. You really need to read the fine print. Don t let financing rush you through your paperwork. Check the documentation dealing with extra packages, warranties, get the carfax report, check kbb, verify the 360 point inspection was really done and verify EVERYTHING on the vehicle had the service they guaranteed. Don t be left feeling like you are cared about before purchase, then after purchase, what s your name again? I feel me rushing the purchase got me in trouble and the dealerships watch their own backs. Is there a dealership though that has it all? Let me know so I can go there next car purchase! One more thing, even though I was disappointed when taking my vehicle in, the service department advisors are really nice. Diane is VERY communicative and helpful as well as friendly! Her assistance was pleasant.

Underpromise and overdeliver! I really needed the recall for the passenger airbag and dropped it off to top off oil on Friday. I was told the recall would likely take 2 days since they were short staffed, but I didn't really have 2 days where I could leave it, save Friday-Saturday. It worked out and it was finished Saturday before closing. Thank you!

What a wonderful car buying experience. Larry was open and honest and he really went above and beyond to get us in the car of our dreams! All the 'paperwork' was done ahead of time online. We were literally in the dealership for 30mins doing finance with Adam who was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly walked us through what we needed to know, got us what we needed and all digital signing so it was super quick! Great service, great staff and great processes. Thank you!

Bought a CPO Atlas yesterday and I will say it was the smoothest vehicle transaction I ve ever done. Mickey Gaines and I discussed everything Via Email since I m not local to Puente Hills and when I showed up there were no Curve Balls. Quick and easy transaction, with no one trying to add any other extras like I ve experienced in the past. Thank you again Mr. Gaines for a pleasant experience. May I add Mr. Gaines came in on his day off to ensure everything went smooth and as discussed!

Needed to bring the car in for warranty work and made an appointment with Gary Li (Service Advisor). He was able to help me from beginning to end with the follow up calls/texts and extra CPO warranty activation process.VW's network did not have my CPO warranty activated on my vehicle. Gary was able to follow up with VW America and get the warranty activated/updated. Also, the car needed to be picked up late night after service department closing hours but Gary had all the paper work and car ready. Definitely will be back if I need the car serviced.Thanks Gary!

It's not the first time we've called to do appoitment to do oil service in the car. And arriving there at the scheduled time, they tell me that the wait for the service is an hour and a half that takes a coffee and sits in the waiting room that they see for me and let me know if it is ready and recommendations. So far no problem, but when 3 hours of waiting have passed no one comes to tell me what it is happening and everyone who is there has already left for their homes, I get up and ask if my car is already there, and Mr. J�lio shows up says no, and that he will check the , he says that I need to change 2 filters and brake oil and if I want to do this I would have to wait another hour, that is what should take an hour and a half lasted 4Unfortunately there is racism among us Latinos too, because a guy with a tamales face like me attended all the Asians including what arrived after me. And a Latina woman he made him wait until I got up and open my mouth to complain. I have no problem that I delay 1 hour more than he told me but it was not the case it took much longer than that, and he never came to me to say sorry for the delay but they will do the job in your car soon. I think it's absurd that I have to be there in his face asking and complaining when he told me he would tell me or call me. He knew I was waiting there and never took me into account. This place is racist with Latinos like me and terrible service a lot of delay in the waiting room that has terrible loud music to make work callsAnd unfortunately we bought our car at this dealer and took it to do work service. No more, because I'll take it somewhere else. They don't deserve my money.

We needed a budget-friendly, commuter car that we could take on the go, and we needed it quickly. After shopping around at various dealerships, we visited Puente Hills VW last Sunday and lucked out with Tin Ma as our salesperson. Tin patiently helped us choose the right model and thoroughly explained its features. We ultimately decided to purchase the car, and the buying process was straightforward and seamless, without any gimmicks or tricks. The sales staff at Puente Hills understood our needs as customers and treated us hospitably, making for a great buying experience. We highly recommend this dealership.

Puente Hills Volkswage! Marcos Gonzalez (sales) made my day easy and great. He got me into a great EV and got me the best price possible. I was expecting to be there more than 5 hours purchasing this vehicle. But I was wrong. Marcos did not mess around with the numbers and with my time. I was in there for around 3 hours or less. Great people and great staff. My next vehicle purchase will be from puente hills Volkswagen. Love this place

I greatly appreciated the loaner Diane got for me, as I need a car to drive to work and my kids to school. It was also greatly appreciated that my car was done in 1 day. Your service advisor Diane, advisors, and the technician are the best.Our kids will definitely be getting VW EV's when they get old enough and we will buy the 3rd iteration of the ID Buzz before our kids get too old for a minivan.I appreciate that you still treat us with care unlike some other dealerships that become 180 degrees after they get a sale. Hint.. They are a Japanese brand.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel obligated to do so after my experience with this company.I actually flew from the sf bay area to this location to buy a truck. It had low miles, and the price was right, so I really just wanted to get in and out. I don't really care for haggling so this should have been a straight-forward process.The first thing I didn't like is that I had to go with their financing even though I came prepared with a separate financing company. Puente Hills Volkswagen financing is a little over 10+%, while a separate financing company is as low as 6.3%! That's about $200 difference in payments per month (I know this because I just jumped through all of the hoops to refinance as soon as I got my first bill)! This was a huge waste of time, and a waste of money when I already had everything lined up. For some reason, they don't allow you to bring your own financing and I can only assume it's because of greed (which I guess is not surprising).On top of that, they actually screwed up and forgot to take the vehicle to a weigh station, so they asked if I would be able to do it. At first, since they were unwilling to work with me on bringing my own financing, I was a little put off and didn't really want to. But then I decided to help them out. So, I took the time to find the closest weigh station, then I sent them the costs, which was the station bill, a little of my time plus fuel, which came out to about $73. For such a small amount of money, they would not honor the total reimbursement! The last message I got from them is that they would only reimburse the weigh station fee. Complete disregard for my time and fuel costs.There are many dealerships in that area. If you are just looking for a good vehicle, and not something specific like I was, I would look to other dealerships before going to this one. These guys are pretty greedy, although, maybe that's just what you can expect from a dealership? I'm not sure.Linda was the person I dealt with, and she was ok. I'm pretty sure she doesn't have any control over any of their policies.

You website says you open at 8 which you do. But people were eating in line inside the building because when you open at 8 you start your computers which were not working until after 8. And when they don't work, it's 8:20 before you can get checked in. You should have your employees start a little earlier and have more than 3 techs working.And then no one told me my car was ready. I had been sitting inside while it was ready and was never told.

I'll start with service writer. He was great no complaints. I appreciated the video from the technician that was cool. Service was excellent. The waiting room was ok. The chairs felt a lil unstable and I wouldn't mind a television. One thing I absolutely love at La Puente TOYOTA is they always provide a complimentary car wash after any vehicle service. That is the type of gesture that keeps me going back. I'd recommend doing that.

In October 2022, my Prius' catalytic converter was stolen. Seeing that keeping the Prius was a liability, I shopped around at Toyota, Chevy and here.My wife was very angry at the Chevy Bolt EUV costing $36K for something that looked like the Prius, so we went here.Prior to coming here, I was texting with Marco who had me confirm about our Prius situation.When we got here, there was only 1 ID4 left on the lot, which happened to be the ID4 AWD Pro.I originally wanted the cheapest ID4; however, after test driving it, I thought, screw it, this is worth every penny.I appreciateed that at this time, dealers were marking up prices. Because of my Prius situation, there was no markup.I also wanted to thank the toyota dealership next door because originally, we looked at a used 2021 sienna hybrid that the sales guy marked up to $60k.I laughed in his face and pointed at a used Model Y, saying if I'm going to spend $60k on a used minivan, I mind as well buy a new tesla.Then I had a epiphany, yeah, why not?The toyota sales guy had a look like what I said made sense.The rest is history and we love our ID4.My wife and kids will be getting VW EV's as that fateful day in November 2022, we owned a VW for the 1st time in life and became VW loyal fans.Fast forward to today, we took our ID4 in for a software update and battery check. Diane and other service advisors are top notch.I waited a week for a loaner, which happened to be another ID4, as from Reddit, users mentioned they got a Tiguan, so I appreciated this a lot because of high gas prices and was originally informed the recall could take a few days.I dropped our ID4 off on a Thursday at 8:30am and got a text at 10am the next day with a video showing it's done.Being a former toyota customer, my wife and I have never experienced this kind of service where we'd get a video of our car.The ID4 is on another level and so is the service here. The service here is what I would expect if I visited a Ferrari dealership.I didn't realize how low quality my old 2015 prius and 2021 Honda Clarity were until we got our ID4.Just wish I knew this 20 years ago. Then I would have bought VW's back then.

Mickey was able to assist us and provide us the correct information. he was able to find the vehicle we were looking for and get the paperwork going as we went about our business came back, signed a couple of documents and picked up the vehicle. Overall highly recommended. Adam from financing was excellent. He explained everything in detail and took the time. And at the end of my transaction with both Adam and Mickey, I was presented with a nice gift. Keychain, a beautiful Volkswagen cap, and a stuff animal. (Dog) VW.

I visited about recall my jettaBut I paid Uber service fee they said about take 3.4hours but it finished in a hour.I would have waited if I know.I think you need to paid about recall service.If you can refund my Uber fee .It 'almost 20 dollars.This is your company fault not my fault.

VW Punte Hills lazy sales Marco lease me a car at Jan 7th and I pick up the car at Jan 8th. When I go there to pick up the car He asked me to Click 5 start than hand me the keys Wow didn't give me orientation for my new car. 2. Few days later I texted Marco what gas should I put 87 or 91 he told me, you can google it.3. Begging of Mar I feel transmission shake when I paddle it so I request Marco give me loaner's car so I can drop car than go to work but been back force few times. Marco gave me a day he is off then when text him again He said he can't talk to me he is off.Mar 11 12:45pm lunch time the GM Ali called me and said to me." Let's move forward, We don't your business, go to somewhere else or go to West Covina." Attached the proofs. Sold a car one month later than after complain schedule an orientation at Feb 7th, 2024.
