The price of the cars advertise is no the price you get when you get to the dealer the add 3 things clear shield, Avas tracking device and protection for you upholstery. I told them i didn t want none of them and they told me it was pre installed. Each add on is about 900 dollars after talking to them for almost 45 min the agree i was going to get the 3 add ons for 1,200 so i agree long story short. They just gave me the clear shield charged me 995 for it. I called them for the avas tracking device and the front desk told i didn t purchase that option?? Really after they told me everything was pre installed. They are liars. Make sure if you buy a car read your contract.

I really appreciated that every employee asked if I had been helped. I could tell they were busy and yet they tried their best to be kind to the customers and attentive. Leticia, who works as cashier, was also very nice and called a couple days later to make sure my car hadn't presented any new problems and if I was satisfied with the work they had done to my car.Service: Oil change

Disclaimer: I'm not one to vent online but as a car owner I think other car owners should know. So if you need to get service done on your car it's better to look for another location if you want to avoid further major issues with your car and spare yourself unnecessary disrespect.When I first came in to purchase my car everything was great and I received amazing service my first two times there when I went in for maintenance as well. Unfortunately, it appears the location is under new ownership and the people who used to service my car are no longer there. That was not an issue for me so I still had my car serviced a 3rd time but unfortunately it was the worst service I'd received. I came in to fix an issue that they'd found on the diagnostic inspection the last time I was there but this time they told me there was nothing wrong with the car. The issue is still persisting in my car to the point where I had smoke coming in from the vents. I tried to get in contact with the manager and have gotten no response. Worst of all, they have been very disrespectful instead of trying to be understanding of the fact that I just need to get my car fixed. The last person I spoke to left me on hold for over 20 minutes, I called back simply to ask if there was a better time to reach Ashley (the manger) and her response was "lady why are you calling here you need to call the sales department" and when I tried to tell her there was no need to be disrespectful she said SHE wasn't going to be treated that way and hung up on me. Still haven't heard back from Ashley or anyone on the team nor been able to get someone to take my call for over two weeks now.

I really had a good time with the staff that helped me when I went to buy my car for the first time from them.I must first appreciate Tanisha Herera who is the one who made me go there after seeing the dealership on the website .She realty helped a lot by giving me the address and even referring the people to help me if she was not there She very professional and have slot of sales skills and good customer service.Very friendly a polite .All the staff that I met there were very helpful and professional .They really know what they are doing.Good job all HGreg staff .

Felipe was the one I checked in with and was nice and friendly. But I ended up Issac at the end of my service and let me tell you he was amazing! He answered all my questions I had, went over everything in detail and even applied a coupon I had from Nissan.com! I then later called back Felipe in regards to ordering a tire for my Nissan Altima and he insured me that it would be in the next day and set me up with Issac for the next day. Again he gave great customer service and answered all my questions I had and made sure all my tires were aligned correctly. Overall my experience was great and would work again with Issac. He was very knowledgeable and very professional.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

If you got a transmission whine change the oil first. My recommendation instead of a full replacement. It will help extend its life. Waiting area is good and staff is good.

I love coming in to my dealership. There always so nice and very professional! They know how to take care of there clients. At the service department they always have the patients to answer your questions. Mayra and Rene do such a good job!! I love working with them! Keep up the grate job girls

Requested services oil change, and they recommended service at 65k miles I ok d service advisor promised car completed within 3 hours, they actually completed service in 6 hours, besides that I was told front brakes needed immediate service when we went to cashier, honestly I don t recommend this dealer for service they need to be more professional, I had to cancel an appointment I had that dayServices: Tires, Oil change

Terrible experience from the get go. I was just walking in to check out a Infiniti Q50 lux and I was approached asking what we were looking for and was immediately rushed on the stock number of the car. Once provided, we had to go along with the sales lady to go look for the car and ended up being across the street in their dirt lot so they said for us to finally wait in the lobby and they will pull out the car. Once the car was pulled up front, the sales lady immediately said for us to get in for the test drive, but me and a friend wanted to look at the car before even test driving it so we don t waste anyone s time. We found in total 4 dents, 3 deep scratches past the paint and the inside of the car was not clean at all. (I know I m looking at a used car so I expect it to not be perfect) after seeing everything we said it s okay we would prefer not to continue with the test drive and be done with the car. Throughout the inspection on our end the sales lady would not stop saying of a detail can fix all of these issues you re seeing. Dents and scratches don t get fixed by a detail? So once we told her we were fine with not continuing, she started saying then why don t you guys buy new? Or why even be here? My friend just kept saying we re done with our experience here then she started to have an ego once my friend stated he buys and sells cars as well but privately and said she s better than him and she has 20 years of experience and that she drives a Mercedes... so we left and as we were driving away, she was still yelling things at us with our windows up. Terrible sales lady and terrible management for allowing a sales lady to talk to someone that makes you re checks better at the end of the day.

The customer service is very nice. But I just have to warn you!This dealerhsip does not honor their online advertised price. My family and I drove about 2 hours because they had the exact Certified Pre-Owned car we wanted. When we got there we test drove it and we were even more convinced. Then came the talk about the price.They wanted to charge me for an aftemarket AVAS GPS System that was not on the online advertised price. This system was going to cost us an extra 1900, along with another add on that was about 900. When I told them I was unwilling to accept the new price unless they honor their online advertised price, they said "We cant sell it to you without the aftermarket system." They said all their cars had the system so it couldnt be removed! So we left.We went to another dealership where we managed to buy a New Car. Same year, make, and model for roughly the same price as that Certified Pre-Owned.I am not telling you not to go here, just know they will try to trap you with a bunch of unnecessary aftermarket equipment.This Review is as of Nov 16. So if they make any changes ill update it.

Please do not come here and waste your time, HGreg Nissan should not false advertise saying they will payoff your trade or offer more over Kelly blue book value. They DO NOT, the salesman Edwin took me outside and told me that he could help me get the car I want if he totalled my car !? Who says or offers that !? I hope it was a joke ! But made it sketchy since he pulled me outside where no one could hear ! After I told him no the only way I will make a deal is if you guys honor what is being promoted. I sat there for hours and test drove two cars for NOTHING. They then said I could apply for their credit card to help with what they were asking, they applied through their system and then asked if I recognized the last 4 digits of some phone numbers which I stated I did and I asked what was it for and they said it was to apply for the credit line and that the person would receive a code they need, that didn't make sense but it was my husband's number so didn't think much of it. They then said oh you were declined because the numer you gave us did not match the number you put on your credit application, mind you when they told me about recognizing phone numbers I asked them to use mine and they said they couldn't, but got declined because the numbers didn't match !? What !!??? This place is HORRIBLE, worse experience ever and totally unprofessional. Do not fall for their false advertisements, better off going to another dealer. The only person I felt bad for was the girl who assisted from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. She had better customer service skills than the actual sales manager/reps.

A month after I bought a car (separate bad review..) I get 11(!) missed calls from Arlene telling me I need to bring the car back for emissions testing. Why wasn t this done at the dealership when I bought the car? I was told, due to the inconvenience factor, I d get a tank full of gas for coming in the next day. (For context, I live 20 miles from the dealership and work 40 miles from them)After the smog test was complete, I mentioned this to the technician and he said that wasn t a service they offered.If I ever have to go back to this place for anything it ll be too soon.

Wanted to charge me $6,000 for something that cost less than 200 somewhere else ridiculously overpriced. I also paid for a diagnosis and they did a half fast job. Went there years ago, thought maybe they changed.. but NO.... don't recommend bad service and horrible high prices

About a week ago, Maira Ruiz had assisted me in finding a good a nice car for me . She had a few picked out for me and showed me to each one, and regardless of how indecisive i was in choosing the car, she was extremely patient and helpful in finding the one that suits me the most ! in the end, i ended up driving off with a grey 2019 Nissan Sentra which definitely fits my needs best ! She's not just beautiful in appearance, but she has such a sweet heart and had expressed genuine care for my concerns about my car over the past week and never lost her patience with me one bit in the midst of providing solutions for me! Also, I had to stop by a couple times to have something checked out and to drop off an old key for a car-trade, and she never kept me waiting more than a couple minutes!Despite everything going on, she's been super upbeat and cheerful and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process ^^If you're looking for a car, make sure you ask for her cause she'd be eager to help you out however she possibly can ! Also, this didn't apply to me, but she speaks Spanish fluently !

First of all, i feel ,i owe an apology to the service advisor Mr. Ying Leong and to the brilliant technician Cruz Mhernandez because of my bad review i had gave them in my previous visit . Although , i was not satisfied with the repair attempt done , i feel they made their best to serve me and that my bad review was not fair. Now, i returned back to the service center asking for a cvt replacement upon Cruz's recommendation at my previous visit. Although, i gave them a bad review the last time , Mr. Ying and Mr. Cruz were very friendly and gave me their best care .Mr. Cruz gave me his email to check with him the work progress and responded carefully to my concerns .The job was done perfect and whithin a very reasonable time frame. So thank you Mr. Ying and Mr. Cruz and please accept my sincere apology for the misunderstanding we had before.

Would not recommend buying your car here. Their workers take out your car and buy chick fill A without the consent of the owner car. The worker only had one job to fill up the gas tank and instead he took it somewhere else caught by my dash cam

I have 2019 Nissan and called to make appointment to scheduled my car for routine maintenance. Got date and time I wanted. Customer service could have did a better job at acknowledging me when I walked in .yes it was busy but a simple "hello I will be with you " is proper . It took two hours to get maintenance done not bad for a dealership .I thought cost was a bit high but it is a new car with JETSONS technology LOL as compared with older car the Flintstones technology . The office was clean and customer service people knowledgeable and service was done with a reasonable time frame and they washed my car ....nice

For starters, you make an appointment and they have 4 or more customers pulling up at the same time. The basic oil change and tire rotation maintenance become a minimum two-hour wait. With the Covid-19 distancing, there isn't anywhere to sit in the waiting areas because of all the other folks that are waiting for their vehicles. Instead, I had to incur unexpected expense by having to take Uber to and from the shop.The next concern was when I picked up my car, I noticed a red greasy shop rag in my cup holder and a grease mark on my cream color interior driver's side door. That wasnt it, there was dry mud with grass on the driver side floor mat, not a little but, but rather, several shoe prints of it. i assume that whoever rinsed off my car got inside the car without first laying down a paper mat.These issues are not detrimental, but it is a concern knowing that they work so dirty.

Don't go there and buy the car from there.Their customer service is incredibly bad. I just call them and asked about their inventory. then they told me they have it and asked me when I can come down to there for test drive. I told them Im livingar way so I need to get details now. then the sales person say "oh its sold out now" then hang up.I never got that service ever. I was so surprised and shocked.I don't think they have good service and inventory. its very untrusted.Don't go there.

Service took more than 5 hrs to be performed. Every time I look for an update regarding my car the representatives were talking and joking with the mechanics, no wonder why it took so long...plus Mayra Diaz (the representative) told me that if they perform the repair of my car I shouldn't pay for the diagnostic ($175) wich I ended paying and when I ask about it they disguise the cost with labor related cost.Since I don't have warranty anymore I'll start taking my car with other mechanics.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

These people are scammers. They do not care about their customers at all. All they care about is making the sale. Make sure you read the contract thoroughly before purchasing because that is how they get you, charging you for all types of stuff that was not agreed upon. Horrible experience here, take your business over to Downey Nissan. They will actually work with you and get you a good deal!

We recently bought a vehicle here and quite honestly it was the best experience I ve had in buying a car. Judy was outstanding and helped us to understand the features and benefits of each vehicle we looked at. We finally focused in on a 2016 Rouge that fit our family needs and our budget without all the back and forth that I experienced at other dealers. This our 4th vehicle purchase since we moved here from 4 separate dealers, Puente Hills Nissan will be my first choice on our next car purchase! Thank you all for your tremendous service!

These people are all scammer. The dealership is unreliable. Don t want to do their job. Bad service and attitude. Finance department never picked up the phone. Don t come to this place because they only treat you nicely at the first time.
