I got a very good offer from them, that's probably the only thing I loved about them. I received the car with 257 miles. Although the contract states that there must be 13ml, someone had a good ride at my expense. The car arrived dirty and missing charging equipment. The delivery guy said they no longer supply that. In addition, the delivery of the car was constantly delayed; they told me that they had a recall and they should fix it; in fact, there were two recalls on the car, but neither of them fixed.

I drove a bit to come to this dealership, and Chris made the drive so worth it! I simply wanted to drive the 2 specific cars I saw online through their website. When I arrived, they were both parked in front, side by side, cleaned and ready! It was super nice to see that he put some care into my visit. I loved the experience. I decided on a 2020 Palisade, and we absolutely love it! Chris and his sales managers made the process feel relaxed, not pushy, and they listened to my requests and took my offer serious. I mean that they were fair and didn't take my requests, and then come back with some totally far off number. It was a great overall experience and I feel like i got the best deal and best used Palisade around!

This review is mostly for our sales rep Chris Daniels, but our experience as a whole was so refreshing dealing with Puente Hills Hyundai.My wife and I had been searching for a a car to purchase for almost 6 months before we found Puente Hills. We had started of our search convinced we were going to get a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. We couldn't find a dealer who wasn't jacking up the costs of them with "market adjustments" so we moved on to wanting a Kia Sportage Hybrid. We were looking for an SX Prestige trim level and apparently Kia doesn't want to sell those cars because we could find one anywhere in the west coast. Knowing the Hyundai Tucson was the Sportage's cousin, we decided to look at that car and decided that was going to work perfectly for us.I actually had a deal in the works at a different Hyundai dealer but when they started nickel and diming me over dealer add-ons I didn't want and then started ignoring my emails, I decided to look elsewhere to see if other dealers would be willing to give me the deal I was looking for.I inquired online about a Hybrid Tucson SEL Convenience I saw on their website, Chris emailed me right away so I called him. I was honest with in telling him I'm looking for a deal that doesn't include accessories I don't see value in. He told me he understood, gave me a number and told him what my OTD was for the other dealer. He told me he'd not only match it, but beat that price. He gave me the number, I agreed, and told him we'd see him tomorrow. The whole process on the phone took 7 minutes. MSRP plus taxes and fees. Why must other dealers try to take their customers for every penny they can? Upon arriving at the dealership to pay for, sign, and pick up the car, everybody we encountered was pleasant and friendly. From the sales manager to the finance person we dealt with, everyone was great and just as important, efficient. The actual purchasing and signing for the car took all of 35 minutes and then we were being shown all the bells and whistles on the car and how everything worked!After 6 months of playing stupid games with different dealers and different manufacturers, arguing about market adjustments and dealer add-ons that are just over-priced gravy for the dealer, it was so incredibly refreshing to find a salesman and a dealership who just wanted to give me a fair price. I paid a fair price, they made a fair profit, everybody wins. I live in Simi Valley and drove down to Puente Hills for the deal, but mostly to give Chris and Puente Hills Hyundai my business. I believe fair business practices, especially in the car industry, should be rewarded. I urge everyone to go and talk to the fine folks at Puente Hills Hyundai. They couldn't have been nicer, more expeditious, or more fair.Thank you so much, Chris and everyone and Puente Hills Hyundai!

I have held off a while in posting this review in hopes the issues I am having would get resolved.I bought a vehicle here January 11th and had a good experience. We drove a little way from to visit this dealer and did not regret it.Now my issue at hand. We traded in a vehicle that I would have hoped by now would be paid off as more than 6 weeks have passed however after receiving some harassing phone calls from the finance company of the traded vehicle we're finding out that that still has not happened.I have made several calls to the dealer and spoke to our finance person as that's who I have been told I need to speak to I have been told that there was a couple issues with the correct payoff things were taking a little longer but that that payoff would happen in a day or two but from what I'm understanding that still has not happened so now I am in risk of having my credit take a hit for a late payment due to this.I am at a bit of a loss as I'm not sure where to go from here The new vehicle is fully financed and in fact I have a payment due in just a few days but I also have now a trade-off vehicle with a payment that's going to be 45 days late as of today with no resolution.

My wife and I had a great experience. We took out our first lease and felt very comfortable. Our salesmen Edgar was courteous and informative. We got a great deal on our lease. Everyone we worked with at the dealership was friendly. We never felt pressured or like we had to haggle. Will go back when we are ready for our next vehicle.

This is an addition to what was already here, this dealership never tried to contact me and is now claiming that Im refusing to work with them. In adiotion to their unprofessional and demeaning aditued towards my father and I they are proving to be dishonest to. As a reminder of their unprofessional behavior the service manager Sean Kim threw the paperwork about my car at me while telling me to "comeback with a lemon lawayer." And Hyundai PH if you read this Id like to see proof of you reaching out. Don't trust the service manager at this place. The service manager Sean Kim was not only rude, unprofessional but hostile towards myself and my father. He had the nerv to through papers pertaining to the maintenance of my car back at me saying "comeback with a lemon lawayer" after which he tried to keep me from leaving. All this happened after i was not only charged for what was supposed to be a free oil change but included them telling me my rear driverside wheel was "misaligned due to a dent in the axel", only to say "it's just a hair out of alignment" and refuses to fix it telling me "its not a warranty issue". I bought my 2022 Accent a year ago; it only has about 1,700 miles on it, so its still under warranty. I was thinking of traiding in my car for a newer car however I was unable to do so at the time, it was after I made that attempt the i was told everything I meantioned previously in this post. I don't know if I'll ever go back to this dealership again or if I'll ever buy a hyundai again due to the actions of Sean Kim.

Made an appointment at 9:00 for service on my vehicle. I arrived to my appointment. Asked for help and was told to wait. Ten minutes later they took pictures of my car then sent me to Tino who had helped me before and had made me wait for a while before helping me. At 9:40 am I was still not being helped by this person. I had asked for help and people would disregard just saying to wait for him. I tried talking to him but be interrupted me saying to give him a second. Ten minutes later he still had not helped me. He never apologized or said anything in regard to me waiting for nearly an hour. This person has no professional costumer service skills I am beyond disappointed. They were supposed to do a recall check on my vehicle and they never told me if they checked it or not. They didn t do a thorough inspection on my vehicle like they said they would because I took it to another Hyundai and they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. I do not recommend this place it discriminates on people they take care of certain people first. They helped everyone else who arrived after me and I was the last person still waiting to be helped. I hope this helps anyone. Overall my experience with Hyundai has not been great I ve been with Toyota, Nissan and Honda and I completely regret purchasing a vehicle with this company.

Had a very disappointing visit today, and it's not the first time I had an issue with this location. My boyfriend had to drive from his house to my work to pick up my car and then headed to the dealership. He checked in and was told that the repair could take 3 to 4 hours. He gets a ride back to my work around that time and then I get a call from the service manager saying that they can't do the repair because the part that they ordered was returned because I took too long to come back. Apparently, if I do not return within a month, they have to return the part. No one told me about this and also if I could have brought my car in without an appointment. If I had known, I would've told them to re order the part and reschedule the appointment at a later date. We wanted to speak to a service supervisor but when we arrived he went on lunch. We had to talk to someone in the sales department about this issue, so an associate brought us the general manager who apologized and said that they were responsible for this and he would personally tell the people in the service department to reorder my part and let me know when it arrives so that I could come in the next day to get it fixed. As helpful as he was, this does not change the fact that once again, my car did not get the repair it needed (this was my 3rd or 4th visit regarding this issue). The fact that a 2 year old car needs a repair this soon is also upsetting. Just when I thought it was over the end was terrible too. It took them more than 20 minutes for them to retrieve my car and keys so that I could leave. I dont know if the mechanics just didn't care because they were too busy, but the service manager in charge of us got my car and helped us leave. Overall, I'm really regretting getting a hyundai car. If I could, I would go to a different name dealership to sell this car so that I won't have to deal with this company ever again, but the mileage is the only good thing about my car. Miscommunication seems to be the biggest issue here and I hope no one ever goes through what happened here. I hope you either go to a different dealership or a different company altogether because I know I will (after my repair).

.. bait and switch tech staff / dealer ship. Will inform of warranty work and then not perform. Found out from another mechanic after my permission was requested by Hyundai Puente Hills to perform the warranty work and I agreed, the warranty work never happened. Very frustrating with an inoperable car at only 107k miles. Did I mention the car stopped on the interstate and has left me in a 6 months deficit that Hyundai refused to assist with? Very frustrating on the corporate and local levels. Please save yourself the trouble and don't buy this brand. Very disappointed. I'll never buy another hyundai again.. filing report with the BBB and state of California.

Live fairly close to this desler had good experiences with their service department till today. Purchased a battery from Glendora Hyundai at 42K mikes I m at 16K miles used the batteries are supposed to last till 3 years/36K is their warranty. Mine is up April 2024 the 3 years snd mind you I put around 15K on the battery in total in 3 years so its not working.Take it in Service advisor Noah calls me to say that I would need to take it to Glendora Hyundai if i don't have a receipt to honor the warranty but they can see that its a Hyundai battery and the date it was installed on the battery which is within warranty.I call Glendora Hyundai and speak to Allyson service advisor there she says they should honor it and it doesn t need to go to the specific place.I call PH Hyundai Service back ask for a manager a Javier calls me saying he can waive the labor costs but just needs to service receipt from 2021.So I call back Glendora Hyundai they send me from their system and share this should confirm it was serviced with them.Send it to Puente Hills service Noah and Javier. But Javier says this isn't exactly what they need to honor it. A service order receipt he says though if I get it they will charge me 70% of the battery approx $270-$280. and waive labor costs. but need a service order which I calk back glendora Hyundai they said they had an owner switch and wont have it.So I call back and Puente Hills Hyundai now speak with Noah he says a mistake was made and they would need to charge me $340 to do the battery because customer pricing and warranty pricing are different.so as I await Allyson at glendora hyundai to earn a new customer for life Im fully done with Puente Hills Hyundai i live 5-10 minutes away they would make their money back and more by doing the right thing by a customer.I ll be sharing this with hyundai corporate as well. What a joke its like 50-60$ they are dead set on making a customer jump through 109 hoops forhyundai honor your product i put 15k miles on your battery that should last 3 years 36k.

I made appointments 10000 miles service at puante hills hyundai 8 am.I arrived at 7:45 am. Until 10:45 am.My car stay service drive. nobodies pay attention. So I asked the service advisor what's going on.His answer is I am going to put your car now. It looks 3 hours waiting for just hyunda fatory recommend check up.I don't think this is right. Just keep in mind

Gary definitely did his thing and helped me making sure that my vehicle was not only repaired properly but that corporate covered the cost and made sure everything was under warranty not only the parts but the labor and he fought for that for me as a customer I can't thank him enough this location definitely goes above and beyond for their. Previously my car was at glendora Hyundai and I just was not happy glendora destroyed parts of my car destroyed my battery scratched my fender door and bumper and still refuse. Glendora Hyundai is something I would never go back to but puente hills Hyundai completely saved the day the service technician named Gary took care of everything and was on top of it I can't say enough I really am happy with the service I received an unlikely glendora Hyundai when I picked up my car it was washed.

My transaction was handled by Sabrinna. She met every expectation and kept me informed throughout the process. My car was exactly what I was looking for and it arrived 10 days earlier than expected.Sabrinna was attentive and careful to be sure I understood the process. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.I really love my new Tucson.

I went to get my oil change and the guy was really rude, unprofessional. His name was Jordan. He made me feel uncomfortable. Didn t really give me any information. He told me my car was going to take 2 hours but it took more than two hours to get an oil change he was no help at all. Not going back to this guy.

Sent request online. Was contacted by internet sales. I told her my offer. Which is lower than their listing price $1900. Didn't want to waste time drive there. I was told" yes. Our sales manager will help u if u r in store" OK. Drove there. For the 2CR-V ex. Found dog's hair in both of them. Chosed the cleaner one. Sale man is aged Korean uncle. Test drive was wsy too short. Asked them give me the otd number. Then the salesman diaper. A Korean sale manger showed up. Told me will not drop price. And the face of him told I was not welcome in this dealership.So why u didn't tell that? When I already told u my target price gonna ask if I purchase it?I had never met A Korean in my life.so I had no issue with them. But from now on. Yes. U r the black list to me as well!clearly this is Korean welcome only, racist dealship. And A big liar !

3 1/2 to 4. I believe I got a fair price. But they lost points when (after I purchased the car) they refused to follow me home with a courtesy van to bring me back to pick up the car I drove to the dealership with. I had to walk back (3mi) to pick up my rental car at the dealership.

The staff and consultants were very courteous and welcoming. Very professional and knowledgeable for your car's needs when taking your car in for maintenance. The waiting area is very clean with complementary coffee, water, pastry and granola bars. Nice area with 2 big TV's and roomy chairs. Also have tables with chairs.

This review is for the sales department. Overall the service department has been great.Good salesman - very helpful for test drives and communication; ask for Jonathan if you need help.Terrible finance department - numbers were agreed thru text, and I cannot close the deal twice. Wasted hours at the dealership. They also yelled at me to leave when I was talking to the salesman ridiculous altitude, especially toward a returning customer.Easily got a new car at another dealership for the same price in less than 2 hours.

Today has to be one of the worst experiences of my life.I had an appointment at 8 am to drop off my 2022 Santa Cruz which has a check engine light on AGAIN. Originally this check engine light was corrected the last time I brought it in. But it came back on. I decided to bring it in for that check engine light, oil change and also a recall that I been waiting over a year for them to correct. So I drop off the car at 8 am. Noah the service guy informed me he would give me call to let me know the diagnosis of the vehicle. After speaking to him when he called me around 9:30 AM he said that they had to order the part something with the thermostat it's gonna take us a couple of days so that I would be having to leave my car here. So I tell Noah well, I will need a loaner because I have to work. I have plans today and I can't be without a car, so he reassured me that I would be getting a loaner and he would be getting back to me. So at 1:30 pm I text Noah any word on the loaner? He said he was working on it. But it would have to be an electric vehicle. I said sure just show me how to charge it. And I tell Noah I'm gonna need a ride there. Sure he said I'll have our guy go pick you up after he gets someone else or something. So at 2:45 Noah said I'll start prepping the car it's charging because it's at 25%. Fine thank you. Still waiting for the guy to pick me up. I text him I can take a Lyft there by 5 if you need me too. He calls me at 3:01 no worries I'll have him swing by and get you. It's 5:00 pm no one has picked me up I called service twice and was put on hold and transferred to a voicemail. I text him at 5:00pm any word on the driver picking me up? No response. I decided to take a Lyft here there leaving my house at 5:30. There is traffic and I show up at 6:08 and service is closed. I asked to speak to the service Manager no one is around. Asked for his name which is Javier. So I asked who's the manager in charge here then right now? No one knew who the manager was. They get someone from service that was still available who had not left yet. She walks over to me and said there. That there is No loners that we had anyone to pick up and that no one is available to help me at the time. I said well if you can t give me a loner then give me my car. She said no she couldn t do that, so I had to calm myself down and just told her that is not ok. I said at what time do you open tomorrow? She said 7:30 I told her I will be here at 7:30. I am beyond beyond disappointed, dissatisfied of the unprofessional behavior from everyone. I explained to the lady who I spoke to. Today is my birthday I had plans to be some where this evening. No one was able to help me in any way shape or form. I don't even know how this type of customer service is permitted in an establishment like this. After today I will never return for any type of service because of the amount of disregard for a customer like myself. This is where I purchased my vehicle this is the second vehicle I have gotten here. The level of disrespect for customers who rely on a company to stand by its brand not only in cars but in customer satisfaction. I don't know how or what will ever make me change my mind on my experience that I had today. I'm astonished on how the lack communication to paying customers who come and leave their vehicles here to be taken so lightly. I had to call a friend to pick me up because I am left here with no car stranded like a broken down car.I am so overwhelmed because I am so upset I can not believe this happened today.Please Please Please, if you are planning to bring your vehicle here think twice before making an appointment and or even coming and dropping off your car. No one should have to go through what I went through today ever.

Bait & Switch dealership, scummy sales practices. Don t believe the online prices, add an extra 3k onto the posted listing price and that s what the real sticker price is once you get there. Worst part is they charge for add-ons they don t even perform. A good example is the car I was interested in at the dealership, they received it 3 days ago from a sales person at the same dealership on trade in and tried to justify the dealer add-ons by saying there was a recondition fees associated with it. The car had orange peel and sun fade on the trunk, when I asked about if it would be fixed I was met with a resounding no. If you re not fixing sun fade what are you reconditioning? Stay away from this place and take your business to a much more reputable dealership.

I really appreciated the help of everyone here in selecting a new, safe, fuel-efficient car after being involved in a car accident resulting in a total loss and having to replace my car. They were extremely kind, patient, understanding, and even helped get my new car home since I had a rental. Plus they stayed open later than posted hours to finish the sale.

Dealership prices are expensive but the service department is good. They have a comfortable waiting area and a very large big screen TV. Water, coffee and snacks are free.
