Eric and his team were very thorough in checking my vehicle they were honest and up front. Prices were very affordable he was honest. I ve had bad experiences in the past with any car service place that I ve been to as a girl however they were nice and made me feel comfortable while explaining everything that was going on in my car. Will definitely be coming back

Highly Recommend this location... The team at this location is 100% on point. Eric and Team are the best around. Please stop going to your shops with no warranty and after market products. Pep Boys makes sure the parts are for your specific vehicle and they make sure they are in good working order. This was the first time I actually had an opportunity to speak with the mechanic, I came by a little early and he was on a test drive. He was very nice and explained exactly what he did and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call or come back in. I love it... You don't get that service at the dealer or sorry to say and smaller independent shops.If you are looking for a Auto shop you can trust, this is the place and it comes with a warranty or most services. Stop wasting time and money.I will always come back! Thank You Eric and team!

This location is definitely recommended. I came to this pep boys in the morning without an appt and wanted to service my Toyota Tacoma. Eric took me right in and was able to take care of it in 30 min! Come here if you want quick and friendly service!

The professionalism and care by both Eric and Lucy were much appreciated during a car repair issue and repair. Our car had been malfunctioning for about 3 months and all diagnostics kept coming back within normal range. Once the problem was identified, it required the replacement of an alternator. The challenge was where the alternator was located and ensuring that it was properly replaced. Although it might not appear to be a huge challenge, having a car that my daughter drives and the reliance on a vehicle in southern California, time and safety are equally important. The car took a little longer than needed, but I appreciated the care to ensure the car was properly repaired and tested. Lucy comforted my daughter when the car was not ready and as a father, I appreciated the extra touch. Eric and his team are to transparent and explicit in what is to be expected. When going for a repair, you cannot help and feel as if you might be ripped off. That was not the case with this team and I will continue to bring my car here.

Whenever I show up to pep boys Rowland Heights ca. I know I ll be taken care of the Manager Eric is awesome always knows how to take care of my car. without hesitation I know I can trust my vehicle in his shop s care, Eric goes out of his way for 5 star service! Come here with a good attitude leave with a great attitude!

This review is a little overdue, but it is very much deserved.I've been coming to this local Pepboys for almost a year now for some basic maintenance. While most perception of box-store business is generally that they lack decent customer service as well as professional workmanship, this business is far from that.Eric, the store manager, has shown time over time his diligence and dedication to running an efficient shop. Beyond that, Eric has demonstrated compassion towards every one of his customer. Just the other day, I was there doing my tire rotation and a lady whom you could apparently see that English was her second language. Eric took his time and ensure that the services that the lady needed were carefully communicated.Beyond that, Eric also make sure that the timing of each service is completed in a timely fashion, never making his customer wait for more than what they need to.I appreciate all you do Eric. Thank you for running a tight-knit and a proper Pepboys shop!

Came in today for new tires on my car and Eric was AMAZING! He's extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Got 4 new tires and had my brakes done here as well. I highly recommend this location and ask for Eric if you want top notch service.

Customer service is more than outstanding The front counter personnel is courteous and knowledgeable. I ve been coming to this Pep Boys for more than 5 years. Excellent service and reasonable prices. I strongly recommend this repair shop. You will not go wrong coming to this Pep Boys.

I had a nail in my tire and was in need to get it fixed before the start of the week. All the staff were really nice. I was the second person in the shop. From start to finish took about an hr, which was longer than quoted time. But they were busy after helping me. I didn't mind the wait. I'm happy that my tire was done and they did a good job with it!

As busy as they always are, Pep boys has great service! I brought my car in for a battery change and it was ready in less than an hour. The staff are friendly and everyone has a great attitude.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. Every time I enter this Pep Boys I am greeted with a smile and they are always willing to help me with any concerns I have regarding my vehicle. There are locations near my residence but I drive 20 minutes to this location because of their superior customer service.

The staff is great here and they go out of their way to make sure the work is complete and the customer is 100% satisfied. The service is fast and efficient. I ve taken several of my vehicles here for service and I can always trust them to get the job done!

Lucy and Eric came in clutch at closing time. Needed 4 tires and they did free alignment check, and the young man named Devin, great work, showed me alignment specs and got everything where it needed to be. They stayed past closing for a good amount of time without hesitation. Definitely will be returning due to their terrific customer service.

I've never really been to a Pep Boys before because I've always thought it was so expensive, however after taking the car I just purchased to get tuned up, I think this is the only mechanic shop i'll be going to moving forward. The workers are so friendly and the service is very quick. I love that I can just drop off my car before going to work and picking it up around lunch time which is so convenient for people on a tight timeline. So far I've gotten an oil change, brake fluid flush, filters replaced, radiator flush, fuel injector flush, and spark plugs replaced. So far everything has come out to somewhere around $800. Now before people start complaining about the price and how they might know some guy who can do it for cheaper, the best thing about this place is that they report all your maintenance and services perform to your vehicle to Carfax. This will help retain the value of your car in case you ever consider selling it. I would call before going to Pep Boys to browse their prices because sometimes other Pep Boys might quote a little higher, so do some research. The young lady in the front and Eric the service manager are the people you need to talk to if you ever have any mechanical needs.

Came here for brakes today and Eric and Lucie were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and had amazing customer service to get my car fixed. Another Pep Boys messed up the job but these guys took care of the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend this specific location!

Great communication, great deal, explanation, of everything that was being done. I was debating to buy the tires online and having Pep Boys install them, but their prices couldn't be beat, as well as the customer service. I left feeling happy and satisfied I got a great deal. I wish everyone could be as satisfied as I was.Eric and Lucy know how to speak to people and make them feel good.

I had an oil change. It took a little over 2 hours to complete in which I don t mind. My total was $128. After 30% off; my final cost was $89. After I made the payment, I review my charges and realized the service person added a fuel injector cleaner in which I did not request nor approve for $22.99. This is bad practice of Pepboys to sneak in the extra cost in which I did not request. I ve been coming to this location for a few years for oil change but after this incident, I will not go back for this location for any service. I recommend everyone to review the service item before making any payment. This time was my mistake of paying without reviewing all my service item.

Pep Boys is my store. For my Tesla, Ford F250 or my VW Touareg they can assist with what I may need. We were looking tires for my Touareg last week and we started at Costco... Yes I know it was simple. Lucky me they didn't have the tires I was looking for. I called Pep Boys and Eric said give me 10 minutes and let me see what I have. He called me in 5 and said when will you be here... Amazing Service, price and very knowledgable. When we went in to pick up my car he mentioned my brakes needed to be replaced. I already knew that on my last visit to the VW dealer they said I had about 150 miles left. Pep Boys beat the dealers price by 100%. The dealer quoted 3600... What a rip... Pep Boys! $1400. all four brakes, pads, and the rotters. I learned my lesson and I will always start with Pep Boys first!Thank you Eric and team for your outstanding service and professionalism.One Happy Client~I promise I will refer all my friends<3<3

I don't recommend this shop. If possible i would like to rate no star. They are lack of experience. Since they broke my engine oil filter housing accidentally when replacing engine oil , but complained my car is too old. Do you think 2015y car is too old? they are not only waste my time but also extra money to replace the part.

Come in, get the car looked at, get your pricing, choose what you're willing to pay for, and it's done! Even if you decide to not get the full services for your car, the information provided to you by Eric and Lucy are invaluable for the sake of car maintenance and budgeting.

They explained clearly that they didn t have the tire that I originally looked at. But instead of having to go back the next day when they could get it, they set me up with a better tire at a better price. It was a great way to start me weekend.

The person below named Hong isn't even a customer at that particular location. He was at a different location and many customer such as myself were present when they tried to explain to him that the car was never serviced there.Went Again for another service and lucy and eric were the best. No shop better than here with these two running thingsWhat a great shop. The store manager and staff is patient and nice. Did a lot of work to my vehicle and was priced accurately compared to other shops. And the Financing is amazing.

Changed 4 tires at this pep boys location and they scratched all 4 of my rims and my steering wheel was mystically off center! My friends, save yourself some headaches and go elsewhere.
