Worst Service Center. Every time I bring my car here, something goes wrong. They never have my car ready when they promise. They call me telling me my parts are in which they werent. This resulted in having to make 2 trips, 2 appointments and wasted time. Returned my car and when I got home it was falling apart.

Wouldn t recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Besides supposedly never having a rental available they never answer or return calls and won t even call you to tell you when parts arrive. They had my truck for a week and a half and returned it with scratches.

Do NOT take your car here. They kept giving us the run around, not responding to our calls kept saying they were working on it. After 20 days we had enough, went to check on it, it had not even been looked at. We will be reporting this dealership to the bureau of Automotive Repair. HORRIBLE.

I bought an almost new, used truck. It was missing an SSID card from the get go and I was told it was no big deal and I could go in at anytime to have it installed. Was told afterward by the servicing group that I needed to have that in writing. I left my vehicle there for a week before I realized I didn't need to, while they waited for an SSID card. Then it started leaking oil, I took it in for servicing and so far every week I'm told it will be ready the following week (been over a month now). It hasn't been a pleasant experience and I would recommend you take your business somewhere where you'll be respected.

car was there 2 weeks and couldn t get it diagnosed without agreeing to pay 1400 just to open up the engine. Pulled my car and went to West Covina Chevy. Took 2 days to figure out the problem AND it s covered by the warranty!! What is going on there

Buen servicio y Leonardo fue de mucha ayuda. El vendedor buena onda.Los manager te presionana mucho te dan inter�s muy alto y aparte tienes que comprar casi 3 mil de garant�a.Sin contar que casi casi te exigen que les des 5 estrellas. Por eso tienen tan baja calificaci�n.
