Very good service! I have been trying to change my car air filter for a very long time! The name was Mary .L! She was so patient and helpful! Bought one and works great and clear! Definitely will be back x1000% again!

Mike at advanced auto parts went above and beyond the necessary request. I needed a new battery for the key remote for my vehicle. Mike assisted with finding the correct battery size and then continued by assisting me to open the remote and replacing the battery. That last part was not part of his job description. However, he completely resolved my issue. That is why he earns 5 stars - because the is the max.

5stars and some!! Showed up at 7:30am doors were already open as Yelp said they would be Checked our battery confirming it was no good, gave me options for a new one, (DieHard) got us in and out with no problems, and at a price better than a competing shop down the road. We will definitely be back

Went in for new windshield wiper blades said they install.The man behind the register was fantastic. This store was understaffed and when the employee wanted to install, the owner told him no wanted me to come back after 4pm (I was there around 10 am) when someone else would be in. Told them to cancel the sale I'd go somewhere else. KUDOS to Pep Boys next door who came over and installed the blades for this company. Probably will not go back because of the owner

I was hesitant about coming here due to the one star reviews. I have to say, however, that I absolutely received five star service here.I purchased a battery for my wife's car, which I didn't feel like installing. Advanced's website mentions that they install batteries free, so I but the battery online, jumped her car and drove it down to the store. When I got to the store I went in, and they asked where I was parked and took a peek under the hood just to make sure there was nothing blocking the battery. They had me hooked up and rolling with the new battery in less than ten minutes. No muss, no fuss. They also credited my purchase for the core of the old battery without me even having to bring it up. Very happy with my experience here.

They had the less common Optima Red Top we needed in stock and installed it while we waited. Even though it s a trivial task for a shade tree mechanic, Rene was still very methodical and professional.

They got everything you need. Parts are overpriced, dealer prices. 1 coil for $55, any other supplier is charging $25.Returns: I returned 2 items both not used or opened, and both times they tell me they do t usually accept returns. No returns on any electrical components and no returns in tools Oil: they don t accept used oil.Can you bring back PepBoys or just open an autozone.

my daughter is there for College and she needed a battery replacement and after two Autozones wouldn't help her,Moses did and installed her battery. As a Dad, I really appreciate it. Thank u!! Highly recommend 5*

I am so impressed and grateful for the excellent service and professional care from the team Josue L.(shift manager) and Moses (associate) at Advance Auto Parts City of Industry. My car was stranded and died at the WellsFargo ATM drive thru across the street last Sunday night. The store was about to close but the team was willing to help me diagnosed and jump started my car. I bought a new car battery and Moses offered to change it for me so that I can drive home safely that night. Also, I overfilled my car with motor oil thinking it was out of oil. Lesson learned: do not overfill your motor oil or it will burn your engine. Luckily, Moses was also able to help drain out the excess oil for me too. I highly recommend this company and their AMAZING TEAM to anyone who needs car parts and services!!

I just called from a local dealership but and we have an account with them but the person who deals with our account wasn t there so the person who answer the phone wouldn t help me so I ask what time the person who would help me would be there and his as was I don t know in a very bothersome voice. My question is So if they are not able to help someone who has an account with them how will they help someone who just walked in, I m going to autozone

P this location does not accept used oil but they sell oil. I am not buying anything from this companyIn fact get out of our state go back to Texas

Supposed to open at 7:30 didn't open till after 8am then I wanted to get the check engine light scan they told me to go to O'reilly's because there was only 1 TM and couldn't come outside.

Paid $7.79 for a pack (of energizer A23 battery. I only need a one battery, but a staff tell me do not have single unit. Same battery at Walmart $3.97, office supply $2.27. Single unit battery cost at Walmart $1.97. Well, it is not a lot of money. $1.97 v. $7.79.... A pack of little battery charges much more than other stores, what will happen for the big purchase? I will not go back for another purchase.

It is very well stocked but as soon as you enter they are all over you if you found everything good and round and round I found it close to my house but the truth is I felt like they were just taking care of me and so I left the place I don't recommend itEsta my surtido pero apenas entras est�n sobre de ti si encontraste todo bien y vueltas y vueltas ami me que cerca de mi casa pero la verdad yo me sent� que solo me estaban cuidando y as� no mejor me fui del lugar no lo recomiendo
