Been using these guys for years. They are super knowledgeable and their workmanship is some of the best. Their price are by far the best and far.Would highly recommend these guys.

Had a very nice Greddy muffler put on as well as custom work done at west coast muffler on my little 2001 Honda civic coupe. Larry gave me an awesome price and they were quick and efficient Gus did the work and the end results turned out to be fantastic sound everything is perfectly aligned and let tell something perfection is my middle name and Larry made sure it was perfect this is an awesome muffler shop as west coast muffler and boy do i tell you, they did an awesome, fantastic, job well done! It totally exceeded my expectations they went above and beyond to please the customer and they did I was and still am a very happy customer. I highly recommend West Coast Muffler in Citrus Heights CA, Larry will take care of you Gus and Justin do phenomenal welding cutting metal fabrication work. After I left the shop I was smiling all the way home smiling happy because that Greddy Revolution muffler is loud just like the way I like it! Loud!!!! Larry, Gus and Justin these guys are awesome they will take care of you all you have to do is let them what you want and they will exceed your expectations. May this business thrive, be blessed and continue to make customers happy I know they totally made me happy. And the best part they re open on Saturdays 9-5pm which worked out perfect because I work Monday through Friday.

Just relocated from NC. Had a P0420 code. With expense made on relocation I was kinda worried on how much a cat replacement would cost me. I relayed my worries to Larry and helped me a lot on finding the right cat at a very considerable cost. Thank you so much Larry. Having it done on a least amount of time is a bonus. West Coast Muffler and Larry is the best!!! God bless you and your team!

Best muffler shop in town. Great customer service. Owner was great and so were the install techs. Gave me the best deal. Took in my brand new Dodge Charger for muffler delete and adding new tips. Got in and out in no time. Gave me honest opinions and info on what would be best for me. I was very happy with the sound and work performed.

Called in needing a new catlytic converter around 2pm (they closed at 5pm). They were able to fit me in and complete the job in under 45min. They also we're willing to beat anyone's price, but they were just about on par with everyone I called. They also fixed up my exhaust hangar quickly and free of charge after I had already put my car down and paid. Great, quick and quality service.

I had a p0420 code and needed a brand new cat ASAP! These guys were helpful from the start over the phone and ended up saving me time and money. I was in and out quick and they even patched up a small leak I had from a previous repair job gone south. I can t thank these guys enough for their help, it means a lot to me.

The guys at West Coast Muffler saved my day with a $120 repair versus the $4k quote for a muffler replacement from the dealership. I called and they were able to fix my issue within 20 minutes of me walking in the door. Great, speedy service! Highly recommend!

Anyone who needs exhaust work, these are the guys to go to. Came in for a mid muffler delete and they got me in and out in less then a hour. Very efficient with their work and they will get you right I highly recommend this shop definitely the top business I ve been to.

Took my truck here to get a flowmaster installed. Very quick on the spot service. I also purchased a black muffler tip. The black muffler tip in less than a year turned to a grey normal colored tail pipe ugly and disappointed. This also happened to my buddy who i recommended go there.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

My visit here today was great, I was able to come in no appointment needed and get my catalytic converter changed because it wasn't working and also got a small hole patched in my exhaust the guys here were excellent. I was able to come in and within less than 40 mins I was back on the road no more check engine light on Thank you so much your quality and experience was Top Notch!!

These guys are great! Honest guys who give accurate details and do solid work. No shoe shine or iffy promises. I dealt direct with the owner Larry and he gave me a solid quote and they got my S500 dialed in, in just a few hours. 2 new cats for less than half of what the dealer wanted! I highly recommend West Coast for your muffler and Cat needs! Hell, any exhaust type issues or wants!

I got an exhaust system installed out of state but it was too loud for me. I called West Coast Muffler to see what they could do. They had me come by within the hour and checked out the system. They gave me some recommendations, gave me a quote, and showed me where they could make changes! It was an excellent experience! If I decide to make a change, I'll go to West Coast first!

Wow! Just wow is all I have to say! West Coast Mufflers did an amazing job. I came in bright and early one morning after my catalytic converter was stolen out of my brand new mobile grooming bus. I was supposed to start grooming that very day but was haulted because of the thief. The guys here were able to get my huge bus in first thing in the morning without an appointment and we're done before noon. Very kind gentlemen and I highly recommend them for any needs! I mean fingers crossed my catalytic converter doesn't get stolen again but if it does I know where I'm going!

My catalytic converter was stolen from my jeep. I requested quotes from multiple local shops and one came back w/a lower price than West Coast Muffler. I provided the quote to W.C.M and they happily matched that price with no questions asked. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Gus is amazing I only wish he had his own shop Larry has no business skills. His customer service skills is lacking and he tried to scam me be careful if you absolutely have to use them Gus needs his own shop, he is highly skilled both in labor and customer service.***Update***9/28/2023Larry, I have plent of money, that is not the problem...It is truly a lack of customer service and knowing how to speak to your customers...You have more people in the vicinity of Citrus Heights that talk bad about your customer service then you obviously know...Only reason people even stop there is because of Gus...Your business skills have killed your business and Gus is the only reason I even decided to go here. Showed up today at 3pm with a super 44 and a custom dual slash cut tip and asked to have them installed. They through my Silverado up on the lift and knocked it out! Great service, work, and very fair pricing for quality work Thank you , I'll be back for sure one day.

My son's 2002 Tacoma started throwing a check-engine light after our initial attempt at addressing the code. I found West Cost Muffler online and was impressed with their reviews and liked the fact that they were open on Saturday. I didn't get there until 2pm and assumed I'd be able to get a quote but would need to come back the following week. After quoting me a reasonable price (not much more than if I had bought the cats myself to install), the owner asked if I'd like them replaced today. I thought he was kidding, but he told me they were finishing up a job and had time to complete mine. In less than an hour, they completed the replacements of both cats and I was on my way. I enjoyed hanging out in the office talking with the owner while watching the game on TV. Great service and the truck definitely has more power now.

My catalytic converter was cut out at a mall parking lot. I was searching where to replace it and get my car up to code. And stumbled upon West Coast Mufflers as recommendation from O reilly s shop. And Larry and his crew have been amazing ! Cost effective, fast and efficient service. My car is now so quiet I can finally hear myself think while driving. Thank you team

After having my normal shop refuse to do the work because they didn t have the experience to know what I wanted done, west coast muffler knew what I was explaining and knew what I wanted and got it done. They were very good at communicating their extensive knowledge to a person who is not on their level of expertise or knowledge of exhausts. As a normal car technician I highly recommend west coast muffler.Service: Exhaust
