They repaired my passenger door and a few other details from someone hitting my car . They actually did an awesome job . And they were really great .kept me informed on repairs. Even got my car back ahead of schedule . Very nice. The crew there was polite honest helpful . If your looking to get body work check them out Vice's Collision there dam good in my book . My car actually looks new . Thank you all there at Vice's Collision you all rocked it Greatly appreciate it

This is my second time using this company.My daughter was at a red light and someone ran into the back of my car.I have Geico insurance and this is one of the companies they use. Because I have used them before...I chose them.From arrival their customer service is awesome. They are very friendly and helpful.The bring you out and mark the car for the damage with you. They are very clear what they will do and give you a timeline when the work will be finished.They finished my car 10 days early.They keep you updated via text message so you always know what is going on.Enterprise has a relationship with them. They brought the car to me at the shop.I hated that I had to know them under these circumstances..But if I needed another collision center...i would for sure use them.I found that a speaker in the car is very muffled after picking up my car...they said bring it on right away.If you were in a collision and want great work..friendly service and not have to wonder where they are in the process of completing your car...this place is awesome.I always pray and commit everything to the Lord first...i always ask Him to make sure everything works out perfectly...

Vice Collision did an outstanding job on my 2020 Honda Pilot, looks brand new and I m well pleased, will recommend them to family and friends. The proof is in the seeing.

I can t say enough about how wonderful my whole experience was! My car was rear ended and had to have the whole trunk replaced. They did a magnificent job! My car was a bit rare and I was worried they wouldn t be able to get parts or have to piece it together. But they were able to get parts in a timely manner and repair it to its original state! I was so happy and pleased with the work. They had my rental ready when I dropped car off and took care of it when I brought it back. 10/10! The team from the front desk to the repair guys were amazing and the communication and detail was again 10/10! I would recommend this shop to everyone I know.

I had to edit my review for a couple reasons; I found this where my odometer is. It wasn't there when I gave them my car. I left my work badge in the rental car. Went back to get it and the guy automatically acted like he had a problem. No smile, no warmth, nothing. Like I was inconvenience him. On top of the fact that my blunt was missing. Screw this place altogether, especially if you're black.

My car got backed into and had a massive dent and damage to the driver side. I chose Vice for my repair shop and they did an amazing job. Impressed with the communication and timeliness of the repair.

Worst customer service in existence. Anthony Vito that works here through geico is the least helpful and argumentative. Took my car to be inspected for repairs and an estimate and was told no one can do an inspection / estimate for me they just have to begin repairs and supplement. Where is the logic behind that? So I don t even know what kind of work actually needs to be done to my car? Or what kind of structural damage has occurred due to the accident? When I pay $300 for full coverage every month you think there would be more understanding and empathy.

Amazing service and repairs. My Dodge Chellenger looks as purdy as it did the day we bought it. After being broadsided in my driver's door, I had my suspicion it would never be a good looking car again, but Vice's did the job! They kept me updated by text messages regularly and git my car back home earlier than the estimated finish date. The rental car met me at the collision shop when I dropped off. Customer service was hands down spectacular. Honestly, it was the easiest car repairs I've ever dealt with. If I could give them 10 stars I would

I was rear-ended and this place was listed under my insurance the appointments were 10 days out so I waited. When I showed up they refused to take my car back and made me wait while he took some pictures and then said they wont repair here its too old and we dont want to order the parts. He sent one picture to my insurance and gave a lazy quote. Do not go here they do not care and are not friendly at all.

In the past we had great service. This time around the communication was very poor, never keeping us informed. Part backordered took almost 4 months to get our vehicle back. If it wasn t for my husband calling LKQ and tracking down a part that could be used we probably still wouldn t have our vehicle. There was no urgency on their side, no empathy for the delays. Once we got car back it broke down immediately and had to go back to shop which caused more delays not to mention Geico refusing to pay for that repair. Horrible, horrible experience.

They did an amazing job on my car it looks better than ever. I am extremely happy with how they handled everything. They also worked around my schedule which made it even less stressful. Extremely Happy with their performance I highly recommend them. Thank you Vice for taking care of my car!

Overall great experience. We hit a bird which offset the bumper in our new 4runner (a big bird). We opened a claim and took the vehicle in. After speaking with the staff we explained our goals for the repair and they were able to get the price below our deductible which allowed us to cancel the claim with insurance and prevent any potential increase due to the claim. I will definitely go if I have a need and would recommend them to my family!Pics to come.

No one ever wants to visit a repair/Collision shop, but the team at Vice's has always treated me and my vehicles great. A visit a few years ago the fixed a basketball size dent in my rear bumper and I couldn't tell after that there had been damage at all. This week I was in an accident, and my car ended up being totaled, however the team was very nice and understood how traumatizing it was. They even helped me carry the items I retrieved from the vehicle to my rental. Vices will continue to have my business now and into the future.

Vice's Collision is by far the best costumer service experience I have received. They ordered my part asap, fixed my car perfect, and went above and beyond by organizing my car, cleaning the inside, and making sure I had the best possible price according to my need. I would recommend them any day! All of the employees were nice, friendly, and helpful.

This company has been exceptional in both service and quality of work. I have used them in a number of accident scenarios from, car accident to my son throwing a ball through a windshield.Their staff are courteous, communicate well and their technicians do fantastic work.I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Great experience on getting work done on my 2017 Kia Rio! Work was completed faster than they anticipated that we did not expect the car so soon. Was referred to this collision center by my insurance company. Was impressed, my car's interior was cleaned, tires and exterior washed - they even found a long lost ATM card that I had thought to have been lost on a day trip near Paso Robles, CA - that deserved a chuckle.

Had an accident in my Prius and so the front needed to be fixed. The customer service was great, and when I finally got my Prius, the quality of the work was outstanding. The radiator started to leak a couple days after I got it, I called them and they took care of it. I loved their service. Would definitely recommend .

Very sketchy repair spot, and shame on Geico for being affiliated with that shop. I left my car with them to do a simple estimate, and I later wanted to go with another shop to do the repairs since I did my own research on them, and found out they are sketchy. Long story short they threatened to not release my car out of spite I didn't want them to repair my vehicle they charged me $240 dollars for the estimation, and threatened not to release my car if I didn't pay $240! Very ridiculous, and on top of that the lady in charge of the shop tried saying it's my adjusters fault for not informing me of the cost I've never heard such nonsense!

Rated 1 star because I had to put a star. from the beginning of the car situation it was a complete disaster, which is not their fault but I started off the experience stressed and overwhelmed by the whole thing - but I was told by Progressive that this is the shop they work with and they do great work, that this would be the end of the traumatic experience - but it didn't end here unfortunately !!! I turned my car in on a Monday morning, they returned my car Tuesday, which I thought was great! But when I went to pick up my car Wednesday, the scratches they took out, made a dent in my car. I was so upset and since the lady that hit me, had progressive I had to go through who ever Progressive contracts with, which is Vices. I asked everyone at Progressive if they even looked at the car before they called me! There is a dent!! I was so pissed. So I wasted my time going to "pick my car up" and told them to take it back to Vice's. They were unable to get the dent out of the car, so they had to replace the whole bumper, which is what they should of done in the first place. So I get my car back a week after I drop it off, the car is FILTHY(outside) people at work saying, oh you got your car back! Bumper looks good but your car is so dirty! They returned it like that? :( When I initially dropped my vehicle off I had a half of a tank, picked it up on E. Super confused by the whole thing- and seeing them having a 4-5 star is shocking! I'm glad everyone else has had a good experience with them! I wish I had the same review.

They have no idea what customer service means. The older guy who works on the AAA vehicles is rude. He wanted to argue with me about how I didn t answer my phone for authorization. I have work and a life, I emailed them back right away... they are trying to say I didn t respond for three days. More like you didn t check your email for three days. I didn t even care that they had to keep my car longer, but his attitude completely ruined my experience.

We were skeptical at first based off of communication and timing. Anthony who was assigned to our auto collision through Geico(not even positive he works for Vice or not) was a complete jerk. Lisa that works for the Geico department at Vice ended up being very friendly and informative. Our car was there longer than expected (over a month), but boy was the work worth the negatives! Our car looks AMAZING inside and out and looks even better than before our accident. Thank you!

The worst service shop ever!I took my car with a flat tire from the shop where my car was supposed to get inspected. I complained to the shop, to pay for the tire and they didn't take the responsibilities. They told we don't have nothing to do with it. I have a car seat in my car and I was lucky my son wasn't with me. I risked my life in the freeway. And this happened just yesterday.Also my car was clean and I picked it up dirty from the store.They're the most iresponsible, shop ever. DON'T GO THERE!

Either malicious or incompetent - they refused to fix a major ($800) issue that was unquestionably caused by the car accident, causing me hours of inconvienence and frustration.. So much for "express GEICO" service. Story below.Brought in for GEICO express service after a not-at-fault head-on collision. They fixed the visible damage, so that part was fine.But on the drive home a very loud noise re-occurred - same sound as right after the accident. I called and they said bring it back.So I scheduled a time when I could bring it back. Once I arrived, without even looking at the car, they told me, "oh yeah, we heard that noise, sounds like a wheel bearing, but on the opposite side from the impact, so we have to assume its not related." OK, fine, I know its from the accident but I have no way to prove that fact if they refuse to believe me.So I took it to my mechanic, where they diagnosed and replaced a wheel bearing failure on the SAME SIDE as the accident impact, obviously caused by an impact, and not wear and tear. My car is well within manufacturers drive train warranty, so this didn't just "wear out" at the exact same moment that some other driver rammed their car into mine.So either Vice lied about "sounds like opposite side", to keep the claim lower, or they are incompetent at diagnosing a wheel bearing failure location.Incredibly poor service - they should have fixed this the first time, if they weren't going to fix it they should have communicated that to me the first time I asked them about the noise, via the phone. Either of those actions would have saved me a couple hours of time and frustration.

This place sucks. Their estimator found $20 dollars damage to my car after the person's insurance company told me to go there. I was more than a little suspicious, so I went elsewhere for another opinion. The hidden damage totalled over a grand. BTW, I am a mechanic. This wasn't another shop ripping me off. The Vice's estimator is either a moron, or taking kickbacks for writing low estimates.Either way, stay far away!

Vices refused to complete the work as ordered by the insurance company, they want to do it half ass, and fought every inch of the way with the ins company that was paying them! I am not sure of t be quality work they did on the vehicle either. Who would ever consider grinding down a new tire to match worn tires, rather that getting the new tires the insurance was paying for?

Extremely negative experience. My husband called VICE s Citrus Heights, CA location and was ASSURED repeatedly by a service rep that they would do a complete investigation of our car. We were told that Vice would put the car on a lift, take the tires off and do a COMPLETE inspection. We were told that the inspection would take approximately an hour so when I arrived today at 8:00am I was prepared to wait. What we were AASSURED Monday afternoon DID NOT HAPPEN at 8:00am on Tuesday. We would call what happened, a little bait and switch . They lied to us on Monday to get the car in so they could profit from us and the insurance company!!!Every assurance and commitment DISAPPEARED. NO putting the car on a lift, NO taking off the tires, NO complete investigation. A person was going to take a look at the car. Since I ran over a small median strip and am very concerned about under the car damage. Taking a quick look would do us absolutely no good.The rep I talked to on Tuesday was very, very good at apologizing and NOT explaining the lies that we were told the day before. He had all the book lines he probably learned in a training session ready. Meaningless I m sorry responses were so false. What I wanted was a solution and that wasn t going to happen.Please be aware of Vice s bait and switch techniques and use caution. We will be reporting them to our insurance company and the Better Business Bureau.
