This place was absolutely awesome! Especially Justin! He was so respectful and even tho my car was in there for a while; I was beyond pleased with the overall work that they did on my 2019 Toyota Camry. It was pretty bad when it went in and if you could see it now; all I can say is WOW! Great job Guys! They even detailed my car for me inside and out! I will forever be grateful for all you guys did for me and for the great deal! Justin, I will now refer you and pass this company around as the best collision and repair yard that is in the Sacramento area! Thanks again everyone!!!! Justin the owner took special care of our car and did an excellent job on the repairs. Our car looked brand new when his shop completed all the repairs. Took my 4Runner into Justin at Ultimate Collision for front passenger side bumper damage after an older lady hit it with her drivers side mirror in a minor collision. Just picked it up and it s perfect, like nothing had happened! Justin and his team were extremely professional and kept me in the loop the entire time! AND my 4Runner was completely detailed and clean when I picked it up! Can not speak highly enough about them!

Justin and his team are awesome. They did a fantastic job repairing our car. Justin was very professional and provided great communication throughout the process. The car looked good as new after the repair work. I highly recommend this shop!

Easy to work with, fixed my car up fast and were super cool working with me so that I didn t have to replace my whole bumper. Really good price for the fix too. Good experience all around!

I was assigned this auto shop through my insurance after my catalytic converter was stolen. This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever worked with. Justin worked with me every step of the way, kept me updated, and took initiative when it ended up needing more work and more steps to finish than initially thought. He contacted my insurance for me instead of them billing me and being reimbursed later. I would highly recommend this auto shop! I will be a long time customer!Service: Exhaust

I am very late in posting this review, but I must say that the owner, Justin, was amazing to deal with. I had been considering purchasing a 2019 Toyota Sienna from Shift. I went to Buck Family Automotive to get my Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) and told the owner, Jeff I believe, that I suspected that the car had some type of accident or body work. After doing a once over, Jeff agreed that it seemed likely that some body work had been done and recommended Justin over at Ultimate Collision. I contacted Justin, and he said drive on over right now and he would look at it. It was amazing to me that he would fit me into his schedule so quick. After an initial inspection Justin confirmed that work needed to be redone, and provided me with a written estimate to give to Shift so that I can negotiate a better price or some type of compensation. I did end up keeping the vehicle and had Justin red-repair the body damage and he did an amazing job and at a great price. I couldn t recommend his shop more!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not only are they kind and attentive, but they do an EXCEPTIONAL job!!! They really go above & beyond for their customers Best shop in town, by far!

We ve all been there losing your car to a shop for one reason or another. It s awful!!Lay your worries to rest! From the moment I dropped my car off until the day I received it back, I was kept informed about timelines, part-delays, paint jobs, and ready dates!They called the rental car facility FOR me, and provided me a ride over there to pickIt up! It was seamless!While I never want to lose the use of my car for ANY reason, if I do, this is the place to go!!Kind, courteous, professional, honest, and dare I say, caring!! Was in a car accident around a month ago. My car was towed from my house to this collision repair center and I am very impressed with the service and results. They fixed my steering wheel, Left side front and back doors, replaced my tires and rims, and realigned my wheels. Took a little longer than expected but time had to be given to get better results. Communication was superb. I recommend talking to Justin who gave great customer service and got the job done.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Had damage to my sideview mirror, so we wanted to do our due diligence and get a couples estimate. We got one quote from a body shop that was almost $1,800. Turns out, they were trying to sell us on a replacing parts that didn't need replacing to fix our problem. Took our vehicle to Ultimate based on our mechanic's recommendation and not only were the guys incredibly friendly, they got us in quickly for our estimate AND they were very honest and professional. Ultimate Collision Center was able to fix the problem with some minor body work and not a bunch of upsell parts. Our sideview mirror works great, looks good, and we're so impressed with the service we received - quick, honest, friendly, and quality. I just had my Toyota Tacoma done with Ultimate Collision after getting rear ended up snow skiing. Justin was excellent, super on top of it, keeping me updated throughout and everything turned out perfect. They even touched up my roof rack and popped out a couple of small dings as icing on the cake. When I picked it up my truck was cleaner than it has ever been since I bought it new back in 2009! I laughed and told them I hope I get rear ended every couple months just so I can take it there for the detail job! Honestly, it couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you Ultimate Collision!!!

This place is the epitome of honest and aims to get you a bang for your buck. They offered great advice pertaining to the options I had for my car and genuinely cared. They only tell you things that Need to be fixed, not try to sell you on every little thing, which I appreciate. You d be making the right choice for your wallet and your car to trust this shop after a collision.

Not only were they able to fix my car after my accident. They made the whole experience so much less stressful. The owner is beyond anyone I have ever had work on my car. I would 100% recommend this place. Even after all said and done he still goes above and beyond for his customers. I couldn t be more grateful to have them help me out. Justin and Joe and the guys at Ultimate will not only do the job you ask but they go above and beyond. They don't have a shuttle or anything like that but he gave me a ride home in his own car after I dropped mine off. Only a mile or so away, but still he could have told me I was out of luck. He told me their goal was to make the vehicle as close to "pre-accident condition" as possible and they did a great job of that. But wait there's more they vacuumed, put a shiny seal on made it look almost new, filled my tires basically a really nice detail job. There is even more but these guys at Ultimate Collision Center are top notch professionals in the field with decades of combined experience you can rest easy knowing the job will be done quickly, correctly, and professionally. Thanks again for the awesome work.

Not only were they able to replace the catalytic converter which had been stolen, but in a more efficient, timely and courteous fashion than the Toyota dealer. I could scarcely believe how polite and caring they were of my predicament. I was trying to get home to Seattle and they even worked late to make that possible for me. Kudos and gratitude!

I am SO appreciative and grateful for the outstanding, above and beyond service and kindness I/we received from Ultimate Collision Center. I am not from the area, and was referred to them by a local service station (when it became clear our car that had been in an accident needed body work first)as doing great work and being great to work with and indeed they are. They were honest, and clear and prompt in their communications, and worked hard to keep the cost down, for which I am eternally grateful. I would give them many more stars, not just five, if I could. They are terrific!!!

This is a body shop professionals use. I was referred by my long-time paintless dent guy. He said he has been in many body shops around Sacramento over the years and this was his top choice. The owner of Ultimate Collision Center is Justin Frei. I'm very discerning, and Justin and his team did awesome (even better than expected) paint and body work on my Chevrolet truck - at a very fair price. I'm not in the habit of referring companies unless they really stand out. I will definitely refer Ultimate Collision Center to anyone who needs top quality work at a fair price.

Exceptional service. Had work on my Lexus through Geico at their shop. Some work had to be done at the dealership and they handled everything and dealt with the insurance the entire time. They paid the dealer so I wouldn t have to deal with getting reimbursed. They were also very responsive when I called for updates. Quality of work was also top notch the car looks as good as new. Would absolutely recommend.

Someone dropped/scraped something heavy along the passenger's side of my Toyota Venza. The side mirror, both side panels and the windshield frame were damaged. The estimator recommended by my insurance company did not include all of the damage repair. So I took the car to Justin, who submitted a more complete estimate. My insurance company accepted it and Justin did an incredible job restoring the car. Thank you Justin!!

I just picked up my 2018 Honda CRV and she is in pristine condition. So impressed with the owner Justin Frei and the grade of customer service his employees give. Joe the office manager kept me in the loop with what was going on. The initial estimate done by my insurance company was low. They took care of all the details to get additional work done and also handled the additional days for my car rental. My car was detailed inside and out. I recommend you make this your only collison center if your needing work done. Bravo Utimate Collision Center for excellent service.

We were referred to Ultimate Detail and Justin was great. First, he consulted with me on the phone about whether to bring it in, and arranged a time we could meet. He then diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and for an excellent price. Justin and his crew were friendly and competent, and what more can you really ask? We will certainly be bringing any future body work to him.

Super professional and did an amazing job on my jeep. The quarter panel i purchased didn't quite fit but the improvised saving me a lot of money and made it look perfect. Very appreciative of there hard work and attention to detail.
