Won a free Ceramic Coating from their Grand Opening.Finally had time to get it done. The car came out beyond my expectations and I love it. It was like looking in a mirror. Great experience, the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. 10/10.Highly recommend!

I Went to 5 different tint places, but no one could do my 1980 Datsun 280zx until I found tint world. They were really nice and helpful. Told me it would take one day for the tint to be done, but they did it in a few hours. Definitely recommend!! From our first contact with Luis on the phone to the day we picked up our car from Ahmed, service was exceptional! Awesome customer service, very friendly staff and a nice waiting area where they offer snacks and drinks. Their work is great and very reasonable price compared to other Tint World. And I've had several questions after the service that they were happy to answer with no hesitation. They also guarantee their workmanship if you're not satisfied. Would definitely be a returning customer if the need arises. Was looking for a place to get my car windows tinted and found tint world where they had reasonable prices for the different types of tint and quality it offered. I took my car in and they were able to get it done on the same day and I was satisfied with the outcome! Very flexible and great customer service. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your car windows tinted!

Luis and the team took great care of me and my 2010 Audi A6. I was driving to Costco on Auburn Bl and saw the Tint World sign and thought I should stop by on my way back and check out their services, since the car needed tint redone, headlight haze removed and exterior wax detail. Luis was very thorough looking over the car and made sure I understood the options and the corresponding warranty and prices. I ended up also getting the ceramic coating and some paint touch up and I am happy to see the A6 looking beautiful again. I had an excellent experience at Tint World in Sacramento! Their team was professional and efficient in installing new window tint on my car. They had a variety of colors and shades to choose from. Additionally, their vehicle detailing service left my car looking brand new. I highly recommend Tint World to anyone in the Sacramento area looking to upgrade their car's style and functionality. They also offer a plethora of other services such as automotive lighting, ceramic coatings, sound systems, paint protection film and remote starts. I attended their Grand Opening and took advantage of their opening discounts. Ahmed is the owner and takes pride in his shop. He personally gave me a tour and told me about their lifetime guarantee on window tint.

I got my car tinted and I m very happy with the results. The entire process was smooth and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. They provided me a variety of tint options and helped me choose the best one based on my needs. The installation was done efficiently and was able to get the car earlier than time estimated. By getting the tint has improved the appearance of my car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their car tinted. The staff were friendly, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return for future car modifications.

Went in for a paint chip consultation today after getting a call back from one of the staff members. Simply put, the initial help I got was amazing: clear, confident, concise, and honest with what needs to be done and how to do so. Crazily enough, it was one of the detailers who was assisting me with this process yet he was super professional albeit being cautious in guaranteeing anything that he or his coworkers could do. I was basically sold and wanted to get work done just via our interaction so I enter the shop again so we can talk prices. He then introduces me to who I m assuming is the Sales Manager or his direct boss and everything just went downhill. He doesn t even introduce himself, walks off to see my car without me, and returns with a number out of thin air. Naturally, I think anyone would want to ask for some sort of cost breakdown either verbally or documented so you know what you re paying for so I don t think I m tripping here. Despite me politely asking for an estimate of what I can expect to be done on my car aside from the obvious paint chip fixes, the other gentlemen instead proceeds to press me and tries to force me to be okay with the number he gave without context. I never even disputed the price, I just wanted to know what was going to be done as part of the service(s) they were about to provide me with - nothing more nothing less. I wish I had names to give but hey, the actual workers here seem like great guys but unfortunately a figurehead somehow decided to be the one to make deals for them. I would be willing to reconsider getting work done if the detail and repair specialists can actually be involved in the negotiations since it was actually one of them who at the time said Do you want an estimate? only for his boss to completely disregard that.

Overall great customer experience. I've never had my windows professionally tinted and I knew it was time with the hot summer months coming up.My 2018 WRX has some smaller windows that most tint shops charge extra for. The gentleman that helped me (I believe the owner) removed the fee for the extra small front window if I went with ceramic tint, which I was already planning onA few bubbles in the tint, but all those have been evaporating over the past few days. Car looks amazing now.Plus I got a $100 gift card for any other work I need done next time. So not only was the pricing very competitive, about $100 less than most places. I also got that $100 card I can use next time. Maybe it's time for a speaker upgrade next.

Went in for some cube lights and switch panel installed. Customer service was amazing they were very professional and did quality work. The final payment was exactly what the quote I got said. Very impressed with everything they did and will be back.

Amazing customer service here. I got an apple play monitor and back up installed here as well as wrap on side view mirrors and headlights restored. Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will for sure be back.

Great customer service good prices and they got it done about an hour faster than the estimated time. My wifes 2013 optima looks very different after getting the windows tinted and we couldnt be happier.
