They are amazing! They got my mom on the road again when we couldn't find anyone to help resolve our problems with our trailer They are knowledgeable professional and just darn good people and run their business the same. Worked on my Winnebago several times. Always straightforward honest people. They were not cheap but definitely honest. I'll take honest over cheap any day of the week.

My tire shredded over the weekend. When I went to pick up, I was told the tire took out my electrical on the left side. I immediately called Sylvan Trailer to see if it was something they did. The gentleman told me that they were booked a week out but if I brought it in, he could see if it was a quick fix. As soon as I pulled in, he dropped what he was working on and fixed my left brake light. It needed to be re-wired. I was on the road, driving legally, within 20 minutes. I ll be back for sure.

Center cap fell off my trailer during a 900 mile trip and napa auto recommended sylvan.. They had the exact match in stock with the rubber boot for zerk access and it was fairly inexpensive too. Thanks for the help Sylvan!

Very honest advice! I came in for a quote on some work, and they advised me against having it done, even though it would take $s out of their pocket. I had my boat trailer painted by them a number of years ago, and they not only did a great job, but replaced the wiring without even charging me. Very impressed.Note: it's a little tricky to get into. Take the FIRST driveway on the right (you can't turn left into it), just past the mexican restaurant. Drive on through - the office is near the back of the building.

Horrible experience. I brough my boat in Thursday, was told they would look at it the next day. Called Monday, still not looked at, still sitting outside in their lot, in the rain. Called Tuesday, still sitting in the rain, I asked why they had me bring it in on Thursday if they weren't going to look at it for another week. The employee was very rude and told me I could come pick up my boat if I had a problem. I told him no and he said they would put a lien on it. I picked it up the same day and took it home. My boat was full of water because it was sitting outside in the rain for a week and the inside was a mess because of all of the trees that were around. Very unpleasant experience and very disrespectful employee.

Fantastic service, excellent price, and quick turnaround! Wes is very professional and clearly knows his craft. My job was small but no less complicated, it was difficult for me to find a business that would take on my small job. Not to say they aren t able to do the same amazing work on large RV s and business trailers, I was impressed with the trailers they were working on while I was there. I was thankful that the team at Sylvan Trailer & Supply took on the rewiring of my new kayak trailer without a question and got me up and running within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had wasted months trying to get the company that I purchased the trailer from to fix the problem, I so wish I would have called these guys earlier in the process. The quote he gave didn't have any hidden fees and my trailer is working fabulously. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Needed a leaf spring for a broken dump trailer. They were able to determine what I needed from my picture. They set me up with a few extra nuts & bolts and u bolts I wouldn't have thought of purchasing. SAVED ME BIG TIME! If it wasn't for the parts he included I would have not been able to repair my trailer. I have also had a couple trailer repairs performed here and both times they got my trailers back to quick and correct!! Best in town by far!

Got a referral today from Bass Pro, Rocklin, Ca could not supply me with answers to a electric plug in on boat trailer. Referred me to Sylvan Trailer in Citrus Heights spoke with Tom and he resolved the issue I was having. Tom thanks much you know your chit. And a shout out to Bass Pro for the referral.

Best trailer repair by far in the Sacramento area. If you want it done right, bring it here. Wes charged a fair price and did exceptional work. He gave me some advice to replace some worn out items on my trailer, and took the time to explain why. I have found my only trailer place now. I have been boating for 25 years and have a Mastercraft trailer.

Wes saw my trailer same day and diagnosed and fixed/repaired in under an hour. Super nice guy and did a great job at a fair price. Will return if anything trailer related is needed.

This is by far the best trailer shop with awesome customer service. Family owned business and Wes knows just stuff. We took our Ranger boat trailer in and it needed a number of things fixed. They did it all and did it right. Thank you! Highly recommended!!!

FANTASTIC work on my boat trailer. Replaced the entire brake system and upgraded to disk brakes all done in just one day. Highly recommend these guys, they know what they're doing for sure!

There parking is something to be desired and the lay out of the Comercial part of the store is lacking for those that want a part to fix there own trailer but for those that want to get someone else to fix it this is the place. And there can order any part you may need.
