I take my company vehicles here and my personal vehicles for oil changes when needed. I get.A text message with a link with pictures of everything. That's going on with my vehicle to make proper and important decisions on repairs. Jeff and Erin have been great. We'll give you honest opinion and recommendations.

Needed my thermostat replaced and they got me in and got it done quickly. Not to mention convenient for me because I work just across the street so I was able to drop my car off and go to work. Customer service is also good! Thanks again!

Totally misleading! Brought my bmw in for repair (banner says they service Mercedes, bmw, Audi) but after towing my car here and then keeping it overnight I was called to come PUSH MY CAR out of the work bay because they did not possess a diagnostic tool to see why my car wasn't going into gear. Had to pay to have my car towed again to another more qualified auto shop.... Will not come here ever again. Staff was rude and not helpful at all

Worked with Erin, Jeff, and Tom. They were incredibly helpful and patient. I absolutely loved that they were able to explain my vehicle's issues in terms that were easy to understand. They also armed me with the proper terminology necessary to consult with other professionals regarding my vehicle issues. As a result, I learned that they are trustworthy and more than fair in charges for consultation and labor. I will definitely look for them first, if I should need future repairs for any of my household vehicles. They provide 5 star service, and I truly cannot be more grateful for their time and assistance!

We have had the opportunity/need to work with Jeff and his team at Prime Auto Repair several time over the last few months. They have been Professional and transparent in every interaction.We will continue to use Prime Auto and their services.

These told me that my engine was blown and I would need to replace it for $4000. Then they offered to buy it for $500 and then reduced the offer to $300. When I said "no" they told me to take my car off their property. I took it to a reputable auto repair. There was nothing wrong with my engine. I needed to replace the radiator, which I did. The car runs fine and could probably sell for up to $5000.00 into today's used car market. Why did they tell me that my engine was blown and needed to be replaced when it was fine? Why did they tell me my car would not start when it would? Why did they want to buy it for $300. I'm a retired older women living on a budget. What do you think?

Dealing with Auto service is like dealing with dentist, no one likes it! But these guys have an outstanding service, they are quick with their diagnosis, send electronic estimate right away with a follow up phone call to answer any questions on the estimate. I took my Dodge Ram 1500 truck, received a electronic estimate right away, I called to talk to the mechanic and he was available to answer all of my questions, took his time and didn't rush me off the phone. I scheduled the service and truck was done on time and they called couple of times to follow up to make sure I knew that truck was ready to be picked up. They waited after hours for me to come and pickup my truck. I can't say enough about these guys, I have found my go to auto service place for long time to come. Horrible the scam you tried to pull on an elderly lady on a fixed income-Here's her story;I've already posted this story on google, yelp and facebook. It has been reported to the state Bureau of Automotive Repair. I just thought as many people as possible should be forewarned. I am a 70-year-old single lady. I was driving my older 2001 car a couple of weeks ago when the radiator went out and steam started coming out from under my hood and around my car. I was close to Prime Auto repair in the Greenback and San Juan area. It is recently under new ownership. I pulled the car in and had them look at it. They said the radiator was blown but if I had driven it at all after the radiator blew I might have burned up the engine and my engine could be shot. After I went home thinking maybe my car was done for, the next day they called and told me the engine was no good and had to be replaced. I was very bummed. Living on a fixed income. I was told that it would cost over $4,000 to replace the engine with a used one in addition to the cost of a new radiator. I figured the car was probably not worth the investment and they suggested that the owner of Prime Auto might want to buy it from me. This went on for a couple of days, saying they had to wait to hear from the owner. Long story short, the owner offered $500 and I excepted. The next day they called and said would I take $300. I said no and was getting suspicious. They came back and told me either I except the $300 or take the car off their property. I had the car towed to a reputable auto repair business and , what do you know, the engine was tested and was fine! I replaced the radiator and I still have my car, which is running great!!!Hard for me to believe they would stoop so low to steal a car from an old lady. So shameful. Used cars are very expensive right now so they probably could have made a good profit.Just letting everyone know to be careful where you take your car and do NOT trust these people at Prime Auto Repair.

Brought my 2007 Subaru in for an oil change while I waited. They were friendly and did a good job. I am really glad I waited around because I got to see how Tom interacted with his employees; on that basis alone I will be returning for further work on my vehicles. He was patient, kind and professional in his interactions with his employees and customers.Service: Oil change
