I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. TOOK MY 05 ACCORD TO PA TO HAVE A VIPER ALARM INSTALLED. I WAS ASTONISHED WHEN I SEEN THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID TO THE CAR! RUNNING WIRES THROUGH THE FIREWALL WITHOUT USING A RUBBER GARMENT. WIRE CONNECTORS FALLING OFF OFF UNDER THE DASH EXPOSING BARE WIRE. THE PLASTIC TRIM ON THE DRIVER SIDE WHERE THEY RAN THE FLASHING INDICATOR WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP AND NOT PROPERLY SNAPPED BACK IN. THEY LITERALLY RIPPED WIRES OUT OF THE VIPER VIBRATION SENSOR AND NEVER CONNECTED THEM TO THEIR INTENDED PLACES. LOOKS LIKE A 7 YEAR OLD DID THE JOB. WHICH WAS ONLY ABOUT AND HOUR FOR THEM TO DO THE INITIAL INSTALL?! SMH!! MY ALARM CURRENTLY ISN'T WORKING AND A 3RD VISIT BACK IS IMMENENT VERY SOON! IV NOTIFIED VIPER OF WHAT'S GOING ON AND THEY ARE IN CONTACT WITH ME AT THIS TIME. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN! POOR WORK, NO PRIDE, NO RESPECT FOR MY PERSONAL PROPERTY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THESE GUYS RIPPED ME OFF THEN BROKE THE VIPER I PURCHASED BY RIPPING WIRES OUT OF ITS HARNESS!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WOW!!! GO SHOP SOME PLACE ELSE. IF YOU DO USE THEM I URGENTLY RECOMMEND A SECOND OVERLOOK OF THEIR WORK TO MAKE SURE ITS DONE RIGHT AND ITS SAFE!! CAUSE THEY WONT TELL YOU...

These guys are cool people. Not just a car audio shop but a spot where machismo rules. On the walls you ll see the football helmets of the owners from Texas Tech and UT. Then you ll see some paraphernalia from the old school tap out crew, and the badasses from Sac shirts from Max Payne Griffin, Ryan Loder, and of course Fluffy all friends of the guys. But for real it s a great audio shop, great installs with the finest JL Audio gear. You want some new beats for your car go see these guys!

I needed a 13.5 inch Tesla style radio command center that replaces basically the whole middle of your dash with a massive Android tablet and controls even your A/C functions installed and there was only one shop that would do it and i called every shop in town. They not only did a great job and did it for a very reasonable price. They also avoided upselling me things I did or didn't maybe need. They also knew about the company I bought my radio from inside and out they were very knowledgeable and very friendly and were in business to make people happy and the money to be made was just a bonus for them. Wouod recommend the everyone driving by if i coukd hold a sign and shake it on the corner I would. Best Ever hands down.

Was quoted ~ $800 at West Coast Audio for a double din install and a amp kit ran to my trunk in my Camry, I then went to Pacific Audio to get a second quote, Little over $250 dollars cheaper! Vahe was very honest and went over all the prices for parts needed. He even told me to get a certain part on Amazon because it was 50 dollars cheaper than he could do for me, I will be going here from now on.. Thanks Vahe.

My dad had his touch screen stereo installed there, not only did they costume make an insert for his touch screen, but when his stereo gave out they got him a free replacement. So pleased with their services and I am now a client myself, they are going to install a reverse camera on my 2015 Dodge Ram. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend everyone that is looking for great costumer service and great work. Thanks guys!

Good work for a far price. Went around and got a few quotes and these guys while not the lowest, seemed like a great balance between price and quality of work. The install is only a week old and I will update this review if warranted. So far everything looks very clean and sounds awesome. If you are looking for car audio work check these guys out.

I highly recommend these guys! Took in my 2006 Dodge Ram for a new stereo, speakers and amp and it sounds awesome. They were honest and knowledgeable. Prices are more than fair. Exceeded my expectations. Now taking my Toyota crawler in for a new system. Thank you Pacific Audio!

We had them install a new DVD player in our vehicle and would recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. They took their time to go over our options, were fast and there were no hidden fees. They were even able to fix what our last installer at another audio place had installed incorrectly. Their prices are competitive and their service is unmatchable.

I was recommended by an Automotive repair, to take my car to a stereo shop to have an aftermarket alarm system removed. The Auto repair charged $266. to guess my intermittent starting issue was the alarm system. Pacific Audio found a broken battery terminal wire that said repair shop and AAA over looked and only charged $50. I will send all I can their way. Love to know there are still good honest people in the service business.

Bought a stereo online and came here for the install. They charged me 40$ which was a great deal. A week later I regretted the off brand stereo I bought. So I bought a kenwood and went back here to see how much it would cost to swap out. They did it for free just to make ensure I was a happy customer.I took my jeep back in to their shop yesterday because my radio just stopped working. They checked it out and found that it was just a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse and also replaced my broken Bluetooth mic with a new one. All for No CHARGE. Great guys and I highly recommend this place.

Awesome shop. Came in barely an hour before close with an older Toyota that I was looking to put a double din head unit into , and Vahe said no problem, got right to it and had it done in less than an hour . Great price as well. I will be back here for future needs for sure .

I went in to get a quote for my Electric Glide and they are hands down the fairest price for sure. They had bikes in their shop and I was so impressed that I bought same day!

About 6 hours into doing my own alarm install in my Jeep I realized i was in over my head. I went in and Vaje knew i was willing to pay him to finish, but he went out of his way, stopped what he was doing to show me how to finish the job myself since I was so close. After another days work i got it installed properly thanks to him. This is by far the best customer service I've ever had at a small shop and I would give Vaje and Pacific Audio 10 stars if I could. Thank You for going the extra mile to help me out, Vaje is very knowledgeable and is truly an asset to this company. Highly recommend these guys for any car audio and alarm needs!

Went in for a little info and a few small parts. I learned a lot from Art. He went over the JL audio equipment with me and a few other small questions about car audio in general. He seems to know what he s talking about and I appreciated the time he spent with me even though it was a small purchase.

Back in 2002 I took an alarm there to have them install it and it was great! Now that I have a new car and need a stereo installed, I'm going here first. Found out based on the reviews that they do tint also? I didn't know that because that's on my list also, now I know I can get it all done at one spot!

Went in and asked how much it would be to hook up the Aux. To the back of my deck and put it in the glove box and he was going to charge me $80 because I didn't buy the stereo from them so I went down the street to West Coast Car Audio and he told me he would do it for $20 but said I should do it myself it's very easy and he drew a diagram and explained how to do it and I did it myself. I wouldn't go to Pacific Audio for 2" of speaker wire if it was free.

I've been here several times and I send all my friends here not only the best work, custom builds BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!!! I highly recommend you take all your custom audio and installs here! you'll be glad you did!

These guys are the worst if you don't buy there stereo or get labor work done from them. Went in to get a stereo insert for a custom motorcycle fairing. Needed double dash insert for single dash stereo cuz fairing had space for a double dash. They said nothing like that exists.Went to AutoZone and got exactly what I needed!He even offered me new double dash stereo when I already had stereo. I needed to buy new speakers, would have give him that business if he had been any help at all. But i guess I will go to SD Audio Enterprise instead.Never coming back here again!

A great bunch of guy's. On one hand they joke with you and treat you like family but when it comes down to business they know their stuff, very honest and they stand by their work. I recommend them to anyone for stereo's, speakers, amps, keyless starts ect. Professionally installed.

The guys at Pacific Audio did a bait and switch charged top dollar for after market junk.Dis honest and very rude. The bank says you installed junk and you had to give us our $ back.Mabie learn a lesson and be honest.Mabie an invoice.....just sayin

If you own a Volkswagen, do not take your car over here. Took my car to get my pioneer stereo installed and for whatever reason, they hooked it to a constant power so the only way to turn off my stereo is by physically removing the head unit. Why on earth would you install it like that? Now to this day, I'm facing little electrical problems that are associated with how they wired my radio. Take your VW's to someone reputable that knows what they're doing.

Very good dollars the owners actually assisting the installs very knowledgeable or will actually color do the research needed to give you a knowledgeable professional opinion art in his brother I can say have done for my vehicles my brothers and we've never had a problem ..

i had my alarm installed for my car here, they took care of me and got my car back in no time. i also shopped prices all over sac, these people where the least expensive and they had the most variety and alot of knowledge of there products, i would definetly recomend and i am going to come back for more. thanks pacific audio....P.S. the one in arden not so friendly and not so great prices

Will never go back no return phone calls when they say they will. I had problems with the stero they put in and was told that the part i needed was no longer available. Went to another shop to get it fixed they had the part i needed in stock and was able to fix my stero.i guess i have found a new stero shop.
