I recently had a fantastic experience shopping at O'Reilly's on Sunrise in Citrus Heights. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing me with excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the specific parts I needed for my car and truck. The store was well-organized and stocked with a wide selection of quality products. The prices were also reasonable, and I was able to find everything I needed without breaking the bank. Overall, I highly recommend the O'Reilly Auto Parts store for all your automotive needs. You won't be disappointed!

Incompetent staff. Offered me a promo on an oil filter and motor oil. Promo didn t work. Didn t care to honor the price then argued with me about the wording of the promo. Brought my receipt to another location, explained what happened, they effortlessly corrected the total amount due and refunded me the balance.

Kind employees and experience go a long way. I needed a battery for my car so I went to O'Reilly's auto parts. I got a good battery and they put it in for me. I was very thankful for that, because I broke my spine twice and there was no way I could lift the battery much less but it in. It took all of 5 minutes for him to put the battery in and had me on my way. I want to thank them very much. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I will visit them again when I need help.

Best auto store hands down. Kevin, thank you for yesterday helping me with the replacing that battery. That was bad in my car and letting me know it was still under warranty. Saved me 250 bucks a true blessing. It's only auto store I'll go to

Worst experience ever... Don't spend your money here! I go in to return a core from a watter pump., I asked for store credit, because the card I used before is closed now. He said no problem, then proceeded to tell me the money went back to a closed account, and the core was his now. Your manager Brian is a completely incompetent. So end storey Orileys outoparts stole $43.00. NEVER GO TO THIS JOKE OF A STORE!

I am new to this state and needed some parts today. In my hunt I found myself standing in front of a three-sided rotating rack of what seemed like hundreds of screws. I have a bad back and it was starting to bother me. I went to the counter and asked if there was a chair I could borrow because of my condition? Lili was the girls name and she came to my rescue by finding me a chair. You, "higher-ups," should hire more people like Lili and Andrew. It is because of the help I've received from these two people that I must say I will be returning to do my automotive business here.

Staff is very helpful. Always comes and asks you if you need help finding anything. I got more than I expected and it was just to make sure that I had the right parts.

The guy helping me was overwhelmed with the others in the store. Had to ask several times for them to assist with answering phones or help waiting staff. He was extremely knowledgeable.

I love the customer service here! "K" helped me find exactly what I needed and helped me install my wiper blades before I left. She was knowledgeable, professional, and personable! She made me feel like I was important, and good customer service is invaluable when it comes to diy car projects. Because of the excellent service she provided and the excellent service I've always received here, I'll be back. The store's selection of parts and auto supplies is very impressive for a smaller store. I also love the location. All around A+ from me! I highly recommend them!

Lately their service hasn't been what it used to be. I needed a head lamp but didn't know how to remove it, I asked the guy at the counter if he could show me, his response was he doesn't know how. Another visit I ordered a air filter intake, explained what I needed had to pick up later that Friday and he ordered an air filter. He ordered the wrong part, it was too late to order from anywhere else.

Called in ahead of time, to see if they had the part i needed in Stock. They didn't but called and got me what I needed sent over to their store. And called me back to let me know it was in the store for pick up. Great bunch of people. Good customer service.

My secondary truck sat around for a while and the battery lost its charge. I charged it but it did not hold. I went to Napa and they told me the battery was bad so I brought it back here as my warranty was still good for another week. The guy lied to me and said the battery was in q3 of its life and that my alternator is bad. The first person at Napa was correct though the battery was bad and my alternator is fine. Wasted $200 buying a new battery because this guy refused to warranty my other one which only had a week left on warranty. I feel like I was taken advantage of and do not like places that operate this way.

These guys know their stuff and if the clerk you have helping you doesn't know, there is always an expert around. Great parts, Great service, Prices are competitive. Their store layout makes sense and it is easy to find tools, filters, oils and fluids, whatever.

We did finally find the part we needed, well...at least to make it work! Had to press one of the attendants to barely open a plastic package to actually see if it would work, with out buying the whole dang package! Which it didn't work...talked him into another one that looked like it would fit better. He didn't hesitate and opened it, and remarkably it fit, and I bought the whole package even though I didn't need all of them! Another attendant saw that we also bought a rear windshield wiper blade, and enthusiastically asked if he could help us put it on, and I agreed without hesitation! I wish I had cash on me at least to have given him a tip! I'll have to start carring tip money again, just for these rare incidents?!

Called this store on Friday to confirm they would test and replace my car's battery. The girl asked my year make and model and told me "yes we definitely do that". Get here Saturday morning, and they tell me 100% they don't do this.I specifically called ahead and was very specific with my questions because I knew my car's battery wouldn't have the juice to start backup so now I sit in the parking lot waiting for a jump to go get this battery taken care of somewhere else and will NOT be returning to this store.

Nice enough store and team. But I called in to put some wiper blades on hold for me. When I came in nothing was on hold for me. Clearly at least one of their staff needs to reminded about customer service requirements.

I come here for just about anything car related. They have good sale prices that you can't even beat online. I get car wash supplies and oil on sale here and the prices beat Costco's.The customer service is excellent, they greet you when you walk through the door and ask if you need help finding anything. They have ut all or can order it with in a day or so its in. I formerly used Pepboys but they aren't as friendly and it could be a while before anyone rings you up. Here they're on it like they care that you are shopping there.

It seems to be the most expensive auto parts store in the area. I was a loyal O'Reilly's customer. I received rewards regularly because I made regular purchases. I stopped shopping there because I never received my rewards.

We purchased a windshield wiper replacement here and found exactly what we needed. The man who works there installed it for us. Our model of car has one of the more complicated wiper connections so we were grateful for the help.

I purchase almost all of my auto parts at O'Reilly's if something is not in stock they will go out of their way to find it. I also like they do price matching.
