This place is always my last resort but I m having better luck at Walmart at this point. The last 3 times I ve been here they just automatically say whatever I need isn t in stock. Then I have to look up part numbers for them via orielly website and do their job for them. I get that these guys probably get paid minimum wage age but I seriously have way better experience getting parts from Walmart. Which is insane

The service here is great. All the staff are super friendly and they have all the knowledge when it comes to asking any automotive question I would highly recommend this location since the customer service is so great and the staff is super friendly. Which you don t usually get at every location.

Kevin is extremely helpful. He has helped me two times always willing to check what he can with a smile! I appreciate an honest person who is dedicated to their job he deserves a raise! Previously he switched out my battery was quick and efficient and today he helped me check a fuse for my AC. He helped me narrow down my issue to the blower motor and or blower resistor and I can tell he is very knowledgeable. I really appreciated his help!

Ok...everyone knows, this is a big company, I just asked for the "free engine light" check. Mind you, I just came from another O'Reilly location, THEY DID NOT have a gadget! Excuses: Lost or stolen!? UNBELIEVABLE! No backup tool?! I went to Auto Zone where, they were stocked. - period

This O'Reillys has some extra helpful and nice staff. They were quick to help and understand the issue. This O'Reillys is a bit smaller but still has a good selection. Not too rough a spot, and the location was reasonably laid out and well kept inside.

Amazing Customer service. I have a problem with my AC and all the employees helped me with every question I had. They all are very professional and knowledgeable! They have no problem coming out to my car and helping me! These guys all need a raise, better yet... become Mechanics and make the big bucks! Keep up the great work Guys!

I recently went to my local O'Reilly's to purchase front wipers for my 2013 Ford Edge. As I am a 76 yr. old female with no idea on how to remove or install my wipers I had to put my trust in the store clerk for my purchase. It doesn't take much to make me happy but I have to tell you, I came out of O'Reilly Auto Parts a very happy lady. The clerk was courteous and knowledgeable. The price was lower than I was expecting and the clerk went out to my car, removed the old wipers and installed the new pair. Just in time for the heavy rainfall that started on my way home. I will definitely be going back to O'Reilly again for my auto needs.

Great service from every employee at this store very helpful! My husband had a dead battery and Marshawn the manager was extremely helpful we want to give a big shout out to him and battery problem solved! Go to this store and you'll be treated with VIP service! Highly recommend this place!

Always helpful and fully staffed. Been yo thus location dozens of times, and each time the random issue I had was not only solved with the help of staff, but parts/item was always in stock. Very nice to have this location in Citrus Heights.

My car wouldn't start when leaving Sam's Club gas station. I didn't have monies for a battery at Sam's so I went over to O'Reilly for a price check and for them to check out my car.Shane was a Peach! He checked my alternator and asked he to turn off my car so he could check the battery. I was hesitant because I'd just gotten a jump start, but he assured me he'd get me started. He checked my battery and told me I needed another. Then he told me to try my car. It started!Thank you Shane! I really appreciate your time. Unlike dude at Sam's Club who sent me on my way...as he walked away.

I came here to buy and return a dead battery. I dealt with two gentlemen who were very nice. They made sure they did whatever they could to make my visit pleasant and fast, and they did exactly that. Even on the littles of things, they made sure to do whatever they could to help me. For example I needed terminal protecter for the battery and they had some in the store and took me outside and helped me apply. This eliminated me wasting money to buy a product for something I wouldn t use more that this one time. I really like this store because not all O Reilly stores are this pleasant to deal with. The gentleman who helped me with the terminal protector was Marshawn. He was awesome. I will definitely be coming back to this store simply because the service provided was incredible. I will definitely recommend this store whenever possible.

Went in to pick up some new wiper blades for my daughter's car. The kid behind the car. The kid behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.. Got customers in-and-out in a timely manner.

Have shopped there many times . Guys are always very helpful. Went today to get transmission fluid and have it and the oil checked. Guys are extremely helpful.

I think her name was Emi? Emie? I'm sorry if I get the name wrong. She was super helpful and did in less than 30 seconds what Firestone down the street said would take until 6pm to get to me. I bought a code reader because of her. Thank you to her and the other gentleman at the register. I'm sorry I forget your name so quickly I'm really burned out today. Have a good day everyone!

yesterday I went to the O'Reillies on san juan and greenback in syphilis heights to get my car battery tested and charged when I told them about my heart condition they were very understanding about it and had no problem getting my battery bringing it in to the store and bringing it back out to me. so for me they get a 5 out 5 for there fantastic customer service and to the man who helped me with my battery thank u.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is great they pretty much have anything and everything that you want for your vehicle. Their service is incredibly great as well and they're on top of things quickly. You won't have to wait around very long for answers any questions you may have.

I've always liked O'Reilly's. I bought a car and found that the radiator was aftermarket and had the wrong cap. Tanner was super cool and helped me find something compatible. A small fix that meant a lot to me on a hot day. Thank you!!

O'Reilly's has been my go to parts store for years. I allway send my friends to them, especially the greenback location. Nice o find a place where the employees know their products, and remember me when I come in. If there's ever a problem with their product the never hesitate to make it right. Thanks guys.

Great customer service always there to assist you in your needs and very knowledgeable on products and parts and look them up . Very courteous, friendly and make you feel welcome. Nice place to shop for what you need for your vehicle.

Almost always have everything in stock. Great prices. But I come here even though it s a little further then other places because of the staff. And the manager is amazing.
