Excellent service from Tyler John and Matt. I have a c8 which they took care of personally as if it was their own. Went the extra mile to make sure the parts were in great shape and everything was working before I returning it to me. Highly recommend, especially if you're a c8 owner, trust them with your baby!

Hello,I would like to start with I have been working with this location for a few months doing billing for them with Nex automotive ,the estimator's, management everyone on the team are very knowledgeable, nice, welcoming very on top of their work. Anytime they need an invoice for me to help get the customers their vehicle faster they have always been super quick I like working with everybody at the shop. They make my job a lot easier. I recommend this location if you are in the area.

If you are looking for the best possible experience to make all the crummy parts of getting in an accident so much better, GO HERE! The front desk staff Stephanie was always warm, welcoming and helpful. Who then connected me with the service advisor Sam. She is a real gem. She was very thorough in her assessment of my car and made sure to not cut any corners in making the repair everything I could have asked for and more. She gave me multiple updates along the way of exactly what progress was made on my car and what still needed to be done. They got the car finished in record time and right at the time she estimated in her previous update. She treated me like a friend and made me feel so well taken care of the whole time. She made all the efforts to go above and beyond in every way. Shout out to the shop because my car looks flawless. Every detail including some of the interior is perfection. What amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. I wouldn t change a single thing about the experience and will be back for someLong overdue repairs very soon!

We were rear ended, and our insurance estimator suggested we go to Kniesel's, and I am sure glad we did. Our service advisor, Nick, was extremely friendly, informative, and professional. We had to take the Jeep back in a second time to fix the paint on our lift gate (our insurance didn't include it in the claim initially) and they took great care and consideration in removing the damage and making our door look as good as new. I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was with the entire Kniesel's Collision staff. Lord forbid I need more body work done on my cars, but if I do, I will definitely be back!Service: Body & Trim

In 2013, my wife had an accident in our vehicle, which was pretty much new. We took it to Kniesel's for repairs. Upon the return of our vehicle, it overheated due to the fact they had forgotten to put radiator fluid back In the car. They then had our car towed back to their shop, using their contractor. I gotta call about an hour later saying, "Mister Gee, We have some terrible news, I thought, what our engine blew up? No, your car has been stolen from our shop. They had left the keys in the car, and an evil opportunist seized the moment, stealing our car. At first kniesel's was very apologetic, "don't worry, we'll make this right, we'll take care of everything." But the very next day they had a complete attitude change. They had turned it over to their insurance company, which immediately denied any claim that we had. What, no investigation? And we hadn't even filed a claim yet. Their insurance stated that they found no wrong doing on the part of their insured. ensued next, we had a five month battle with their insurance company (Zurich) to try and recover our losses. What a blunder/headache!Bottom line, I shouldn't have taken my business to Kniesel's. A hard lesson learned. I hope this helps a would be Customer. The staff at Kniesel's Collision were very considerate and patient while waiting for AAA to decide on my car being a total loss. They were very helpful and accommodating when I got my stuff from the car. It was an easy experience with Kniesel, AAA and Enterprise Rent a Car. They work well together.

Went to have an estimate done and I was going to use this location until the estimator opened my vehicle door into the bush and left it there. I said something and the receptionist standing there, removed my door from the bush. The estimator gave me a bit of an attitude. This made me decide to take my business elsewhere. How can I trust a shop if they treat my vehicle this way? I obviously care about my car to have brought it in. Bushes scratch.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had scraped the underside of my car on a low shoulder on a road trip over the summer. I brought my car in to get a self pay fix, so that I would have the peace of mind that everything was OK down there. They were super flexible with scheduling for me and helped me get it done as soon as possible. And when I brought the car in I set up my laptop in the lobby to do some remote work for the 3 hours they told me it would take. They were done and I was out of there, good as new, in less than an hour. Thanks!

My car went in to be repaired and it was a self pay not insurance claim. They were amazing and they made sure to do everything possible to get my car done in the fastest time possible while still providing quality repairs. They kept me in the loop the whole time and I feel like they went above and beyond what was necessary. I would recommend them.

Very great customer service and very honest! Some auto shops will tear your car apart the second you bring it in, but Brendan made sure to call my insurance first and see how much they would cover (which was nothing. Farmers sucks) before beginning work on my car. Then he called to give me my estimate which was well out of my price range. Long story short, I was able to pick up my car without charge because they were more concerned about their customer than squeezing as much money as they could out of me! I will be coming back!

My repairs started falling apart. Brought my car back twice to be fixed after the 4 weeks they kept it for the initial repairs. It s still not fixed, they rigged it but did not resolve the problem.

Started having issues with my 2005 Tacoma and decided to try Kniesel's since their Citrus Heights location was very convenient to my home. After leaving my truck at the shop, they actually started working on it a couple of days sooner than predicted. They provided a full list of items for REQUIRED or RECOMMENDED repair, each with a breakdown on estimated costs. No pressure, no up-selling...just the question: "What do you want us to take care of?" Quickly repaired the U-joint and got me back on the road for a reasonable price. A few weeks later, I get a HAND-WRITTEN note (not a boilerplate email) thanking me for doing business with them! I recently got into an accident. I took my car to Kniesel's. I've never had a better experience while dealing with car repairs Luke was extremely efficient kind and communicated everything every step of the way. I was never in the dark and I never had to reach out to them. The repair was done quicker then the insurance company expected. I won't recommend anywhere else and I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else! Everyone should take their vehicles here

Kniesels was recommended to me as a really good body shop. When I got into my car accident, I didn t even think Twice and went straight to kniesels. Oh boy was I wrong. They are a horrible body shop that work just to take money from insurance. At first they agreed to the 2.5k insurance was offering, and over the span of three months they would find more issues and ask for more money until it reached over 9K. If insurance knew this in the beginning, they would total my car in the first place and not even need kniesels services!! After they finished fixing, they brought it back to my house, disregarding the sound coming from under the hood. This sound was not there before, we brought it back to them and they acknowledged it and now stated that my car is unsafe to drive !!! After they fixed it ??? How are they car masters when they didn t see this issue from the beginning?? Now they are saying this issue is not fixable after insurance has already payed them !! They are literal scammers, please find a different body shop.

We brought our Suburban in on warranty repair work (on a back gate repair from years ago) and Kniesel's did an amazing job fixing us up! Super easy to work with, did an awesome job on the repair, and even washed our truck before we picked it up! Would 100% recommend Kniesel's to anyone out there needing any repair work and wants to know they stand behind their warranty!Service: Body & Trim

Just have to say what a great team of people you have working for your company! I brought our Lexus here after a car accident and was reassured all will work out and they will give her back to me good as new, they followed thru and I am so glad I trusted them, especially Nick who followed up with me during the whole process and went above and beyond to get us great parts and a wonderful paint job! I brought my Mini in here a few years ago and they did a great job fixing the hood. They quote was dead on and the office staff were very freindly and detail oriented. The only problem I had was that I didn't get any calls from them with updates which caused me to keep a rental car for an extra 2 days because they finished early and no one called me.

Dealt with Kniesels on several occasions, my vehicle was restored after an accident. They did an amazing job every time. Nick kept me in the loop via text, made helpful suggestions and gave me heads-up on repairs. They guarantee the work that was done. Raul was spot on with his service. From his initial inspection of my vehicle, he recognized the damage and gave an accurate estimate of the damage. Someone backed into my rear bumper, left without even a note, and the damage created a situation in which the tailgate of my truck would not open. I did not want to use my insurance since they would then raise my monthly premium and I was willing to pay cash. I went to Kniesel's Collision Center in Citrus Heights and talked with an employee named Luke. He was very courteous, friendly and helpful. However, Luke said it would cost thousands of dollars to fix properly. I told Luke I wasn't very concerned with the little bit of cosmetic damage and really just wanted to be able to open and close the tailgate again. He talked with his manager and they made it happen, on the spot and didn't charge me a dime. WOW, that is what I call customer service!!! I'll tell you right now...I will never use any other Auto Body Shop but Kniesel's. They have earned my business for life!!! Thanks Luke! You made a terrible situation a very positive experience.
