I went in today to have my oil changed and filters changed. I was so happy with the service I got. The whole staff was so professional and helpful. I have been there several times before and I will go back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They explained everything to me. I used a coupon from the website as well. I will be going back there when I need my oil changed again.

Everyone was kind up to the point of the close of the transaction. I showed my coupon at the end up the transaction the employee approved and typed on the keyboard and gave me the total and then I slide my card. Only for me to look at the receipt to find out they forgot to put the $25 coupon in. To which they were willing to void it but then the manager told them they couldn't void the transaction which didn't make sense to me. The worse part is they assumed that I showed the coupon after I put my card for the transaction which was not the case. I showed it to the employee, they approved and typed away, gave me the total in confidence, and I trusted them. If they even runned back the camera, this is exactly the time line. Why should the employee's negligence cost me $25. Their only way to make up for it was that there's a $25 rebate for an oil change but that's a rebate, it's not a return of funds directly back to me. The lack of accountability and not making it right was unacceptable.

I was tricked thinking I would pay $106 because you were all out of other types of oil . After waiting 45 min for simple oil change they come in to tell me they ran out of oil half way through the job so they had to go get some at the end of the job you charged me $201 don't even know how you guys get away with your advertising. I use to work for jiffy lube I know how long an oil change takes specially when you have 3 employees on one vehicle. Will never take any of my vehicles back and will tell my company to go elsewhere.

I have taken both my cars here in the past month for oil changes. I'm fond of the ability to stay in your car while getting the service done. They let you know of any filters you may need and ask about preventative options based on your cars. One cool thing is they offer window cleaning and car vacuuming with the oil change as well. Many times they have coupons on their website, but you have to look closely that it's for their location too.

This was the first time at Jiffy Lube and my last. The moved the sensors in my car when do their so call inspection. I didn 't want that. I only wanted an oil change. Before going to Jiffy Lube, my engine light was off. It is now on. I now need to go to my mechanic to fix their error. I immediately return to the shop that did my oil change with 30 minutes complaining why my engine lights are now on. I might have to do a small claim court about their mistakes. I will need to check with my lawyer.

I would definitely not take my car to this location I have been getting all my oil changes at jiffy lube on Northgate Blvd my car has been leaking oil since I had them change it , this is totally unacceptable and after they fix there faulty parts I m so done unbelievable!!

Had a wonderful experience with an oil change and let me know a couple of things that I didn't know as far as necessary information that I needed to know about my car which was helpful to know, the team members who helped me were excellent. Hailey, Edwin, and another team member who asked me some questions about my vehicle all did a great job. Hailey gave me lots of helpful information about what I needed to understand of what was checked, they went ahead and filled my oil, and helped me understand what needed to be checked and what it means. I didn't feel out of the loop or confused because everything was explained to me. I didn't need to ask many questions because it was all answered for me which made it easy to understand. They gave me a decent price as I was quoted $70 something at another shop but came here instead as it was the better deal and then found a $10 deal which Hailey helped me locate on the phone before I took a visit. The $10 off made a huge difference to my total and I was pleased with the experience. I feel grateful to have gotten that done and taken care of and to have received the help and great service I received here at this Jiffy Lube. I highly recommend it!Service: Oil change

I replaced my tire myself and wanted to make sure I tighten the wheel good enough that I would have any accident. I stopped by and they checked my tire for free and was very nice about it. Plus it was awesome to see woman working at this location as well... Thank you!

Took the car in on Sunday at 1:40, they close at 3 on Sundays so I thought they might be slammed. We were greeted and helped out almost instantly, very friendly and professional. Standard oil change, replaced the cabin filters, plus a consult about my tires and battery, all took under an hour, they were so fast! They did the oil change, and replaced my cabin and air filter. Seemed fine, but started hearing rattling from our ac the next day. Took the cabin air filter out and found debris in the fan. The filter was installed improperly and crimped, nearly folded in half. Headed back to have them give me a new one and the technician told me they couldn't give me a new one and sometimes "they just look like that". She made a futile attempt to bend it back and put it back incorrectly again. I took it apart, seeing how the problem was the same, I bought and installed a new one myself. The fact that they don't guarantee their service and can't install an air filter properly is horrendous. I have no faith in them anymore. Was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Had the option to stay in car or sit in lobby. I chose to stay in my car. I was told how long the wait was and everyone was so friendly. Mediocre Service didn't check lights like I asked them. Poor quality of work. Didn't air up my tires. Further addition to my previous review, took my vehicle to my mechanic and he said they had screwed on the bolt holding the oil filter so tight he couldn't even see the bushing. Oil was dripping out of there steadily! Upon removing the bolt and filter, my mechanic said the bolts on the Inside were Barely On!!! This was the WORST OIL CHANGE I've ever had!!! If not for my mechanic, my car would've been Destroyed from a Simple Oil Change...

Went to jiffy lube today and got my Hyundai serviced. I was driving and I heard that the engine sounded really throaty . What ended up being the cause was when the Jiffy Lube technician put my air filter back in the air box, they failed to install the cover correctly. You can see where they failed to put the plastic back into the slots. Attention to detail needs to be addressed.

These people always do a good job. Friendly and quick. Keep your oil good and your engine will last longer. Rotate those tires & check your pressure for safety and longevity.

Jiffy Lube provides consistently excellent customer service. I love that they are very communicative with what they are going to do so there aren't any surprises. I like sitting in my car while they change my oil and they are always courteous while they work around me to replace my cabin filter, vacuum my car, wash my windows, etc. As a woman, I felt very comfortable being greeted by a female technician. I came in for my usual oil change, and added a tire rotation as well. As always, excellent customer service! They are always happy, smiling and communicating to each other! I wish my job would be that communicative. I used to go the the one in Elk Grove, but I recently moved to Citrus Heights. I was really happy when I saw this Jiffy Lube down the street from my house. It s always a pleasure to visit a store, company or shop where the employees are happy and seem to enjoy being there! Thank you, see you the next 5000 miles!Service: Oil change

I always have a great experience going to this particular Jiffy Lube. Christian went above and beyond making sure I was OK with everything being done. He explained all my fluid levels and it recommended to where I could do with some things in my car not running correctly. Even though I was there right when they open they were still cheerful and had great customer service!!Service: Oil change

The oil change, inspection and vacuuming of the interior was faster than I anticipated. I like the printout. It helps me know what service I need to do next. They checked the depth on my tires and put that on the report too. With gas prices taking all my car repair money, I got to prioritize my repairs.

This place was so nice!! Everyone who spoke to me was incredibly polite and knowledgeable.I was nervous as someone who does not know much about my own car, but they helped me understand everything easily. Jared (Jarret? I didn't quite hear) was super professional and friendly while breaking down the costs and helping me checkout. Good clean shop, like all jiffy lubes they re limited in what they can do but they re fast and they ll vacuum out your ride. If you go, get the online coupons you can get full synthetic for the price of conventional oil.

I go out of my way to frequent this Jiffy Lube because I get the satisfaction that my car s transmission, engine and tires are prepared for the next set of months ahead! My car purrs out of the parking lot, too. And the pricing is reasonable and affordable for a divorced dad like me. They filled the air in my tires, they replaced my interior air filter with ease, they checked my lights to make sure all were operational, they vacuumed my car floors, washed and wiped my windows spotless! And all done in this sort of team sync effort. Dare I say like Santa s elves? (Best comparison I had in my brain). They ended the show by effortlessly applying the window sticker reminder that tells me when to come back in. This location is worth a try if you haven t already got hooked like I have. Thank you, Jiffy Lube on Sunrise and Antelope! I ll see you again!8/26/22 - Update - Consistent in their service as expected. Great job guyz! Been going here 4 years, but my recent experienced has changed my mind. They claimed to vacuum & cleaned windows...NOT, told me my 4 month old battery was at 11%, went to oreilys, where i purchased it in oct of 22, on way home, battery at 66%. They did fill up my wiper fluids & put air n 1 tire. All this 4 179.00. Will not b going back
