Chris at service is the guy I've been working with this past few times. Great guy, honest report, honest service. Fair. Tells you how it is. And in a few times he has saved me a lot more than franchise dealership labor rate because they got the diagnosis right the first time. Didn't buy a car, but service is 100%. I've had a few honda's here and all have been fixed right.

I came in, and after discussing all of my options, I went with the routine maintenance, which was an oil change and a transmission fluid change and a tune-up. Now the tune-ups go up as high as $1,200. However, I chose the lowest one. The man who helped me was nice enough and told me I would have my car back by 2 (I came in at 8:10). 2:00 came and went, and I didn't even receive a call. So at about 2:45, I called, and after being on hold for probably 10 minutes, I was told I would get a call back. Apparently, the person who had helped me earlier went home sick for the day. I did receive a call back, and I was told another hour. I was not able to pick my car up until about 5:00, and that was because I called to find out what was going on with my car once again. I'm not one to complain, and I hate to go on and on, but I just really can not believe how much money I was charged for how little service I got. The customer service was good, but every single time I had to initiate it, they never contacted me except that one phone call back when I called to find out what was going on with my car. Quite frankly, I feel that I got taken advantage of because I'm a woman and I don't know any better. $900 for routine maintenance is absolutely absurd. My budget for this for an oil change and a tune-up, including a transmission fluid change, was $600, so I was ready to spend a significant amount of money but almost $1,000?! That's crazy! Anyway, I will say on a positive note that the last person that I dealt with, I believe his name was Chris he was very helpful he was really accommodating he answered all of my questions and was thorough. All in all, my experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This is very disappointing because I was expecting to go there and spend a little bit more money for a higher level of service, which I didn't receive.

Efficient, but had to come back after same issue wasn't resolved. They offer pick up and drop off thru Lyft that was very convenient. Craig in service was very helpful the first time, but second pickup was not as clean. They left plastic covers and paper mats in my car and just told me it was in the parking lot instead of bringing it to the front.

My car Honda civic 2020 miles 19000 under Warranty there is Leaking from Windshield seal and no damage in a car the manager want to Charge Me for the diagnostic and didn t respect the warranty that I have. And in the same day I had my oil change and rotation for $103

After my recent 30K service where I spent ~$1300, the bottom plate wasn't screwed in correctly, dropping down as I was driving in the middle of an intersection, (the drop and resulting scary sound/drag causing me to swerve into the median to move away from the traffic) and caused cosmetic damage underneath the car. Came back to the Future Honda to fix it - they attached the plate back, said that they'd replace the other damaged part and that they'd give me a call after the part comes in - there is still no word from them, all my calls to get answers get deflected or sent to the service agent's voicemail.I bought my car at this location, I've serviced it every 6 months like clockwork in this location but this is the first time I'm getting such a disheartening experience.

Excellent service from everyone: the young lady who made the appt, Sam who wrote me up and got a Lyft & the other service man who helped with my battery. Only had minor service done. Also the online information they provided about the work performed was outstanding--very thorough. I came in for an oil change and due to a misunderstanding, significantly more than what was requested got done which took 5+ hours...The service manager, Marcus understood the situation and made everything right!From a frustrating situation where I thought I would never return, to where I would gladly recommend anyone to come get their service done here.Their professionalism ,patience, understanding, and skills are top notch, and I would highly recommend them for all your Honda needs!

Awesome experience.I took my vehicle into her some work done. A little oops occurred and I addressed it with Craig my service writer. Crai immediately went and got the service manager Ken. After a short discussion Ken took care of my issue and even got me a rental. I cannot say enough of how this dealership has been fair in all of my dealings when it come to servicing my vehicle. Whenever we have troubles to our Odyssey and Accord, the cars always were well taken care promptly such a great group of talented and amazing staff; especially Trevor always went above and beyond taking good care of us (and the cars) and accommodated us over the years. We couldn t make it anywhere without his loyal, attentive and trustworthy customer service. In addition, we appreciated their shuttle van service. We met our Shuttle van driver Ynez. He was very kind, respectful, helpful, delightful and friendly. He also has very good memory at how he knew us in the past years. We also enjoyed our good chat during the trip home. Thank you Honda for being here for us at all times!

My first visit with the service department didn't go well at all but they have redeemed themselves since my last review.*I edited my review* After submitting a 4 star review I changed my review back to 2 stars. I was told that my car would take 6-8 hours but the job wasn't completed until the following day. And while I understand that issues arise and the time is only an estimate no one from the service department bothered to call me to let me know that my car wouldn't be ready until the following day. From now on I'll be taking my car to an independent garage for maintenance, oil changes and anything not covered under my warranty.

Although I did not know I was to have a appointment ( due to covid ),for the quick service oil change I drove into the lane. The attendant encouraged me to make a appointment and return another day. When I explained this was my day off from caring for my disabled husband and I needed to get the service done. Craig said he would get my car done that day. Very pleased with my service. Craig was compassionate and accommodating.Thank you

Prices too high. They quoted me $600 for a B127 service: Oil change tire rotation brake fluid flush and cabin intake filter change. Then I called Elk Grove Honda and they quoted me $300 for the same services and it was done within an hour.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was referred to Maita Honda for a noise in my 2015 Honda CR-V that I bought 1 year ago from Epic Chevrolet. I was told that it did not have oil in it and that the oil is leaking through the valve cover. Given the fact I only had the car for a year I had just had the oil changed and was pretty upset and skeptical.I was met by Maria Quesada when I got to the service center. She made me feel safe and understood, which goes a long way if you have ever dealt with shady mechanics. She called my warranty holder (sat on the phone with them for an hour waiting) and got all the information needed to have all the work covered under my warranty. Ken let me know that I needed to monitor the car after I have the valve cover replaced to make sure the oil is not leaking anymore for 1,000 miles.Thank you Ken and Maria for all your help. I finally feel like I have a mechanic in Sacramento that I can trust with my car!

My family literally went today and they were incredibly disrespected by an older employee while they just trying to get their car fixed. Even with being first in line and with an appointment, they were ignored by the older white employee working there. The employee opted to instead help out the people behind them. They were waiting for 40 minutes until deciding to give up and go back home. As a POC, this felt racially charged since the employee only seemed to be helping out other white people. This has been the first time we have ever treated like this here.

This past Thursday night, the dashboard warning lights on my 2016 HR-V started flashing like a slot machine and the car started hesitating, so I had the car towed to Maita Honda from a friend's house the next morning.The service consultant Marie called me immediately upon the car's arrival.... and scheduled it to be checked out by their technicians. Marie followed up with me promptly and it turns out that there was a "product advisory" issued from the factory involving the electrical system.... and the car needed that corrective procedure done along with a new battery.The car is good as new.... and I am REALLY impressed with Maita's attentive communication and Maita's professional service!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Great coffee, great prices for oil change , i use their coupons theyre awesome! but oil change service can do a better job in customer service, and a better service in general (my hondas metal protective cover "skid plate" that goes underneath the car, got damaged and lost some clips and was dangling halfway, during my routine oil change i asked service to put in few clips to secure the cover and i told him Ill pay for them to fix it, and the guy removed the whole piece out and brought me metal cover after oil change was completed, he told me that my sports honda accord doesn't really need this cover, i was very dissatisfied, now gotta buy all the clips and do work myself.

I give them 3 stars this time, because they told me my battery needs recharge it for 2-3 times, every time I went to change my car oil they told me to recharge it, but it is a brand new from there, so when I told them that I got the battery from there, they said ahh, let me check it, after they checked the battery again they said, don't worry the battery is good. Funny? No at all, But I will talk with the service manager soon

Had a TCS light on dash, had them check it for 150$. Got no update, didnt tell me they were keeping it over night. Had to call out from work, left message with advisor. Got called back the next day only for them to say we reset it, please come pick up your car. Light came back on the next day, and I took the car back. This time insisting on a rental, I didn't get a call for two weeks. Only for the advisor to tell his son had broken his leg so he was out of the office and they were still working on my car. After another week I picked it up with the same light returning again. Took it back for a 3rd time and got another rental. Two more weeks later and they tell me its the battery or the alarm system. I have them remove the alarm as the battery is brand new. 180$ later and the light returns again. So after two months and over 350$ still no resolution and my cruise control does work now either. They didnt even try to work with me after cuasing me numerous inconveniences. Will not be returning, and will tell my work and school friends to stay away.

Customer service is horrible I recommend downtown Sacramento service center.I bought an 2015 Honda Odyssey Van and already replaced a gas tank And having issues with my driver's seat. The leather is folding in and you can feel the coil, even thought it was covered via warrany... A year later it's happening again and the leather looks like it's going to rip. Service center won't honor it and want me to pay diagnostic.

Took my CRV in for repairs. Maita Honda kept in touch with updates exactly as they said they would. Estimates were fair. Set me up with a rental car while mine was in the shop. Awesome workmanship.

Terrible. Wether you have an appt or not you wait in a line till they get to you. Also they were going to charge me for front and back brakes, when turns out I only needed front ones done
