Had a Great Experience, First time Here and For Sure i will be Coming Back Great Customer Service. Fair and Competitive Prices, Got Tires and Alignment for My Truck and My Wifes Car and we are Very Happy with the Service. They are Clean, Fast, Very Helpful. Guys who work here are very nice. Brought them some new tires that I had bought separately and got them mounted and balanced $140 out the door, 30 mins. They work with you too depending on what you can afford, they do new and used tires for you. The guy called me over and showed that my valve stem was bad, and showed him putting in a new one. Did it free of charge.

This place is very fair and honest. Every time I've gone in there I've prepared for a huge bill, but each and every time the cost is just fair and reasonable.Really appreciate this place and I'll definitely be going back.$80 to mount new tires (with two new wheels) and $5 a tire to dispose of is just amazing!

Brought my brand new tires and rims, they mounted and balanced all of them. They gouged one of my rims (see picture) and I only noticed it when I got home but they were closed already and I couldn t go back for a few days. Wheels were in the trunk of my car on the way home. Went back a few days later to try and talk to them, and one of the employees tried filling in the scratch with a paint sharpie and told me to come back when manager is there. Ended up installing the wheels, and while installing them, the weights fell off on the front right and rear left rim. Went to the shop again, manager was there, told me he couldn t do anything for me but reinstall the weights and that he can t do anything about the rims because I didn t buy it from them. He also suggested that I just call the retailer I bought them from and tell them that they came scratched. No thanks Slimey business man. Don t trust their work any more so I just asked atleast for a refund for the mounting and balancing of the wheels since the weights literally just fell off. He said he couldn t do that because the guy who does payroll isn t there and that they can t refund work that has already been done. What work has been done? You failed at installing weights. He told me to leave my number and that he would call me back the next day, never called me. Now my brand new rims are scratched and the money I paid for balancing just went down the drain because I need to go get them balanced again. Not going to come here again, and will definitely tell everyone to not come here as well. Dishonest business with poor quality work.Edit as of 8/15/2023: Company told me to reach out via email. Responded to them within 2 days, been over a week and no response.Edit as of 11/28/2023: company still hasn t replied back. Will definitely be telling friends and familyto avoid this shop.

They got me in very last minute and were so fast! The staff is very nice and helpful! I went in for one tire change but ended up having 2 done after they pointed out one was beginning to crack so I should get it changed when I could. They didn't push the extra service on me at all, just informed me of the concern. They gladly changed that one as well when I asked.I was in and out within 20 minutes and wasn't overcharged.This is now my goto tire place!

Excellent service. Needed tires for camper on a Saturday morning. Tires in stock! Had us back on the road in a half hour. Very caring and attentive. And reasonable price. God bless them. This one of the best tires shop in Citrus Heights Shawn the manger very handsome

My ex-husband bought 4 used tires from this location on 04/13/2023 and he was very excited about the price for 4 tires including the mount and alignment. The next day one of the tires were completely flat and the day after that the passenger side had a nail inside the tire. I'm not sure what happened but be careful buying from this location. He said they had great service and he really liked the location but unfortunately passed away.

I've been here twice and will be back again. They're honest with realistic time frames. It's a busy shop so one should expect it to take a little longer.They have a nice waiting area and clean bathroom. There is plenty of food places near by and a 99 cent store across the street. Thanks Shawn your the best

Went out to go to work and saw a screw in my tire sidewall. I went up the street to Firestone at 9 o'clock and they wanted me to leave it there until 6 o'clock that evening. I went up the street to greenback tires and wheels and they had me in-and-out in 15 minutes with a brand new tire. The guys were very nice professional and quick. Looks like I found my new tire place.

I brought a band new set of michelin tires from them. Got a way better deal from them than costco! Same day no wait! I also thought I needed an alignment and was willing to pay for one but the service tech advised me that I didn't need one and that my car was drifting because of the low thread on my tires. Thanks for the great service. Still enjoying my tires months later!

Twice I have had reason to stop in to visit this place, both times being unexpectedly. They never charge me to fill up my tires and check my pressure and are always so polite. Both times that I visited here, my tires were super low with the changing of the seasons and I'm very appreciative of these guys because they are the only place with air. The gas station nearby never has the air pump working properly. Not to mention its one of the very last places before you hit the country territory. Definitely don't want to be with a flat out in the middle of The road Shoutout to Shawn , since be just helped me. Service with a smile!

Made arrangementsto have tires put on my son's car today with a rep for this company only for my son to arrive and be told by a person who says they owns the place he chooses not to honor those arrangements now this was on Folsom Findings so scammers work here my friends

Called before to ask for pricing and it was very reasonable given they only had new tires in my size. Was greeted kindly and given service quickly, and only spent a total of maybe 45 minutes at what seemed like a busy time. They even gave me better tires for the price they gave me on the phone. Couldnt be happier with the service provided andexcellent customer service, thank you greenback tire people!

I came there to adjust alignment after install the new tires and what a mistake!The first warning sign was that the mechanic asked for a different price that I was called it on the phone.Second I didn t get a print out as it was explained the printer is not working.I had to come back after the alignment because my steering wheel was off-center and tilted to the left when I drive straight.The mechanic was not happy but he adjusted it again. However now my steering wheel is tilted to the right There is no point for me to come back the third time because the mechanic simply cannot position the steering wheel straight.Also mechanic is not very polite and doesn t use words like please or could you. He just commands you what to do.Next time I will pay more somewhere else for better quality service.

Anybody that is looking for a great shop to go to to this is the shop. These guys are professionals and are very trustworthy. They got great prices. I bought 4 brand new tires and gave me the best deal. I went to all the shops around the area and they gave me the cheapest deal. I m also a student so he made the price even lower to help me out. I didn t have to wait long. It only took about 30-45 minutes and they did a great job on my car. My car looks amazing with the new tires on it and I owe it all to these guys. This is the best shop on the Citrus Heights area. GO HERE!

Very fast service. I ran over glass and tore my tire and needed another one. The have really good prices for new and used tires. Way better prices and services than Firestone (went there first, they wanted 200 for a tire)

I had two blown out tires from hitting a pot hole. I had my vehicle towed here and picked up my two spare tires from home to replace them. They removed my wheels and began to replace my tires with the spares I brought and they said they couldn't replace one of my spares because it had a plug in it for safety reasons. So instead they reinstalled my blown out tire back on my rim and then put it back on my car and expected to me to drive home on a blown out tire instead. That was in fact less safe than the other option.
