Prompt and professional service. Always make an appointment ahead of time! They did my inspection faster than expected. Lobby waiting area is clean and there is coffee available. Shop sits just north of Sunrise Mall and there's plenty of walking space while you wait. I've been here many times and always had a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Although there were mishaps with service done on my vehicle at first, Goodyear responded with great customer service and did a thorough job fixing it. Their willingness to fix the oversight and the sincerity of their staff is commendable. Thank you Goodyear

The folks here care about doing the right thing more than they care about making the sale. Outstanding customer service!2022 EDIT: Found my car decided to pickup a nail in the tire on Memorial Day at 2:45pm. Called in and spoke to Pam who said that they were busy but if I got in there soon, they'd make sure that if the was patchable, they would patch it before closing. I got down to the store about 3:15pm and I was leaving the mall with a plugged tire by 4:30pm. Pam and her team today hooked me up and that's the reason I always come back to this Goodyear.

If you re looking for good customer service this is not the place. They don t honor their online appointment times. I ve had nothing but issues the last three times I ve brought the car in with them making timelines. I m now finding another location for oil changes.

First of all learn how to change a tire and by that I mean how to use an impact gun for f sakes. You overtorque the lugnuts way to much. Second of all whats with the two locations closed and no online notice. Wasting alot of peoples time. Poor business practices.

They will put your new tires on the wrong axle which is a safety hazard and actually try to argue the point... don't let them make your vehicle unsafe

I called in to Lila and she was very straight forward and helped me on the phone. I came in to the store and met her. I explained that I just opened a line of credit with good year and didn t have my account number. She told me not to worry about it and she would call and get the information with me. I have been plagued with life circumstances and explained to her that I was on a budget. She did everything she could to give me discounts. For the quality of tires and the customer service. I felt much better and it was a relief to know I can make payments over six months without interest. I took in the car and it was in the bay no less than five minutes later. I will be coming back here with my car and my wife s car from more on. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a quality product and excellent service. Thank you Lila and everyone there for your help.

I don't know what happened to this locations service but it's real bad now.Ordered tires a week in advance they didn't make it in for my appointment and never got a call to reschedule so I came for nothing. Had to wait another week on top of that for them to order it again.Then when they installed my new tires they broke a the TPMS sensor. They ran the tool on the computer and said it would turn off after I drove it a couple miles.I drove 500+ miles that day and it never turned off.I had to go to the dealership and spend 275 $ to fix something they broke.Go to another goodyear shop. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Tom was fantastic. Some how managed to pop two tires on my way home from work after a 12 hour night shift. Normally I go to Scott s affordable but they weren t answering. Tom got me in immediately that morning so I could go home and sleep and let me know when they d gotten it finished. Afterwards he went over the treat levels on my tires with me so I d understand when it was time to replace them. I ll definitely be back here when I need to do that.

Tom, the service manager at Goodyear goes above and beyond expectations considering I have to bring my Fleet vehicle in for service on a monthly basis and he has consistently been shorthanded upfront, whether it be fielding phone calls, appointments, or walk-in customers. Tom is clearly doing his BEST with the tools provided him, and couldn't imagine how much better he could do for Goodyear with the proper staffing.Just a consistent regular customer's observation.~Thanks Tom~

Tom Heyerly who ran the front end was INCREDIBLE!!!! He worked his bum off. I don t think he knows how to walk because he seem to run everywhere. He didn t diminish me as a woman and was extremely polite. I brought in my old beat up Dodge Dakota w/over 160,000 miles, leaking from every orifice, along w/many other issues, just to get an oil change. They were having a special on non-synthetic oil. He didn t try to up-sale me on a synthetic blend. My only issue was I didn t get the sale price and they didn t replace a turn signal bulb as I requested. But, that was my fault for not checking the final bill before paying. Other than that fantastic service. I highly recommend!

I have used this shop for 35+ years. I even followed their move to Greenback. I have learned I can trust when they say work needs to be done. They are accurate in estimates with few exceptions. Any changes they ask for approval Before doing the job. They share where to get coupons/discounts. Very customer friendly. I have recommended them to many family and friends. I take vehicles to them Before purchase and they have saved me a lot of repair bills by noting issues that I have had the current owner cover OR I pass on the purchase. They have made some mistakes but they have always owned up and corrected them. As a non mechanic I can trust their word and work a bit unusual in today s world.

As always my work was done well and Pam went out of her way to make sure I received great treatment by explaining my options for the work I needed. The mechanic found some other items that needed or would need attention and Pam helped me set up two appointments that fit my schedule so I could get the work completed.Thanks so much Pam and thanks to the mechanics who performed the work. I feel safer now thanks to you....again. Have been a customer for years and trust the all the professionals at this store and will ABSOLUTELY be a returning customer.

Tom and Pamela had the best customer service! They kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle when my friend and I made oil change appointments. They did a full inspection and advised I needed a new air filter, my tire had a nail and they changed it. They had great energy and were very kind and friendly. Needless to say, I will be returning for my vehicle maintenance and needs.

The Goodyear Tire Shop at Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights runs an Awesome business. I pulled my 30' Weekend Warrior trailer out of storage and when I got home found a huge screw had punctured one the tires. It wasn't all the way flat yet so I ran the trailer up to Goodyear.I was greeted by Tom Heyerly who said they could do the repair but they were pretty back so it would probably be an hour and a half or so before they could get to it. I said that was fine though we were suppose to leave on our trip at that time.To my surprise about 20 minutes later one of the tire changers, Reid W. came out and began jacking up the trailer and removed the flat tire. Reid promptly broke down and repaired the tire. He torqued the lug nuts then checked tire pressure in all my tires...on both the trailer and my truck so we would travel safely.I was ready to hit the road again in less than an hour. In my opinion, Reid is a great worker and the Store Manager Tom was awesome as well. They both Excellent customer service skills. I couldn't be happier...this was truly a five star experience. Thank you both so much.

I made an appointment several days in advance & made certain I dropped off my car 15 mins ahead of time & went back to pick it up later than scheduled 11am it was supposed to be done.Well, it s now 12:30 & my car is still up on the lift & Im late for work. What is worse, the tech just walked in with someone s dipstick & wanted to know what to do about overfilling the oil in a car.All I can say is that better not be mine.All this for an oil change? Never again.

Honest and hard working staff. This is the only place I've been going to for years. They are so admirable that I continue to go to this location even though I don't live in the same town anymore. The quality of work and customer service is worth the drive. Ask for Pam! She'll take good care of you and she'll always try to get you the best deal possible. I've never felt misled or taken advantage of under her care. Use this location, and I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed!

Got an alignment and maintenance done today on my park avenue. They gave me a full run-down of the status on my vehicle and let me decide what work would be done. These guys really care about giving clear, quality service to their customers. Will definitely be coming back

Outstanding as they stayed 30 minutes past closing to insure that I had my vehicle to drive home. When I paid the price was actually over $100 less than originally quoted. My old vehicle was not easy to work on as they had work around the old rusty brake drum. It was a Saturday and they could have tried to quit at regular time and have me come back on Monday. They had to hotshot some parts late in the day and my car hasn't felt this good to drive in a while.

Pam and Tom were awesome! I'm not sure who all did all the diagnostics on my truck, but I really appreciate the way this place is run! Incredibly nice and helpful! I thought Goodyear just did tires, boy was I wrong! Saved me a lot of money and I definitely will be back (and will tell my friends to go there)!

Always treated with courtesy and never a complaint. I have had to have my tire aired up a few times and technician Reid Worley always stops what he is doing to help out with never an attitude. Front desk manager Pamela Souza is friendly courteous and there to help. I recommend this place to everyone

I ve been a customer at the Goodyear in Citrus Heights for over 25 years. I don t take any of my vehicles to the dealerships because I trust the service I get a Goodyear more. Great service in every way, wouldn t take my business anywhere else. Especially want to thank Pam Souza & Tom Heyerly.

Shout out to the 7986 greenback lane Goodyear in Citrus Heights. Pamela and Tom both have amazing, honest and a breath of fresh air style of customer service. In an industry that can be hectic and stressful they still give service with a smile. They break things down with explanation and they've showed me that there is honesty and not just a sales aspect at this location. I've read other reviews on here about time, and I've dropped my car off for an oil change leaving it there, because again, they want to make sure everything is top notch, they're fixing something I'm incapable of fixing on my own and let's be honest, vehicles don't always have a cut and dry answer and mechanics work incredibly hard. Thank you guys for the great experience. I think I've found my new favorite automotive shop.
