I was pleasantly surprised by Future Honda! They were very attentive and welcoming right when I arrived. Troy and Tariq helped me out and we re super kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I walked away with my dream car and I am super happy!! I did my research before hand and I got a great price on the car. I do have to say, the finance guy tried to push a bunch of warranties on me and was a little aggressive.. so be warned. Other than that, I had a great time with the process.

Had a great experience at future ford! They kept me informed and offered to help me with the rides to & from the store. Chris and Marcus were a great team with helping me getting my AC back to blowing cool air. Right before summer! Will be returning!

Came in yesterday to look around and was greeted by a fellow named John Sina, he was very pleasant to work with. Showed me around the lot and literally narrowed it down the vehicle I loved the most. I got a great deal during my visitation and was greeted very nicely by all the staff it s like they knew me already! I will definitely be coming by for my next purchase and refer my family/friends as well!

I have purchased 2 vehicles and now a leased civic from this dealership. They treat you very well and are honest! Loved working with Sina and Alex this time around and they worked with my very hard constraints on a new car. For as long as I live in the area, I will be coming back for my new car in the future. I had a very pleasant experience at Future Honda, although the wait at the Dealers are always long in general, they managed to keep a friendly and welcoming environment. I felt that our sales person really helped us out and he was so kind and patient. I will definitely refer my family and friends. Also their Finance man was awesome, he always kept a smile and helped everything go much smoother. Thank you all for your help. (:

My experience was so bad that I am afraid to comment. I wish I could give a minus 5 star rating. I'll let you judge. Just check out this video which is one of many of my 2023 Honda Touring Sport Hybrid. Their diagnosis - "customer added concern when picking up vehicle (which I didn't; I gave them a list of multiple concerns that included this at check in). During test drive with shop foreman ((they made me come in just to start the car to show them a rattling noise (which of course they say is normal) the car is making at start-up)) customer made know(sp) to shop foreman of concern and unable to duplicate". The most common response is that the problem is "normal" for 2023 Honda CRVs or they are not able to duplicate the problem like in this case. To top it off, they stated that they would no longer check the problems with my vehicle that they "have not been able to duplicate".

Had a wonderful interaction with the service team at Future Honda this week. The staff was friendly and helped answer every question I had. Went the extra mile to save me time and money on the maintenance my SUV needed. I will definitely be coming back for my next service!

My service advisor Chris Bishop is very helpful and really explained to me everything that needs to be done for my vehicle maintenance. He even exert extra effort to contact the company for the warranty and found out thst one of the parts that saves me more money which was not explained to me during my orevious visit. Thank you Chris and keep up the good work! See you on my next visit.

An overall very good experience. We drove a long way down and they were willing to hold a car for us where no other lots would and treated us like very good customers. They were willing to burn the midnight oil with us until we were all set. Thanks Vic, Felix and the team that helped us with our purchase!

Excellent experience! I even arrived early and had no problem checking my car in. The service techs were very friendly and easy to talk to. They checked my car over got back to me very soon with a video of everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. I think that was outstanding. I had my vehicle back in a short amount of time and was on the road satisfied. All the staff there did an excellent job thank you so much I would recommend future Citrus Heights to all! Outstanding job guys

I was quite disappointed. No employee went over what was found in my oil change and car inspection - only to find out that possibly because they recommended two additional services to the tune of over $300, that I rejected, they also did they did not bother to top off my brake fluid, which I feel is a safety issue. There is only 6,000 miles on my car and they said the brake fluid change was recommended. This is not even the recommended 2-3 years or 25,000 miles. Disappointed and they never returned my phone call of the same day.

I had gone to 3 other Honda dealerships in the area that day and received the highest level of professionalism and service from Future Honda not to mention, they also offered me the best deal. Highly recommend Alex in sales if he s available when you go!

Service advisor, Madelyn, was top notch! If rating on her services alone, I would give 5 stars. Her communication was fabulous, and she was super on top of things. Very thankful for her!!The reason I am giving 3 stars is the prices are significantly higher than comparable dealerships in the area. If I didn t have the connections I do to ensure I received a fair price (Madelyn was able to price match), I would have paid way over market value for the services received. Also, they don t even provide a complementary car wash? That was a given when the dealership was owned by Maita, but since it was purchased by Future, this is apparently no longer the case. Overall, this dealership went way downhill since being purchased by Future. Will likely not return even though it s super convenient for me.

I had a great experience with Future Honda. Did a little research before going in and was in contact via text with one of the Sales Reps - Alex. Alex was able to provide me some numbers on what car I was interested over text. It made my visit easy when going in for a test drive. At the end of the day I was able to get a car for what I wanted without being pressure into buying a car. Thank you Future Honda.

Love Future Honda, will never go anywhere else!! Julian Kuper was an extremely helpful advisor. He walked me through all of my options, did a walk around of my car and even gave me a heads up on my battery leaking. I have always chosen my Honda dealer in Sacramento, Salem or Spokane for my maintenance and repairs because I love my car and want it to be awesome. They have always given me a fair deal and peace of mind is part of the deal. My service rep Craig is very nice and I understand what he is saying he let's me know what is upcoming clearly and I feel good about everything every time. Thanks Future Honda.

I made an appt online for 10am for an oil change but I guess it didn t register with the online system, which was fine because the gentleman was nice enough to accommodate me and told me it would just be a little bit longer of a wait, which I was fine with me because I didn't have anything else on my plate today.When the old change was completed they told me in the inspection that I need to get my control arms, sway bar and shocks replaced, which I was aware of and agreed that I needed to get them replaced. I told the gentleman that I was planning on getting the shocks through an after market website that I d already chosen after doing some research online.The control arms I guess were on back order so I ll just purchase them online when I m ready no big deal. but the gentleman told me he had the sway bars in stock and I could get them today and that he d put in the order for me and I could get them on the way out when I paid for the oil change which I was happy to do.He then said to me in the waiting room that the front office girl would ring me up for everything (the oil change and sway bars I assumed) as he preceded to go into the dealership. As I proceeded to check out the front office girl rang me up for just the oil change and I say to her can I also get the sway bars for my car? The guy who helped me out I Believe his name was Julian? Said he d put in the order so I could purchase them as well.The Front Office girl seemed confused And went to go check with someone else to see what had happened. Then another gentleman comes and tells me that I declined everything and I told him OK I guess it wasn t meant to be. I still like this dealership, and I will be returning in the future, I just wish their communication was a little bit better and I could ve purchased my sway bars today.But hey I guess I can also purchase those online when I m ready no big deal. I would have gave them five stars, but something went wrong with the appointment system and I didn t get the sway bars I wanted, which is fine. Still great service though,Cheers,

I ve been a customer (buying my car and using their service exclusively) for 13 years and I love these guys! My pilot has over 185,000 miles (Thanks Honda!) and Trevor has been my go to guy! They do a phenomenal job. I can t recommend them more!

Called and asked for appointment to get oil change thinking I could wait for it to be done. Instead when I got to the dealer, I was told that the car would have an inspection that would take 2 1/2 hrs at a price that I felt outrageous.I just wanted an oil change! I did leave the car and got just the oil change.I found the employees courteous.

Scheduled maintenance via phone with a polite and helpful man. Got an appointment for the following week at the time I requested. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly but professional man who walked me through the process of finding what needed to be done. The car was serviced and I was out the door in 2hours.

Chris, our service advisor was very accommodating. I called the day I needed service, and in spite of his calendar of appointments being full, he was able to squeeze us in. He communicated and delivered as promised. The diagnostic report was a total eval of my accord which is why the quote was high. Only got the immediate necessary fix which costs a lot, 1.6K. For quality and safety standard, I wouldn t mind bringing it to this dealer. I just wished their pricing would be more reasonable.
