Although it took a bit of time they got everything done. Had my spare tire on and they were able to get to it in order to replace the actual rim. They checked battery as well as oil and various other safety components. They were very open and very nice and respectful.

Dan, Chris and the whole team are great. They keep me in the loop with the status of my car and what is recommended. They are incredibly fast and thorough. I wish there were more friendly and reliable retailers like this one. Thank you for your service.

Terrible. This is the second time they have screwed over my friend. For reference, she is a small female who doesn t know anything about cars. They have tried pressuring her into unnecessary changes and have threatened to keep her car if she doesn t request an oil change that was just done a week before. Now they did an oil change on her car and messed up the alternator. It was not messed up beforehand. I always check her car beforehand and do small maintenance for her. DO NOT GO HERE!

Came here 3 weeks ago for them to fix my tire valve stems that all were leaking AGAIN, and have been giving me issues only since I bought brand new tires from them May 2021. Only 3 weeks ago and I have to come back in for the same issue. I bought new tires so I would avoid future problems since my tires were worn out. Never had problems before. These new tires have given me nothing but grief. Valve stems are leaking yet AGAIN. At this point I want a refund for the tires so I can take my money elsewhere and get this resolved once and for all. Their customer service was on point and that s about the nicest thing I can say about Firestone. At least they are nice at this location.

Quick, great care! They fit me in at the last moment. And I was still out of the business with in a half hour of their closing time. All at a reasonable price!

Make you describe your tire problem very clearly. They just took my back up tire that I had put on myself. Is it common practice to just take a tire after putting on a new one? They fixed a problem and created and extra one.

Great place for servicing your vehicle. The Gentleman (I think his name is Pat) in the front desk is very helpful and he explained everything about the service. He applied all the coupons to get maximum discount. I did lifetime alignment and oil change here.Thank you Firestone.

Part they installed was faulty. Returned car to shop. Couldn't get another part til next day. Had to miss full day of work. Not good.

Exceptional service!Initially, I went to good year and was advised wait was two hours and they weren't able to help me with a flat tire.They advised me to go to Firestone.Apon arriving I was greeted and help right away.Even though the service was not conducted. They put air in my tire and advised me on what was need. I really appreciate your excellent service!

Had a screw in the sidewall of my tire this morning . I went to Firestone at 9 o'clock in the morning and they wanted me to leave my Jeep there until 6 o'clock that night. I went up the street and had it replaced in 15 minutes and for $80 cheaper than at Firestone. The person at the counter seemed a bit smug.. Kind of a taken or leave it attitude. I will leave it thank you very much.

I'm okay with the tire prices but the TPMS sensors are outrageously expensive. I needed tires bad so ate the cost.

Our vehicle has been serviced here twice. Hugo and Dan are always courteous and make you feel welcome while respecting your time. Best advice for this location is to make an appointment for service versus walking-in, as it stays very busy!Service: TiresService: Tires

I went in during a busy weekend without an appointment and Dan was honest and let me know that they were extremely busy with about 30 cars ahead of me but that he would do his best. I had a nail in my tire and I recently bought new tires from them , within an hour they were able to replace the tire and I was on my way. They let me know it was covered under the warranty of the original purchase so I didn t have to buy another tire .Always have professional interactions with the staff and the prices are not outrageous.I always bring my cars here for repair s because I can rely on the service.

Always awful service. Have used them a handful of times and am done. Repairs are consistently overpriced and they rarely have your vehicle serviced in a timely manner. Have had a couple experiences where underlying problems havent been resolved and had to come back in within a couple weeks. Had a faulty water pump installed by them. Most recently got quoted 2600 for a cat converter while midas quoted 1800. To add injury, they charge $100 for a "diagnostic" but literally only pull service codes half the time. If I just want service codes I can go to autozone. Lazy and scummy. Other shops will actually bring you in the garage and show you exactly where the problem is but firestone lacks that transparency. Stay away and avoid the ripoffs.

Went here a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the shop is shady and the workers are condescending. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and treated me like I was stupid. Never going back.

My family got oil changes from this Firestone, 4 in total for all of our vehicles. The check engine light (for the first time on all of our vehicles) came on immediately after, and they claimed each vehicle had a different code come up. One of our engines was covered in oil from them spilling it. Gonna now listen to my friend, who told me never to go here because they messed up HIS oil change + overfilled his coolant.

Customer service was great. Came i n for a front end alignment. Service was completed relatively quick. Drives straight, handles much better. Only nit-picky thing I would say is the tech twisted the inner tie rod end boots and the other thing is something that I have done is forget to pop on the positive terminal cap.

I had left a bad review on this place a couple weeks back by accident because it wasn't even this location that made the mistake on my car. But, these guys still took the time out of their VERY BUSY day and was able to fix my car as well. I've been a loyal customer to them as of recent and the other day was a prime example of why I am. Best of all, they took into consideration why I had gotten upset from the other location and so they were able to meet me in the middle to solve the issue. I will keep coming to this firestone! And the employees that work there and their customer service is a huge bonus!

I went in thinking I needed new brakes, but they discovered a less expensive problems was actually the issue. I appreciate the honesty! They could have replaced my brakes and the other issue and I would never have known.

4 trips to Firestone to fix Sensor light problem and 3 were "fixed". Light came back on. New stem in put in tire. Light came back on. Recheck done, Light came back on. Bought 4 new tires, Light came back on. Firestone wasn't sure what the problem was. Told me to take it to the dealer. Very frustrating

This place exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The ease of online scheduling to dropping the vehicle off. The staff was very professional and easy to talk to. They explained the process and gave me a quote for service. During the servicing of the vehicle the Service Dept called me to explain any other findings. They provided me a written quote for those items. The additional findings where explained in simple terms making it very easy to understand what and how these parts would fix my sons car. They have fair pricing and I didn't feel pressured into buying additional items. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and had a place for my kids to play. The toys even where clean. This place is awesome. Looking forward to bringing my other sons car in. Thank you!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than new tires or patching a hole.The wait time is atrocious if you have an appointment or not. I haven't noticed a difference.What gets me is I walked in with 6 sparkplugs needed for my truck that cost me $25 in total. They said they couldn't accept parts provided by the customer then proceeded to sell me sparkplugs that cost $20 each. Clearly they don't permit it because they markup significantly above value and want to profit from unethical behavior.I originally went in because I wanted new tires and an alignment. They replaced my tires but called me and let me know they couldn't perform the alignment unless I allowed them to perform $1k in additional work. Little did they know that 3 days prior to that appointment I was at Duncan's Automotive having the entire truck looked over. I brought the quote to Duncan's Automotive and they told me that Firestone was pulling one over me. The issue was noted as existing but not as a big deal Firestone was making it out to be. Anyone who has experience with Duncan's Automotive knows that they're good, honest mechanics.My time was wasted and now I am going go Duncan's Automotive to get an alignment performed.
