We've been coming to these guys at least 10 years at this point for all our vehicles and they're such a efficient and courteous shop. Never left disappointed and their prices are always reasonable. What else can ya ask for?

Went to get my brakes resurfaced because I had slight shake when applying my brakes. Go pick my car up spend $120 and while driving home my car was worse than when I dropped off, no big deal mistakes are made. Bring it in again so they can do the job I paid them to do and the long haired guy, who I'm pretty sure has no clue what a car is, attempts to feed me bs about my wheels needing to be rebalanced. I tell him no you guys had my car on Monday and it was worse when you returned it to me. 4 hours later I had to call and low and behold they just finished, they didn't charge me but also did not fix a damn thing. Do not go here either they scam people intentionally or have no idea what they are doing. Replaced my rotors myself in 2 hours and no more shaking.

I would not take my car there for any work. For something that should have been a simple process of disconnecting one power window and making the second power window the same as when it was brought in, they charged me over $160. The last time I was there they replaced my engine oil without asking me what type of oil I used. It seems like all they want to do is over charge and/or do work without talking to you first. Never go there if you value the money you work hard for.

The guys were all very approachable and straight talking. They did their best to explain everything in layman's terms and what they are seeing with your vehicle as they go through it. Came in for a noise coming from my front wheels. They could have taken everything apart and charged me up the wazoo but instead they explained that the cost to take everything apart and possibly fix it wasn't worth it and didn't charge me a dime after trying to diagnose it for 45 minutes and putting it back together. Told me to come back if it started becoming more of an issue.

Honest opinions they will do a diagnostic for $59 and then put that toward the repairs if they do them. I have always found them to be honest and thoughtful and appreciate the help they've given me with the cars over the last few years.

Do Not Go to Scott's, terribly rude and will not take ownership for their shoddy work. Had my car in several times for the same problem, said it was fixed, kept charging me for incompetence. Drove away and each time had to bring it back. Took to another mechanic found out they did not hook up all the spark plugs correctly, the wires were dangling down!!!! RUDE especially the owner who acts like a bully!!!! BEWARE, Dont know how they ever received 4 and 5 stars unless they are fake!!!!!!!

I recently noticed my tail lights were out. I bought and changed the bulbs. They went out again. So I googled the problem, ordered the switch google said was the likely problem, and changed it. No luck, still no lights. Waste of $ and time. Took it to Scott's. Took Lyon 5-10 minutes and he asked who changed your tail lights? I had. There was my problem, I put in the wrong bulbs trying to cut corners and save a lil money. Then wasted more self diagnosing from there.Scott's has taken great care of our family's vehicles for years. When our cars and trucks need attention they are my first reach. When I have any other attitude, I waste time and money, then they end up fixing things anyway. Got a problem with a car or truck, don't make it worse, just do yourself a favor and call Scott's.

Here's a guy that really cares about his business; and knows how to run it. With 30 years in the industry, they've obviously done something right to survive for this long. I was a customer for a while and was dissatisfied by my last experience, over 3 years ago. All it took was Scott's knowledge of my dissatisfaction to do whatever he could to, as he called it, "win your business back". Even after years have passed. In business management, some will frown upon and/or disagree with going above and beyond, while taking a loss to obtain what they know, will result in gain. The greatest businesses and business managers know the benefits of doing whatever it takes to please a customer. The problem and downfall of many businesses is that they simply do not care about what their customers feel, or if the customers were even satisfied with their product and experience. Scott has won my business and should win yours too; give them one try and see why!

Never have tried to upsell me on things that I don't need. Mechanic was honest and even fixed 2 other issues while working on my car for free.

I took a 1985 Nissan 300 zx in with an electronic problem and Scott's mechanics got the problem diagnosed and fixed in one day at a very fair price. Thanks Scott, I'll be back.

Got a call from mechanic regarding my car that is in for 2 days for repair. Called back mechanic a return call, their number is disconnected and the number he called on doesn't take voicemail. Not feeling exceptionally comfortable on what they were calling about...

Great place and great people, they have gone the distance in fixing the odds things that have happened with my cars. They just don't do oil changes or breaks, just ask!

Cheaper getting my oil changed there rather than doing it myself. They also check and fill all other fluids.
