Duncan's Automotive is reliable and great prices. I appreciate the fast response and communication. They always help me understand what needs to be completed, and even prioritize issues. It is a great place to take your car to be serviced.

I have always trusted Duncan s with my vehicle. They have done so much work on my dream SUV which is my Lincoln Navigator. It s a 2003 but they have brought her to life for me. Just to name a few things, they swapped out my airbag suspension for shocks, put my new grill in, and now replaced my gas tank and fixed my oil leak. I tell everyone if they need work done on their vehicle to take it to Duncan. I want to personally thank Victor for always doing amazing work. They are all professional and super kind. Thank you to everyone who works at Duncan s automotive. I will always go back no matter what!

I really like this place they have always helped me with smogging my older Chevy. They are very knowledgeable with information and very detailed. This place is a little ways away from home but well worth the drive to make it happen.

Always honest, reasonable and fair. I was quoted over $1k for some repairs at a local AAA repair shop. I took it to Duncan s for a 2nd estimate. And without telling them what the other estimate was. They came back at 1/2 the cost. They always do great work. And I will continue to take my vehicles thereService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Con artists that do not stay true to their word & tried to steal money from me.They tried to charge me $270 extra on there initial diagnostic fee; they originally told me it would be $90, then 4 days later when I came in for my appointment they tried to charge me $360 for a diagnostic?& then they tried to charge me $430 extra on the replacement itself? It took me calling up my bank, showing them the receipts, having my bank send them Duncans Automotive a letter, & me threaten to take them to small claims court to get my money back.I will not be back to this place & I wouldn t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. My experience was horrible & it was blatantly obvious that they tried to scam me.

It was a difficult repair because there were two failing parts at the same time. The techs at Duncan automotive spent the time and had the perseverance to see it through. The brakes work better now than anytime in the last few years.

I have had several things done here to multiple vehicles, from simple oil changes, battery changes, brakes, alternator and more. And every time they are courteous, professional, fairly priced, and most importantly, honor their warranty and stand by their work. You will not be disappointed in your experiance. In fact say goodbye to your old mechanic!

Had to tow my car using AAA roadside assistance, due to my car s clutch pedal getting stuck to the floor. Victor called me soon after and said he get it done within a day, which he did, and now the car works better than ever. Really appreciate the work these guys do!

I brought my 99 Jeep GC in for ac work, rear window motor replacement and water leak check on passenger floorboard. They did a thorough evaluation before performing any work. Provided evaluation & estimate upfront. Work was done timely and very reasonably priced. A lot of labor was involved and still reasonably priced. Totally recommend this company for any automotive needs. I want to thank Brittany who I spoke to over the phone first who gave me upfront estimates and also Thank- you Victor and all who worked on my Jeep!Services: Electrical repair, Auto water leak repair, Auto rear window replacement, Air conditioning

Victor, Chuck and Brittany have taken care of our vehicles for years. We appreciate their expertise, honest work and trust their assessments. I absolutely recommend them for work on a vehicle. The entire team on Auburn Blvd. has not let us down once and we have been taking our cars there since 2017. My wife's car's engine warning light came on the day before the 4th of July and she travels for work so she really needed her car... Duncan's auto repair took her car July 5th and resolved the problem the same day. They were great, fast and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I m going to Duncan s Auto for quite a few years as has my parents since the death of my parents, I I have continued to go. They not only fixed it. They fixed it by rebuilding a wiring harness for me that Kia wanted 1700 dollars for.They rebuilt it themselves and saved me around 1000 bucks.

Duncan Automotive gets five stars in every category. My friends always ask me who is my mechanic and when I tell them Duncan they say oh wow isn't that place really expensive it looks so nice from the outside. And of course I say no it's the same price as everywhere else if not better. Plus the service and quality of care that they take with each customer and their car is above and beyond any other automotive shop I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Those guys are the best and they will not let you down.

These guys are super coolThere honest and reliable. I brought my truck in looking for a rebuild on a carb and the guys told me they don t do that and they don t have anyone working for them who knows how to do it. I can tell they wanted to help me out but they were honest guys.10/10 it s hard to find shops that are like that.

So helpful,kind and great communication! Fit me into a last minute appointment was super transparent on pricing. Some auto shops will make you feel less than for being a women it can be very intimidating but not here! Treated me well will definitely be back (:

Its a good shop. I bring all my cars into the citrus heights location and i live 35 miles away but work nearby. They work on both my american and german vehicles You can count on good service and most of all quality work. Every promise made by them has been kept which is important to me .
