this five stars is solely for Brendan.I recently had the experience of working with Brendan, during the repair process of my vehicle, and despite the extended duration of three months. From the outset, Brendan demonstrated a genuine commitment to his job throughout the repair journey. He keeps calling me for updates. Despite the challenges that prolonged the repairs, Brendan s transparency and honesty in addressing the delays helped alleviate any concerns I had.He is literally the nicest person there, the front desk ladies were nice too!It was a painful three-months repair but my car turns out to be great!

Full disclosure: I've only worked with them for an estimate thus far but my experience has been night and day with the big name collision place my insurance recommended down the street. I went into the other guys' for my 9 am appointment and I felt like an inconvenience. They were just getting into work and a little frazzled, told me they would email an estimate by the end of the day but if I wanted to leave my car, I'd be without it for 2-3 weeks. Um, no. I'd have to set up a rental car or a way to get home and no idea what I'd ve paying?!?! So I googled "Collision Repair Citrus Heights" and Collision Pros has 5 stars. I call and the receptionist is super professional, says she can get me in today for estimate and I can leave with a quote. I arrived early and they were gracious and continued with the professionalism. Much classier location with free coffee station and comfortable seating. Centrally located across from Red Robin so walking distance to food, shopping, buses.Brendan was friendly, knowledgable and professionable. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a printed estimate and they will contact my insurance. Once it is approved, they will call me to schedule repairs. He was more through, explaining what he would like to replace and that he won't really know if more is required until they remove the bumper. I felt like they really explained things well and they know what they are doing here. Especially compared to the experience I had earlier in the day. Thanks, Collision Pros. I'll be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this auto body shop. I live in Reno someone backed into my Tesla. The only Tesla certified shop in Reno can t get me in until Feb of 2024-8 months out! A friend referred me to Collision Pros. They got me in the very next day before 4th of July weekend so they can inspect my car and get the parts ordered. Brandon and Cameron are the best. They are so polite. Kept me posted throughout. I get updates at least once a week even it was a call to tell me that they are still waiting for parts from Tesla. I know those are not easy calls to make. They really take pride in their work and want to make sure customers are happy. It s nice to find a business like this. What a gem. I hit a jackrabbit outside of Roseville. Cameron and Brenden, helped me during the drop off process and called to give me updates. They were both very nice and respectful guys. Love the customer service. Keep it up. I will leave another update when I get my car back.
