NATE DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY MERCEDES CLS 550 brakes & rotors!!! Definitely bringing all my cars here for my future brakes!!

It's unfortunate that car repair shops are more into the money than the people that provide that money.I'm a family man and explained that I wasn't looking to break the bank fixing my rotors & brakes.They wanted me to replace my new brakes to ensure their quality of service. I'm not throwing away perfectly good brakes and spending $100 on new ones.I can go buy new brake pads for $40. They tack on a 12 month warranty service with that $100.The only reason some of us are forced to come to these shops is time.But they charge $160 per/hr for theirs.So we are punished for not having the time.I had to ask about coupons so I can get the price a little lower.He obviously wasn't interested, or didn't care about our financial situation.After completing the job at the last minute he informed me of a leak on one of my calipers. I asked if they could fix it and he said no, not enough time in the day. They quoted me $230 for a new caliper.It seem like they have a goal of getting $1000 per customer, per visit.After having this experience, we will not be back.Business's need to think about the customer experience each time they visit.If people feel like they are getting ripped off and not heard, they won't come back.We are still looking for a repair shop that actually takes the time and care to listen to our concerns.Each time I spoke with the gentlemen he seemed non-interested and too busy. No eye contact or concern for my needs.When I voiced my concern he wasn't concerned at all.A little reassurance goes a long way.I thought about not making this review, but as usual, people need to know realistic expectations when they visit any business.That is why I do it.

I came in after getting an astronomical quote from another establishment, so I honestly wasn t expecting much. The mechanics gave me a free diagnostic test and even brought me out to my vehicle to show me the problem and explain in detail what needed to be fixed. Their quote was so much more reasonable, I added an oil change to my list of things for them to take care of. In addition to that, they stayed after they were technically closed (approximately 15 minutes) to make sure everything was done right before I drove away. People just don t provide service like that anymore, so they truly stood out.

Super quick service and had same day appointments to get my brakes changed. Comfy chairs in the waiting area. Overall I had a great experience here!

Had a great experience at Break Master. I was told at another place my breaks were a 1 and I asked what are new breaks at and was told. A 10. I was very shocked due to the Car only had 13,000 thousands miles. I decided to head over to Break Master and get a second opinion . They were very nice and said they will do a free break inspection and go from there. I received a call about 30 to 45 minutes later to be informed my breaks were not needed. I then was informed My front breaks were at a 10 and back breaks were at an 8. Not only did the gentleman in front apologized for the mistake the other company did he was just so carrying and happy that Break Master could help.He also let me know all the other service Break Master doe. Moving forward our family will be using Break Master! I just wanted to say thank you Break Master for having such great integrity!

Went in for a Brake inspection. Was able to make an appointment same day they were very kind, efficient and fast they let me know that my brakes were not in need at this time and gave me advice for when in the future what to look out for. Excellent service.

Went in because steering wheel was shaking when braking. Found rear brake rotors were warped, got them replaced. After 2 weeks,Had to bring it back because it was still doing it. Jordan helped me out, got them replaced again under warranty and I am a happy dude. Thanks for customer service by Jordan. Good man, good place to have brakes worked on. Stand by their work, 100%.

Brakes Master did a great job fixing the brakes of my car for a reasonable price while other place was charging me 2times more . I just didn t give 5 star because my appointment was 2pm and it took more than an hour for them to start working on my car. Other that they are great! I always feel I can trust coming here without worry about they trying to make to pay for unnecessary work.

If I could leave a zero I would. I went to Brake Master 01/26/2024 for a grinding noise I was hearing while driving. One of the technicians stated that he was not able to hear the noise but did feel my brakes felt soft. Rewind to December 2023 I went to the same location for my brakes feeling soft. They concluded after performing a brake inspection that I needed my master brake cylinder replaced on my 2019 Toyota Camry I paid almost $800 to replace it. So current time when he said my brakes felt soft I was upset because that lead me to believe that my problem was never fixed. The technician then did another brake inspection resulting in me needing front and back brakes in which I had got my front brakes done in 2022 purchased a lifetime warranty still had to pay for labor and parts. I addressed my with the advisor and he stated that the technician that performed the master cylinder did not do a thorough job he just did a visual inspection of my brakes instead of taking them apart and just apologized no discount off the brakes other than the $30 coupon that s online. Within a two month I spent $1200 on my brakes and still have the same grinding noise issue that I initially came in with still not resolved. In addition to this review I will be writing to corporate as well.

I've been taking all of our family and work vehicles to this location near the Sunrise Mall for many years now. I've seen a number of good managers come and go, but I can always count on seeing our friendly mechanic, Chris, there to welcome us back.

They were great about getting me in quickly and we're fairly accurate about time. Wish they were a little better about their quote of the amount. It was for an oil change and they did not even ask what car I had.

They were quick and accurate. They did a free break inspection and changed my rear breaks. It took them approximately a hour or so. Nick was excellent at the front desk.

I gave a review before that was a 5 star. Since then I have had very unsatisfactory help. I was bringing my car in for two months have trouble with it cutting out and l and other issues. They could never find out what was wrong. Then Jordan said that I needed a diagnostic check form the dealer. Next time I came in it was that I REALLY needed oil. They never checked that. I would think you would check these basics. Then that problem went away and then they said I need shocks in the back and I could not afford it. I think I will stick to just doing brakes here now that I got the lifetime warrantee. Hopefully they won't NOT tell me when those are needed. I'm looking for a personal mechanic now. I went to then 3 times in over 2 months and never found anything and it turned out to be that I needed oil. Gawd!! I'm a single mother/woman that feed 200 homeless veterans and other homeless every weekend with my son Beau and my mom's dying, don't need this kind of service

I paid almost $1200 for new breaks and rotors in July and now my car makes the most god awful sound when I break in reverse. Initially I assumed it was just because they were new, or maybe to much break lube, but it s been several months and now I m thinking they put these things on wrong, because it s constant. For that much money I should have just taken it to infinity and not settled for some crummy after market breaks from this place. Hope they make this right!

Last week I had my Chevy Cruz in for maintenance as well as some issues that I ve encountered including a new water pump and various hoses etc. this is not my first encounter with brake masters but I must commend manager Jordan and technician juan for their continual service they both seem to actually care about the customer with their problems are and do everything they can to resolve it I m very pleased and I should ve made a positive comment earlier in the year but again manager Jordan and technician Juan they actually listen to you they resolve the problem they make sure you re happy I have been a customer there since almost day one and this is the best combination I ve ever encountered

I can't speak to the work because I never got to that point. Made an appointment for an oil change and brakes. Dropped off the car and the service desk told me it would take about 45 minutes. I come back and hour later after my appointment start time and my car still had not been moved from where I parked it. I can understand if I was a walk in, but what's the point of the appointment if it doesn't do anything to expedite being looked at.Gentlemen working the desk and phone was nice while talking to others on the phone, but once it hung up, I saw the frustration after every call. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I personally wouldn't go there again.

I went in with a coupon for brake pads and rotor resurfacing. I was then told when called to authorize repair after inspection I needed front rotor replacement as well as resurfacing of the rear. He asked why did I think I needed brake pads because I had 30% left on my brake pads. I said because my car is not stopping well. I declined pads because he told me I did not need them as 30 percent left! He then (Tall stocky 30's Caucasian) made a big deal about not warranting the work because of no pad replacement. Great. So I then noticed grinding and growling when my wheels were turning. I took the vehicle into my own mechanic since my rotor warranty was waived. Here is the picture of my pads with less than 5% on them!!! I've already contacted the corporate office and awaiting their reply.

I made an appointment in advance for an estimate and while I was there the staff informed me that I needed new tires and they referred me to two different tire shops, one of which I used.The customer service was excellent! I was very pleased with the experience and the information provided about the brakes and why they needed to be replaced.Service: Brakes

What is a great overall experience, really expensive sadly. Prices have gone up over 40% the last year. Do feel that they could ve save me a couple hundred dollars more but it is what it is. They did great work in my truck is running amazing.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They were absolutely great! They wentabove and beyond. There was an elderly woman there that had some challenges and the person at the counter went up to her, offered to carry her bags and get her into her car. And the person at the counter had their own physical challenges! That is not something you see everyday these days.Their prices were great as was their service!! I m going back.

Had oil change and brake fluid changed. They did a great job and I always get my car serviced at Brake Masters. I have had major work done too. And they always give you an estimate on how much it will cost. Sometimes they can't see something hidden ,but I trust them and have never had any trouble with work they have done. Just had my front and rear brakes done ,they changed the brake fluid and bled the brakes. Fantastic job and the prices were great.Service: Auto maintenance

I was nervous going here because I m that person to read all bad reviews before consideration .The new manager is nice and helpful. I drove 30mins to get my brakes and pads replace because they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than PepBoys! I don t feel cheated or pressured. I got what I needed and am very happy with the price and service.
