I am happy to give five stars to Bob's Quality New & Used Tires, because they are great! I knew they would be, because I used Google Map's, as I normally do, and I narrow down my selections based on the qualities and attributes I need, generally, relevant proximity, and quality of service within my budget. I scrutinize user reviews, which a consumer's best tool to reward worthy businesses, like this one, with recommendations that will undoubtedly bring them new customers, like me, and maybe people who read this.I needed two replacement tires that were a size that was kind of hard to find, because I had tried a few other places. I needed them to be quality, but my budget dictated that used tires were my best choice for now.Not only did Bob's have a great selection at a great price, but their customer service was first rate! They are hard working, but they are very friendly and professional, making the task a pleasure. They have a big shop and yard, which was easy to navigate to. There was no wait for service, and I was in and out of there in no time at all. They mounted and balanced my new tires, and I can now ride safely and confidently, with quality guaranteed with their automatic warranty.If you need a good deal at a good price with good service, you might want to try here first!Thanks guys!

Bob's Tires is my first place I go too!!! They are so nice and have great prices for used tires. Never have to wait long. I was in and out today. I brought my rim and flat tire into them and was out only in 15 minutes. Thank you guys!!!

The service was friendly. But the tires are anything but quality. I bought a tire and 2 weeks later it goes flat. And there is nothing in it. I fill it up thinking it was just low pressure. And then the next day it blows out while I'm on the freeway. SMH

Got a used set of 4 for a good price, job was quick. It's a week later now and I unfortunately had a truck drop a ratchet strap right in front of me, punctured the sidewall of one of my tires. Took it to em and they got me back on the road very quickly. Thanks again guys, really appreciate it and looking forward to future business with you, hopefully for just normal wear and tear next time.

AAA couldn't fit me in so they recommended Bob's and oh my goodness, no offense AAA but any of my tire needs I will come here now! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and my wallet wasn't empty when I left. They were nice, knowledgeable, and just real people who know what they're doing. I'm upset I'm moving soon because I just found the holy grail of tire help. 10/10, wish I could rate higher; I regret rating other places 5/5 now because this is my new baseline for service. Thanks!!

After spending 1300 on tires I came back to get a tire fixed under warranty and the tires rotated. They don t store customer information and charge you for a service you already paid for. Will not bring my fleet vehicles here again. Scummy service with no integrity

Only one guy working so spent an hour and a half to get three used tires and also their prices got jacked up for 3 tires $260 also beware they never inflate tires to correct pressure... he over inflated to 57 psi, i already took air out before i took the picture

Terrance was an amazing help, super knowledgeable and was able to correct an unbalancing issue with only 1 visit that multiple visits to other tire shops were unable to fix. Bobs is a very nice/clean shop as well, with quality tires and workmanship. They even used a torque wrench on the lugs which many other tire shop do not. Thank you Terrance!! Definitely will be back and will send family and friends here from now on.

These people are total rip offs. They sell you tires and give you a warranty card but when it comes time to warranty the tires they make every excuse not to warranty them. They don't tell you that they have to do the work and see the tires before they can warranty them. If you are out of town and have an emergency forget your warranty. So in other words if you want your warranty to work with these guys you can't drive out of the area. What a bunch of crooks. I had not one but two blowouts on tires less than a year old. Guess they trend with the rest of the thieves in this world. So sad.

The guys at Bobs are so incredibly kind. I came in for tires on my older Lexus a while back and got a great deal on a used set in great condition. Knew this was the place to come when I found a screw in my tire last week, I asked for a replacement but he reassured me he could patch it! They easily could have upsold me but instead helped me out right before a road trip and got me on way in like 5 minutes. This is the spot!!

Good customer service there was no wait went right in and got my tire fixed and they did it fast! They really helped me.. tires are so expensive these days and they have good prices to fit my budget on their tires and I needed my tire changed asap and they got the job done! Thanks again.

About a year ago I went there needed 22s for my charger. Thanks for this guy he went above and beyond making it work with the budget I had and put my tires on my rims and stayed after hours to do the job...I was so satisfied with their customer service the transparency the honesty and the effort..A+A+A+A+

Awesome people, patched one of our tires on our f250 for a very reasonable price. Offered a nice treaded tire for a great deal, however we are looking at purchasing new rims and tires soon so we declined and opted for a quote on new tires.5 stars all across... Very honest, fast and affordable. What more do you need?

I have been going to Bob's Tires for three decades now. These guys are great! Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They have always given me a great deal, and taken real good care of my vehicles. I recommend Bob's to all my friends and family, or at least the ones I really like. I suggest you give them a try as well.

Some of the best service I've ever had. Needed to replace a tire with a leak in it. Found out I needed one more replaced as well. I was on a tight schedule as I had to go to work soon. The employee that helped me, I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name, took my car immediately and had the tires changed and rotated so fast I was still 30 minutes early for work. Everybody there was incredibly friendly. I would strongly suggest you check them out, it is the smart thing to do.

A good and affordable place to get your vehicle smog done and some mechanical issues handled, as well as get some new tires. The people there are professional and very nice. They are helpful and welcoming to customers and like to make it a friendly experience. If you need to smog your vechile or get some work done, they are quite reasonable and do a great job.

Hands down, just the best! I will shop locally if I can, and I have been buying my tires here for at least 20+ years. I started going to the location up on Auburn Blvd, versus the Carmichael locale, due to the people who work at that one, and the parking is so much better. I drive a Mustang, and my last purchase was for 4 new tires, speed balanced and are warrantied, for 755 out the door. Have a nail? They will fix it under warranty, but plz give them a tip for going the extra mile in helping you out. Not mandatory, but these guys work hard, and I feel that its always appreciated. Anyway, thats just MY thoughts on that.

Ive recently purchased a used car from a private owner, and the whole situation has been a nightmare. I was told it needed Tires and new Battery. Turns out, that was a lie. It needed a whole list of work on it, just to make the vehicle SAFE to drive. I have 2 young children, so this was a huge deal to me.After replacing 2 wheel bearings, Coolant tank, MAF, New battery, and a few other details... i was BROKE. (Single mom) I still needed tires, you could see the threads so bad on one tire that i put the donut on just because it was in better shape. Called a few places, nobody had used tires for my car (14 in. rim) so it was hard to find. I can only find new tires, still outta my budget. Losing hope at this time.....I called Bobs Quality new and used tires..... The man i spoke to was Neil. He was FANTASTIC. He helped me find what i needed, then sent his guy to go pick them up. Helped me find a way to afford the new tires that worked for my budget. AND was such a cool person to deal with. He made me feel like not all people are dishonest like the ones i bought the car from. . When i came to get my tires put on, he was there and it was the same thing. GREAT customer service. The gentlemen who work there seem to enjoy themselves, which is huge for me. They all were great! I plan on taking my car back to have the smog done there and to get the other 2 tires done. I need a used tire temporarily, so I'm going to try this place tomorrow after work. In order to write something about this business, I had to put post some Stars. I didn't want to help or hurt this business so I posted 3 stars but I will absolutely give my review after my visit. I'm looking forward to post my experience with this business,... thank you, Gold Toyota......... my experience was alright. $30 for my temporary used tire out the door

Awesome service, great prices, they were super helpful and had my best interest in mind when answering any questions i had and helping with any decisions... Def didnt feel like they were trying to empty my pockets, overall i def would recommend bobs to anyone needing any tire replacents or purchases! Thank you guys for all the help!

It was a holiday and the shop was closed. The owner of the shop was just ther to clean and organize the place. I pulled up with a nail in my tire and needed a plug. He didn't even hesitate and with a friendly smile told me to back my car up to the door. In less than 10 mins he had the tire plugged aired up and ready to go. He could have easily told me to come back another day and I would have been screwed. I felt really bad and apologized a couple times, he assured me it was no problem at all and he was happy to help. The owner of this shop is a very good man and the whole thing was only$20! Deffinetly will come back to this shop for all my tire needs. 5 stars for being an amazing human being.

Tony has great customer service . He ordered and put on my new tires in a matter of hours. They have great prices and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new tires
