Warrantied my 2 batteries that had 2 months left on the 5 year warranty. Brought them in, they tested and replaced. When I bought the 2 batteries they were around $310 each. The warranty has since dropped to 4 years and they are now $472. It saved me over $1000. Very happy with the customer service.

I came here because I needed a battery for my garage door opener.They are located on Greenback close to arcadia.The staff was so nice and friendly.They asked what I needed and I showed them...they replaced the battery in like 3 minutes and it only cost 5 bucks.I then brought my sister in law because she needed a car battery for her car remote. They replaced it quickly...but that battery was like 14 bucks. I don't know why that battery was so much more to replace.They do have lights and every battery you could need...

Overwhelming amount of help. Kind of feel smothered in a way. Not that it's a bad thing, i still gave 5 stars. Customer service was great, knowledgeable friendly people. They always have what you need. The location is easy access from the streets very visible. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

Friendly and helpful staff in this office. They also assist you to install car batteries for free if you want. After ordering the battery online, I picked it up in the store within an hour.

My key fob from my 2005 Mercedes Benz clk 500 was old and damaged and not working anymore, it would just drain new batteries, a worker there told me I need to replace my key fob case, so I bought one from eBay and brought it to them, they cut open my old key fob and switched the electronics to the new key fob and now it works great, thank you batteries plus bulbs, you saved me hundreds of dollars from having to buy a new fob from Mercedes Benz

I was able to have confidence in the staff, who had knowledge that I didn't, in the way of installing the new car battery, and making sure the terminals didn't develop build up.

Good customer service! Plus they did the installation of the new battery, that I purchased for both of my vehicles. Ty did the last replacement of my truck battery and his attention to detail and hard work was excellent.Definitely recommend!

Charged a battery that an automobile parts place said was bad, took it in and charged the battery and tested the CCA capacity and told me that the battery was borderline for the vehicle, but it would need to be replaced in 6-12 months.

Fixed my phone screen that was cracked at this location. The workers were very nice and professional. And the turn around time to fix my phone was about 30 mins. Quick and easy. Would highly recommend this store

Some months ago, i asked on a neighborhood local app, if anybody knew any recommendations of places that can help jumpstart, repair or knew how to fix electric scooters or the batteries of an e-scooter. Somebody replied to my post, saying that they get repairs or so done at this store & recommended for me to go here. So i called this place, to ask if they do repairs or whatnot on electric scooters. The dude on the phone..point blank, just told me that no, they don't do that in their rude quick tone. So i guess that service is only for exclusions & not an everybody service it seems. Whatevers.

Cashier told me about a 24-bundle deal on some AA batteries for $10 bucks! Was going to spend $21.99 + tax on 24-pack Duracells. I appreciate the customer service!

I was able to order on-line and within one hour my (hard to find) items were ready for pick-up. I was pleasantly greeted by more than one associated. I noticed that every associate appeared engaged serving either an in store or on-line customer. I was able to ask the associate questions to verify that I purchased the correct battery and their response was thorough and extremely helpful. Great team that seemed to be working well together!

I went here to see if they could fix my wife's Samsung s10 phone. It was supposed to be water resistant, but was not at all. Less than 1 minute in 4 feet of water and it was still stuck in a boot loop after a week. I told them the problem over the phone and they told me to bring it on down and they would look at it. I dropped it off, and 45 minutes later they had the phone working again. They saved me from having to spend hundreds of dollars on a new phone. Friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

Called before visiting store & customer service over the phone and in person was fantastic. I can't begin to describe how grateful I am for their services. Needed a car key cut & programmed. Turned out to be impossible to find anyone able to cut the keys besides a dealership. Never thought to look at a battery shop, but I'm thrilled I stumbled across them. They saved me HUNDREDS. 2 keys cut and programmed for less than dealerships charge for a single key. Service was quick and programming was done correctly. Highly recommend this place for smart key replacements.

I really do like this place. Get most all my batteries here unless I find a good deal elsewhere. The staff is cool, know what they're talking about, and keep me posted about new inventory and when it's arriving. Solid place, no complaints.

Dominick provides great service and all the staff are friendly and know their stock well. I was in and out in a few minutes and it's always been the same there since I started using the store. Nice team of associates :) On My 2nd visit I found Colin to be great to work with. He managed to resolve my issues quickly and professionally.

Its clean and well organized inside. The employees greet you upon entering and let you know they are available if you have questions or require assistance. I went to get a watch battery and there's two options: $10 for a one time fix or $18 for a lifetime warranty. They were able to install the new battery and get me on my way in under 10 minutes.

I have been to this store several times and the customer service has always been super helpful. Friendly staff and good prices. I ended up bringing a $100 Armani watch in that needed a new battery and for $6.99 they were able to install it for me. Highly recommend this store!

The guys were great helping me out when I went to the wrong store to pick up a purchase made online they managed to complete my purchase and contacted the other store (Gabriela was waiting waiting for me) and got me out there fast. Even added the water for me. Great group of guys and I hope they stick around.

I was among several customers needing assistance. Yet, the wait was almost non-existent. The employee who assisted was outstanding. He cleaned off battery acid that my old battery left on the frame,installed new battery and made sure everything was securely attached and in place. Then made sure I started vehicle in front of him to insure that there were no issues. He was professional, yet friendly. I regret to not see his name or employee number on my receipt in order to give him the credit he deserves......The only number I can give that might help is the barcode on receipt: P23335481 1/17/20 @ 3:05pm.

I found several items that I was looking for and they offer free battery charging and testing and no pro rated warranty like most of the competition does. They tested the batteries after being charged up and gave me the engineering test results for the charged up battery which I like to get to know that the battery can still get more use if you don't overdo the battery loading!I've bought two automobile batteries, LED light bulbs from 40 watt equivalent to the 3 way lamps with great results.They replaced the car remote control control for 2 vehicles and demonstrated that remote had a very weak battery and the signal level was extremely low. Causing the vehicle to be difficult trying to get the door unlocked, but the confusion was the distance between the lock and the unlock were quite different and I thought that they should have been closer to the same distance and not half the distance between the lock and unlock operations.They are very good and very knowledgeable about batteries and the European house lamps that I bought from Wish and I needed an adapter for the US based lamps that would accept the European house lamps and they no longer have the adapters and I had to locate a dealer in the Los Angeles, CA area that I bought the adapters from .

I wanted the battery replaced in my Pixel smartphone. I called to see if they had one and I was told that there wasn't one in the store but that they could have it in a few days. I made an appointment based on that. The battery was there when I showed up. Estimated time to repair was 1 1/2 hours. It took an additional 15 minutes but the phone works fine and the battery is much better than the one I had them replace. Staff was friendly and courteous. There was no pressure to buy anything else. I highly recommend this place.
