I needed a new battery so started calling around. The young man that answered was so polite and courteous I decided to come here and told him I was heading over. I parked and got half way across the parking lot and he was out the door with testing tools in hand. Josiah got a 2nd tester to confirm the battery needed changing even to make sure it wasn't the alternator. He recommended the medium priced battery but I wanted the longer life. With the old battery in hand, he still held open the door as we went in to make the purchases. Clean, helpful and efficient, who could ask for anything more.

They always take good care of your car needsManager came out to my car and changed my license plate for me. It had security screws that needed special tools to remove. I ve been there several times and always so helpful.

This store was TERRIBLE! From The new guy to Robert completely useless. So first I walk in and they have a what looks like permanent sign that says "OIL IS FULL" so right from the start they already can't help me. I'm walking in 20 minutes after I placed an order for 4 caliper bracket bolts online for pickup. I had to place them online as the 3 Auto Zones I called to see if they had it in didn't know what a caliper bracket bolt is, even going as far as to ask if it has another name.... The new guy who wore a hoodie and ear buds with no name tag was no help at all. Looked up my order I went to my car for my wallet (didn't need it as they don't check for confirmation or ID) when I got back no order was picked and he had taken a phone call that I now had to wait for him to finish? Then the new guy looks for my order and brings me one of my two orders that I placed, when I explained 2 orders were placed I then waited almost 10 additional minutes. That's when the elder Robert came to help (he didn't not at all) he looks and looks and I finally just want my money back. Upon looking up my order he explains that it was my fault for placing two separate orders and I messed up their system as I placed a second order after realizing I needed another order and they only had one. So here I am 40 minutes in for 4 bracket bolts and I'm only getting 2 AND it's my fault according to the guy working there. I then watched the old man get confused with the phone hold system and hang up on multiple customers by mistake. Even taking calls on speaker because the phone system was too complicated for them. I ended up leaving without getting my refund started as they seemed to be stealing my life force and personal time AND LOVING IT! I left and made it home to Ione as that's my commute home to find out they gave me the wrong sized item. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in an automotive store. I hope that their online customer service will refund my item as id rather eat the $9 than walk back into that succubus of a store and deal with such an ignorant incapable group. Just buy it from Amazon.

They were great as usual, they were out of one item at cost of $70, but they recommend a competitor to help us out. So, the next weekend project (transmission repair) went in and rewarded them with a $400 order.

Terry ( Manager) is the guy I was praying for . He was able to sell me a bulb that I REALLY needed . He knew exactly what bulb was the right fit for my vehicle and very knowledgeable. I was driving near and was sad because I didn t know how to install a light bulb so Terry took great care of me. He was very empathetic, knowledgeable, and just kind. We need more people like Terry in this world. Thank you AutoZone for hiring such incredible people!

Came to get a check engine light checked out, but was helped out way more than I thought I would be. I was assisted with how to use the tool, why I probably got it check engine light, how to get rid of it, and a lot more. I fully recommend this location and will be going back.

Corinthian is a life saver. I went in today for a new battery and he went above and beyond. Not only did he explain what was wrong with it, he also noticed that the old battery was the wrong one for my car! He got the right sized one and was done in 15 minutes. Thanks man!

Bob gave me the best experience I've had at Auto-Zone to date! I spoke to him first on the phone and he was friendly enough. Once I showed up he immediately remembered talking to me on the phone and began to help me. He came outside and tried various sizes to find the closest fit for a temporary side mirror I needed. I left with a smile because he lifted a huge weight off I'd been avoiding dealing with. He was knowledgeable, quick, and Professional!!Employees like Bob seem like a rarity these days .. I feel very fortunate to have been assisted by him today.

I came in with a dead battery I had purchased about a month prior (I bought a very cheap one by mistake) and the entire staff was very helpful, especially the Manager Terry. Not only did he help me pick out the right battery, he also installed it right in the parking lot under the hot sun for me. It was a great experience and everyone there was top-notch with customer service. Even as I observed other customer interactions the employees had. I am so very grateful for these guys and will continue coming back!

10/10, very helpful staff. Went in looking to use the code reader but had no idea what I was doing. David helped me out and was awesome about the whole thing. Gave me some tips that might help with my issue and was polite / friendly.Really good experience for some one who does not know anything about cars.

Had to buy some oil to top my car off before getting an oil change and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me not only get the right oil but assisting me in putting the oil in my car. Would highly recommend this location.

Visited yesterday to get a engine flush or filter and had questions about an error code and Terry was very helpful with my oil questions and Issiah was extremely helpful with my error messages.... in fact he had personal experience with a similar engine and error message.... And tested my battery and alternator...very knowledgeable for such a young man. Great customer service deserves a great review

They didn't have my battery but there was one nearby that did have it! They gave me a Jumpstart so I could get to the other Auto Zone, very helpful staff. I have been here before and would definitely go again!

Great experience! Jose M helped me out my filling up my tire while we were both in the blazing hot sun and he didn't complain once. Good conversation too. Very timely and always super friendly staff.
