I have been a loyal customer of AutoZone for many years. I always go to the store whenever I need auto parts or accessories. The service and courtesy are what make the difference between this store and others.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they always help me find the right parts for my car. They also offer free services such as battery testing, wiper blade installation, and loan-a-tool program. They are quick and efficient, and they always greet me with a smile.The store is clean and well-organized, and the inventory is impressive. A guy named Joseph C helped me out big time ! Scanner said I needed a o2 sensor. Joseph came out to look at my vehicle and saw it was actually a hose that was not attached to my manifold intake!!!Thank you so much Joseph!

Bingo! They had the 'Club Classic' steering wheel lock that I've been searching for! After trying two Wal-Marts, a Napa and three Autozones, this location had what I needed.

Renee is so awesome, I have been coming here for years! Multiple vehicles and she is always a delight and helps me find whatever I need! I believe Jessica is new there and she was very helpful as well (I hope I got her name right) she has almost been there 90 days and she was very quick and already prepared with a ladder to get the parts I needed.

really great store. the service was awesome. just a few days ago i had 2 gentlemen i believe was giok and timmy help me with my car battery and help me find parts. they were very kind gentlemen.if you want great customer service, go to this store

Daniel was most helpful and polite. I m handicapped and after scanning my car in the parking lot, brought me the printout and offered suggestions to fix my issue, all outside in this heat. Good job. Much appreciated!

I had a tail light out so I stopped at AutoZone to have it checked. I already had a light that I had bought previously at another location. I didn't know how to install it but the manager, I believe her name is Renee, was kind enough to help me. She installed the light and I was on my way! I would definitely go back there for my auto part needs.

i think her name was renee..... she was awesome at helping me find the correct wipers for my foreign SUV; she took the time to get it right... she called herself the queen of wiper blades and it was an accurate description

On 3/9/21 I received excellent customer service from Renee! She went above & beyond helping me with new windshield wipers. It was pouring rain & I'm elderly & disabled, she did everything for me! I didn't have to get out of my vehicle! And my windshield had issues that required adjustments & Renee's attention to this & her patience & help was AMAZING! Thank you so very much Renee!

Three stores did not have mass air cleaner. The manager was polite and even though she didnt have what I needed she found another store near by and called for them to hold some. Great experience!

My visit here today was great no issues or problems, I was able to come in, and one of the gentleman helped me figure out what part I was looking for and I was quickly back on the road so later i could fix my issues.Overall a great visit and thank you for the top notch service Much Appreciated!!

I stopped to pick up wiper blades before the rain hit. It had rained that week and I noticed my old ones were falling apart!The staff was friendly when purchasing, but I am extremely grateful that they saw me try to figure out how to replace the blades. The man who came out was very helpful and explained how to do it before popping them in place. I thought I could manage a simple task like that but before I could admit defeat I got the help I should have asked for in the first place.Very kind and helpful staff!

I want to thank Adrian who works at this Auto Zone for his exemplary help. I had been to a few Auto Zone, trying to get the right terminal for the battery of my car. Every where I went, no one would or could help me. This young man came to my car ,looked at my terminals, saw the real issue and immediately addressed it, worked on the battery terminal, apologized for my experience at the other 2 Auto Zone. I was so impressed with his customer service. He wouldn't allow me to pay him.I asked to speak to his manager, just to thank him. I got to speak to the District Manager, unfortunately I couldn't remember his name, Devin, Derek? Either way I appreciate Good Customer Service and will continue to shop at this store, even if it is alot further than my Rocklin address

Autozone is the best auto parts store because of the great customer service. Renne and Daniel at the Auburn Blvd store in citrus heights went above and beyond for me. I needed a lot of help and they did a great job with a smile on their face the whole time when I thought I was being too needy. If you have any questions Renne or Daniel will help you.

Helpful and when I called ahead of time he had the right part and oil for the car ready for my Dad and I to buy. Even pressed for time, We all were laughing and smiling the whole time, it was nice to relax in a normally stressful situation.I had questions and they had all the answers.Thank you and good job guys !

Good parts, Fair prices. I use their online repair manuals, repair help and specs charts for every automobile I work on. They are my goto place for parts probably 75% of the time they meet or beat they competition. They could staff more knowledgeable clerks, but I realize they also train a lot of young people. I just try to be patient and double check everything I buy there.

I just had the best service from Renee at this location! I was having trouble putting on my windshield wipers to get ready for the rainy season and she was kind enough to do it for me and show me how to do it for future reference! I will be coming back to this location for sure, thanks Renee!!

Everytime I come here I always get the best service and response. The people there especially Renee was very thorough and helpful with everything she could do to help.me diagnose a problem with my car. Definitely prefer this autozone over a few other in Sacramento area.
