Booked an appointment for a windshield replacement. They gave me a 2 hour window between 8am-10am. I woke up at 745am so I could be ready for them. Nobody ever showed up by 10am. I understand that things happen and people run late but there was zero communication. A simple phone call that said he was running behind would have been nice. So I canceled my appointment. When I called to cancel the guy said they're probably down the street. Clearly they weren't and he just didn't want me to cancel. Used another company with no issues.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called several Auto glass companies in the Sacramento area, and these guys had the best price. He showed up on time and did a phenomenal job on replacing my windshield on my Ford f-250. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I could not have asked for better customer service both on the phone and with the technician who did my window repair. They were courteous, accommodating, efficient; and had my window in stock for quick, easy (for me;) replacement. Price was competitive.REALLY appreciate their quality work!

I seriously can t say thank you enough for responding so quickly this morning and giving hands down the best customer service I ve ever experienced. You made a very bad stressful morning a lot easier and did an amazing job! You not only came to me but cleaned up all the glass from my car and my sons car seat. I will never go anywhere else!

Experience was great - good service, quality work. Had a small warranty issue, but they took me on my word and made the fix as quickly as possible. Will be working with them again.

apologies to the company for delayed review...reasonable price on windshield replacement...work was done in my driveway quickly and neatly...the technician was a true pro, polite and phenomenal representative of his company...would recommend to anyone

These guys are on point! Came out the same day, and even vacuumed up the glass that had been scattered throughout the car! Very professional install. Will be keeping these guys for future work. Thanks Joseph.
