I take make car here regularly for routine maintenance and the service team is great! My car is always well taken care of when I bring it in. Robert provides professional service and is able to answer any questions I have.

Taking my car for the first time for an oil change and tire rotations. They are very honest, friendly, and accommodating.I highly recommend this place.Robert has been very helpful.I do not have the knob-locked key for my Honda yet he waited patiently for me toPurchased it and retained my spot.Definitely my go-to place.Thank you!!

AAA are pretty good in hiring the best technician around the area. The dealers are running out of them because AAA offers are way better than dealers. I suggest people start heading to AAA repair center instead of dealer.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly; oil change.They also were more than happy to help me with an additional need.Robert was very personable. I waited and it wasn't even that long. Very clean area, I felt welcome. Nice location

Every time we take our cars to this place, we receive excellent customer services. When our son took his car for oil change and tire rotation of his car, he was told he didn't need to do tire rotation this time. It's very hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them. Today, we took our car to this place again because our rear door of our car didn't close. Sorry, we don't know his name, but he took a look at our car and fixed it quickly free of charge. We really appreciated it.They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.Thank you very much for your services!!

Did not do what I ask them to do . They miss led me I just wanted them to look under my valve cover to see what was making noise and let me know I agreed to 150.00 just to look they looked at everything else but what I asked

Had Vince Riolo provide me service for my vehicle. He was so nice and fast. Best customer service experience ever. Even dropped me off at home and picked me up at no cost. Found a permanent customer and don't want to go anyway else.

It's always a pleasant experience getting my car serviced here. Quick, efficient, attentive, honest, good prices. I have been with them since they were Kneisel's and the quality of service did not change one bit. 10/10 recommend

Excellent friendly service, quality work, reasonable prices and great specials. As a AAA member I receive specials and coupons via email plus last visit I was given a coupon book which is saving me quite a bit of money. Don t recommend doing business with this company they re a scam. Got what I thought and what was told to me to be a full tune up, and 3 months later I m having the same problem. After speak to Rick today he told me that my coils weren t change and that could be the issue because they only replaced the spark plugs. After pay almost $1,500 I don t see how that is even possible. Which leads me to thinking these guy have no clue what they re doing, any knowledgeable auto mechanic would know to change the coils and sparks when doing a tune up do to if the coils go bad on new spark plus, this can cause the new spark plug to go out. Why they don t know this is beyond me. Maybe because I m a woman (black) and they felt as if I didn t /don t know anything or maybe they wanted to take advantage of the situation seeing my child and I were in a vulnerable state. But either way I wouldn t go here. If I could give them 0 starts I would.

Mike helped me when I had my car towed there. It was like 15 mins before they closed. He promised he would have an estimate the next day. By 10 am the next day he called me with a full report and an estimate for how much it would be. It took one day to fix a pretty major issue with my car. They are so friendly and quick. I ll bring my car here from now on and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Tav and Vince are great asset of this company. Tav made us comfortable that our car issues will be addressed appropriately, he gave us options and resources based on our budget. Tav treated me and my son like family that truly cares about our unfortunate circumstances of buying a used vehicle from a scammer. I am trusting that they will do me right in fixing my car issues.

Absolutely top notch. Exactly what you'd expect from AAA. Love these guys, will be back. Very convenient having Kniesels auto body next store, which I've been using for 30 years. Great! A+++

This was my second visit to Kniesel's. Mike helped me both times. First time was for an oil change which was very good service! This time it was to get my car smog done. It was quick and efficient, even on short notice. Even topped off my oil, for no charge, as my car is older and eats through oil. I am very happy with the service and customer care given. I will definitely be using Kniesel's for all my car services, and recommend you. Thanks for being so awesome!

Extraordinary Service! I was so impressed with my experience from making the appointment to picking my car back up. Dion was especially kind and went above and beyond. I knew within only a few hrs of dropping off my car what repairs were needed and I even receives an itemized and prioritized breakdown of what we should tackle first and it included pictures!When the Uber they offered wasn't available, Dion came and got me himself.When I picked up my car, they not only had completed the requested repairs, but had also washed and detailed my car free of charge.I am so glad I found Kniesel's. I will never take my car anywhere else again. I know at Kniesel's I will get taken care of.

I was new in Sacramento when I first discovered Kniesel's Auto Service. I was skeptical of having my car worked on since I wasn't familiar with any auto services around here, and also from previous experiences. As soon as I called Kniesel's, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I thought I'd give it a try since the reviews were positive. I scheduled an appointment and while the men took care of my car, I relaxed in their cozy waiting room. They have water/coffee, television, and a really cool fish to look at called Ms Nono. I received great service before and after my visit at Kniesel's. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for reliable auto services! Kniesel's has earned a lifetime customer! Thank you for the awesome work you have done!

These folks are great. I ve been going there long before they became part of AAA. They are friendly, we ll staffed, thorough and timely. Can t recommend them any higher than the best! I have been to Kniesel's a few times and I like how professional and polite the staff are. I feel that they are honest as well & would never make up any unnecessary repair needs like some other companies might. This is important as I am a single mom and don't know much about cars. On my last visit there was something that had become partially unattached on the bottom of my car & they put a screw in it quickly for no extra charge! I liked the free shuttle service as well, very convenient & I felt safe with the driver. They have a T.V., a small play area, an interesting fish tank and good coffee. I highly recommend them! My friend from work referred me to Kniesel. She had work done on her car after she got into an accident. So, I took my car in to get repaired. Excellent service from start to finish. Jaimie called the enterprise rep to come over and meet me so I could get my rental car. Rick informed me and updated me during the whole process. Returning my rental also went smoothly. I appreciate all the work everyone did to make the experience a great one.

Been going to Kniesel's Citrus Heights since 2016 with my 1996 Suburban till now with my 2019 Grand Caravan. Dion, Mike and the Guys in the office will not lead you wrong with what needs to get done ASAP and what can wait. They always do a thorough check of EVERYTHING you could think of plus more to your vehicle and it comes back clean! It is so hard finding a trustworthy, reliable and caring auto shop but you get that every time with Kniesel's.

I have always been impressed with the professional manor in which the service representatives (this time it was Robert -- kudos!) listen to and address customers' needs. They had our vehicle ready hours before we had requested it, and Robert made a point to call me with that specific news, thank you!The customer care extends to the thorough way they employ today's technology. The service report was available online, and I was able to make a decision to purchase tires with Robert within minutes of receiving the report. Great job all around, and thank you! Charles Vail

I am very impressed with Mike Burrell's professional and personable service! He is knowledgeable and helpful and I could not have expected more from anyone, except for maybe a relative! Mike coordinated my service promptly, he provided timely feedback, followed through quickly and efficiently, took the time to answer questions and followed-up and followed through on additional concerns not included in original service request shortly after. I have very good reason to tell others like me to call Kniesels when in need for car maintenance or repair. So glad I know I can count on Kniesel's for great service!Service: Oil change

Tried to make appointment but they were busy but when I explained what was going on Mike gave me advice about passing smog check by driving a certain amount and suggested I call him in a couple days and he'd check my car for codes ect. Followed his advice and he let me stop by and checked it for no charge. I passed smog and appreciated his kindness and professional attitude. I have had body work done before and they are great!

The headlamps on my wife's car were so clouded-over that it really was getting dangerous to drive at night, because her headlamps barely lit up the roadway in front of her. Mike told me about Kniesl's headlamp restoration service. Sounded good...good price...I was a little skeptical...but I hoped it would work. Wow! Amazing! Just like they were new headlamps. Heck, with the shiny headlamps, the car itself looks better! I highly recommend these guys. Mike & Dion took care of me, and it couldn't have been better.

Great shop to take your vehicle to, they're fast, know what they're doing. Took my vehicle there for a repair, they figured out mt evap issues all in 1.5 days. I'm a repeat customer and highly recommend them.

I enjoyed my experience at Kniesel's. I brought in my Nissan Murano for an oil change with a coupon I received from them. I dropped in without an appointment & they got me in & out quickly. I was even able to relax & take a short nap while I waited for my vehicle. The quality or work they did was great & surpassed my expectations. I also appreciated the affordability with the coupon. I will definitely bring this car & my other car back here.
